Abstract

본 발명은 광학 분석용 셀에 관한 것으로, 액체 시료가 통과하는 미세 유로에 대한 특별한 가공 작업 없이 단순한 양면 테이프 접착을 통해 미세 두께의 유동 공간이 형성되도록 함으로써, 매우 손쉬운 방법으로 제작이 가능하고, 이에 따라 제작 비용이 절감되어 더욱 널리 사용될 수 있고, 액체 시료가 유동하는 유동 공간에 대한 빛의 통과 거리(path-length)를 짧게 유지할 수 있어 높은 흡광도를 갖는 시료를 희석하지 않고 정확한 광학 분석 작업이 가능하며, 빛이 통과하는 방향에 대한 수직한 면을 따라 유동 공간 영역을 확장할 수 있도록 함으로써, 광학 분석 작업을 더욱 원활하게 수행할 수 있도록 할 뿐만 아니라 광학 분석 작업에 대한 정확도를 향상시킬 수 있는 광학 분석용 셀을 제공한다.
