Description
次に、このような細胞数計測装置100を用いて、被計測液である希釈血液中の血球数および血球のサイズを計測する手順を、以下に説明する。
このように構成した本実施形態に係る細胞数計測装置100によれば、液体試料流路である測定用流路26の内壁面に形成された段状凹部内に電極28a、29aが配置される構造において、当該段状凹部の開口前方に突起部Tを設けて乱流を生じさせるようにしているので、当該乱流により希釈血液が電極28a、29a側に流れ込むようになり、電極28a、29aに付着した気泡を除去すること及び電極28a、29a近傍における気泡生成を防止することができる。
なお、本発明は前記実施形態に限られるものではない。

Claims (3)
- 液体試料が流通する液体試料流路と、
前記液体試料流路の内壁面に形成された段上凹部内に収容配置された検出部と、
前記液体試料流路の内壁面における前記段上凹部を臨む位置に設けられ、前記段上凹部の開口前方において乱流を生じさせる突起部とを具備し、
前記突起部は、その頂部における下流側端縁が、前記段上凹部の開口前方に位置するように形成されるとともに、前記検出部の下流側端部よりも上流に配置されている
液体試料分析機器。 - 前記突起部が、前記液体試料流路の内壁面において、前記段上凹部と対向する壁面に形成されている請求項1記載の液体試料分析機器。
- 表面に凹溝が形成された基材と、
前記基材の表面に接着層により接着され、前記接着層とともに前記凹溝を塞いで前記液体試料流路を形成するフィルムとを備え、
前記フィルムの接着面上に前記検出部が配置されており、前記接着層及び前記フィルムの接着面により前記段上凹部が形成されている請求項1又は2記載の液体試料分析装置。
