耳铰定位板 13, 沿竖直方向设置 在通用耳铰定位支座的第一侧, 耳铰定位板上设有水平定位孔; 耳铰定位轴套 15, 穿 设在水平定位孔中, 耳铰定位轴套 15 的内孔形成耳铰定位孔 10a, 耳铰定位轴套 15 的第一端具有耳铰定位凸台; 耳铰定位锁环 17, 与耳铰定位轴套 15的第二端可拆卸 地连接。 通用耳铰定位组件 10采用带有耳铰定位凸台的耳铰定位轴套 15与耳铰定位 锁环 17连接并穿设在水平定位孔中用以调节定位孔径和厚度。具体地说, 定位孔径由 耳铰定位轴套 15的内孔孔径控制, 定位厚度由耳铰定位轴套 15的耳铰定位凸台和耳 铰定位锁环 17的厚度共同控制。 当不同工件 100的耳铰的定位孔径和 /或定位厚度发 生改变, 只需更换相应孔径和 /或厚度的耳铰定位轴套 15和耳铰定位锁环 17即可, 从 而有效解决了现有技术中通用焊接用工艺装备通用性能差的问题。 上述的平台是为了方便操作的工作台, 要求其具有一定的平整度。 平台可以单独 设置在地面上, 或者, 也可以是预埋至地下, 使平台的上平面与地面向平行。 上述实施例中, 优选地, 耳铰定位轴套 15与耳铰定位锁环 17为螺接连接。 通过 扳手或其他拆装工具可以很容易的安装或拆卸耳铰定位轴套 15与耳铰定位锁环 17, 这样, 有效解决了现有技术中拆装操作不方便、 更换速度慢的问题。 为了适应不同长度的工件 100的焊接, 在一种优选的实施例中还包括: 驱动机构 5, 用于驱动第一架体 1或第二架体 3在平台上移动。 优选地, 如图 5所示, 驱动机构 5 为驱动油缸组件, 包括: 驱动油缸支座, 设置在平台上; 驱动油缸, 与驱动油缸支 座连接, 并且驱动油缸的活塞杆与第一架体 1铰接连接。 该结构简单, 并且传动平稳 可靠。 优选地, 第一架体 1移动地设置在平台上, 第二架体 3固定设置在平台上, 驱动 机构 5与第一架体 1驱动连接, 在完成一个工件之后, 利用驱动机构 5驱动第一架体 1退后一定距离, 将焊接好的工件取出后, 再利用驱动机构 5驱动第一架体 1复位。 优选地, 为了保证复位精度, 本实施例的通用焊接用工艺装备还包括: 导轨组件 7, 设置在平台上, 并且, 导轨组件 7支撑在第一架体 1的下方。 优选地, 该导轨组件 7 包括: 导轨, 本实施例中为两条, 设置在平台上; 滑块, 本实施例中为 4个, 设置在 第一架体 1的底面上, 靠近底面的四周, 该滑块具有与导轨配合的导向槽。 第一架体 1在驱动机构 5的驱动下可以在导轨和滑块的配合下沿导轨方向准确导向和定位。 在另一种优选的实施例中, 与上述实施例的区别在于, 如图 1所示, 本实施例中 第一架体 1和第二架体 3上均设有四组通用耳铰定位组件 10、定位销 30。 同时, 第一 架体 1和第二架体 3上均具有多个第一安装孔 la以形成多个第一安装位置;通用耳铰 定位组件 10上具有多个第二安装孔; 通用耳铰定位组件 10通过多个第二安装孔可拆 卸地安装至多个第一安装位置。 上述结构有利于不同截面形状及大小的工件 100的焊 接, 进而使得工艺装备具有通用性, 具体说, 当所需定位的工件 100的截面产生变化 时, 只需要移动通用耳铰定位组件 10在第一架体 1和 /或第二架体 3上的位置即可, 使通用焊接用工艺装备具有一定的通用性。 在另一种优选的实施例中, 第一架体 1和第二架体 3均还包括: 通用插拔销组件 50,该通用插拔销组件 50的活塞杆与穿设在耳铰定位孔 10a中的定位销 30同轴连接, 并且联动,进而驱动所述定位销 30的插拔, 从而有效解决了定位销需要手动完成插拔 效率低、 劳动强度大、 定位销受力不均匀的问题。 优选地, 第一架体 1和第二架体 3 上分别具有多个第一安装孔 la以形成多个第二安装位置; 通用插拔销组件 50上具有 多个第三安装孔;通用插拔销组件 50通过多个第三安装孔可拆卸地安装至各第二安装 位置。当通用耳铰定位组件 10因工件 100的截面形状及大小变化而调整位置时,对应 调整通用插拔销组件 50的位置。 优选地, 通用插拔销组件 50包括: 插拔销油缸支座 51 ; 插拔销油缸 53, 设置在 插拔销油缸支座 51上, 插拔销油缸 53具有活塞杆; 连接件 55, 其第一端与活塞杆的 前端连接, 连接件 55的第二端与定位销 30连接。 在上述机构中, 利用插拔销油缸 53 的活塞杆伸缩带动连接杆 55进而带动定位销 30沿纵向移动, 从而自动完成定位销 30 插入和拔出操作, 且该过程中定位销 30受力均匀, 插拔过程平稳。 优选地, 插拔销组件 50还包括: 托架 57, 沿水平方向设置在插拔销油缸支座 51 上, 并且, 托架 57上具有多个可选择的油缸安装位置安装插拔销油缸 53。 当需要调 节插拔销油缸 53的行程时,只需要将插拔销油缸 53安装至所需的油缸安装位置即可。 上述结构使得插拔销油缸 53的行程调节操作方便, 进而提高了工作效率。 优选地, 托架 57上沿垂直于插拔销油缸 53的纵向方向设有多个相互平行的卡槽 以形成多个油缸安装位置; 插拔销油缸 53的外侧面具有与卡槽形状适配的定位件。这 样, 需要调节插拔销油缸 53的行程时, 通过插拔销油缸 53的定位件卡入不同位置的 卡槽中实现插拔销油缸 53沿纵向的调整。此处, 定位件和卡槽的形状不限, 只要可以 实现固定插拔销油缸 53的功能即可。在上述实施例中, 如图 4所示, 定位件优选为沿 插拔销油缸 53外侧面沿径向延伸的环形台阶 531, 卡槽优选为形成在托架 57上的环 形槽 571。 这种结构容易加工, 并且, 将环形台阶 531卡入环形槽 571更加稳定。 在另一种优选的实施例中, 与上述实施例的区别在于, 结合参见图 2至图 3, 通 用耳铰定位组件 10还包括: 导向板 14, 沿竖直方向设置在通用耳铰定位支座 11的第 一侧, 导向板 14上具有导向孔; 导向轴套 141, 穿设在导向孔中, 导向轴套 141的第 一端具有导向凸台 151 ; 导向锁环 143与导向轴套 141的第二端螺接。 该导向板 14一 方面对于定位销 30 具有导向作用, 同时, 可以根据定位销的尺寸变化更换导向轴套 141和导向锁环 143 以达到通用性, 另一方面, 现有技术中, 利用手动锤击将定位销 取出时, 由于定位销受到较大的冲击力, 容易以较快的速度飞出, 存在较大的安全隐 患, 该导向板 14在定位销 30取出时可以托住定位销 30, 彻底消除了定位销"飞出"所 带来的安全隐患。 优选地, 如图 3所示, 在通用耳铰定位组件 10和通用插拔销组件 50上分别设置 有吊耳, 当需要移动通用耳铰定位组件 10和通用插拔销组件 50时, 通过吊耳吊装通 用耳铰定位组件 10和通用插拔销组件 50。 以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本领域的技 术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精神和原则之内, 所作的 任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种通用焊接用工艺装备, 其特征在于, 包括:
平台;
第一架体 (1) 和第二架体 (3), 均沿竖直方向设置在所述平台上; 所述第一架体 (1) 和第二架体 (3) 均包括:
通用耳铰定位组件 (10), 用于定位被焊接工件的耳铰, 包括: 通用耳铰定位支座 (11);
耳铰定位板(13), 沿竖直方向设置在所述通用耳铰定位支座的第一侧, 所 述耳铰定位板上设有水平定位孔;
耳铰定位轴套 (15), 穿设在所述水平定位孔中, 所述耳铰定位轴套 (15) 的内孔形成耳铰定位孔 (10a), 所述耳铰定位轴套 (15) 的第一端具有耳铰定 位凸台;
耳铰定位锁环 (17), 与所述耳铰定位轴套 (15) 的第二端可拆卸地连接; 定位销 (30), 穿设在所述耳铰定位孔 (10a) 中。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的通用焊接用工艺装备, 其特征在于, 所述耳铰定位轴套
(15) 与所述耳铰定位锁环 (17) 为螺接连接。
3. 根据权利要求 1所述的通用焊接用工艺装备, 其特征在于, 还包括:
驱动机构 (5), 驱动所述第一架体 (1) 或第二架体 (3) 在所述平台上移 动。
4. 根据权利要求 3所述的通用焊接用工艺装备, 其特征在于, 所述驱动机构 (5) 为驱动油缸组件, 包括:
驱动油缸支座, 设置在所述平台上;
驱动油缸, 与所述驱动油缸支座连接, 并且所述驱动油缸的活塞杆与所述 第一架体 (1) 或第二架体 (3) 铰接连接。
5. 根据权利要求 3所述的通用焊接用工艺装备, 其特征在于, 所述第一架体 (1) 移动地设置在所述平台上, 所述第二架体(3) 固定设置在所述平台上; 所述驱 动机构 (5) 与所述第一架体 (1) 驱动连接。
6. 根据权利要求 1所述的通用焊接用工艺装备, 其特征在于, 所述第一架体 (1) 和第二架体(3)上分别具有多个第一安装孔(la) 以分别形成多个第一安装位 置; 所述通用耳铰定位组件 (10) 上具有多个第二安装孔; 所述通用耳铰定位 组件 (10) 通过多个所述第二安装孔可拆卸地安装至各所述第一安装位置。
7. 根据权利要求 1所述的通用焊接用工艺装备, 其特征在于, 所述第一架体 (1) 和第二架体 (3) 均还包括:
通用插拔销组件 (50), 用于驱动所述定位销 (30) 的插拔。
8. 根据权利要求 7所述的通用焊接用工艺装备, 其特征在于, 所述通用插拔销组 件 (50) 包括:
插拔销油缸支座 (51);
插拔销油缸(53), 设置在插拔销油缸支座(51)上, 所述插拔销油缸(53) 具有活塞杆;
连接件(55), 其第一端与所述活塞杆的前端连接, 所述连接件(55) 的第 二端与所述定位销 (30) 连接。
9. 根据权利要求 7所述的通用焊接用工艺装备,其特征在于,所述插拔销组件 (50) 还包括:
托架(57), 沿水平方向设置在所述插拔销油缸支座(51)上, 并且, 所述 托架 (57) 上具有多个可选择的油缸安装位置安装所述插拔销油缸 (53)。
10. 根据权利要求 9所述的通用焊接用工艺装备, 其特征在于, 所述托架 (57) 上 沿垂直于所述插拔销油缸 (53) 的纵向方向设有多个相互平行的卡槽以形成多 个所述油缸安装位置; 所述插拔销油缸 (53) 的外侧面具有与所述卡槽形状适 配的定位件。
11. 根据权利要求 10所述的通用焊接用工艺装备,其特征在于,所述定位件为沿所 述插拔销油缸 (53) 外侧面沿径向延伸的环形台阶 (531), 所述卡槽为形成在 所述托架 (57) 上的环形槽 (571)。
12. 根据权利要求 7所述的通用焊接用工艺装备, 其特征在于, 所述第一架体 (1 ) 和第二架体 (3 ) 上分别具有多个第一安装孔 (la) 以形成多个第二安装位置; 所述通用插拔销组件(50)上具有多个第三安装孔; 所述通用插拔销组件(50) 通过多个所述第三安装孔可拆卸地安装至各所述第二安装位置。
13. 根据权利要求 1所述的通用焊接用工艺装备, 其特征在于, 还包括: 导轨组件
(7), 设置在所述平台上, 并且, 所述导轨组件(7)支撑在所述第一架体(1 ) 下方。
14. 根据权利要求 13所述的通用焊接用工艺装备, 其特征在于, 所述导轨组件(7) 包括:
导轨, 设置在平台上;
滑块, 设置在所述第一架体(1 )的底面上, 所述滑块具有与所述导轨配合 的导向槽。
15. 根据权利要求 1所述的通用焊接用工艺装备, 其特征在于, 所述通用耳铰定位 组件 (10) 还包括:
导向板 (14), 沿竖直方向设置在所述通用耳铰定位支座 (11 ) 的第一侧, 所述导向板 (14) 上具有导向孔;
导向轴套(141 ), 穿设在所述导向孔中, 所述导向轴套(141 ) 的第一端具 有导向凸台 ( 151 );
导向锁环 (143 ) 与所述导向轴套 (141 ) 的第二端螺接。
