Abstract

본 발명은 중수소를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정공 주입층 재료 및 정공 수송층 재료를 포함하는 유기전기소자에 관한 것으로, 이러한 구동 특성과 수명이 우수한 중수소를 포함하는 재료를 혼합하여 사용함으로써 유기 전기발광소자의 저전압 구동, 높은 발광효율 및 긴 소자수명을 기대할 수 있다.
