具体实施方式
为了实现从被动接收用户投诉向主动发现室内覆盖网络问题的转变, 本 发明实施例提供一种监控室内覆盖网络的方法。
如图 1 所示, 本发明实施例提供的监控室内覆盖网络的方法, 应用于监 控设备, 所述监控设备配置在预先划分的室内天线组的信号覆盖范围内, 所 述室内天线组至少包括一个室内天线, 所述方法, 包括:
步骤 101 , 获取测试任务, 根据所述测试任务与室内天线组之间进行业务 通信。 在本实施例中, 所述测试任务可以是预先设置在所述监控设备内的测试 任务规则也可以是由管理服务器下发的测试任务, 该测试任务可以是周期性 的电话任务、 彩信任务、 短信任务或流媒体任务等任务中的至少一种, 以使 得监控设备与室内天线之间进行通话、 收发彩信或短信、 流媒体交互等业务。
步骤 102,在与室内天线组之间进行业务通信的过程中获取自身通信芯片 的诊断口数据包并解析该数据包以得到室内覆盖网络性能指标、 室内覆盖网 络事件以及事件对应的信令流。
步骤 103 , 根据所述室内覆盖网络性能指标和 /或室内覆盖网络事件以及 事件对应的信令流判断室内覆盖网络是否发生异常。
步骤 104,在所述室内覆盖网络发生异常时生成告警消息并上报给管理服 务器和 /或管理员持有的移动终端 , 所述告警消息至少包括所述监控设备所在 的位置信息。
在本实施例中, 所述告警消息发送给管理服务器, 可以通过管理服务器 将该告警消息可视化之后通知管理人员。 优选的, 所述告警消息直接发送给 管理员持有的移动终端, 可以更加实时的将告警消息通知管理员。
本发明实施例提供的监控室内覆盖网络的方法, 由于在预先划分的室内 天线组的信号覆盖范围内设置监控设备, 该监控设备根据测试任务与室内天 线组之间进行业务通信, 并在通信的过程中获取自身通信芯片的诊断口数据 包, 解析该数据包以得到室内覆盖网络性能指标、 室内覆盖网络事件以及事 件对应的信令流, 根据所述室内覆盖网络性能指标和 /或室内覆盖网络事件以 及事件对应的信令流判断室内覆盖网络是否发生异常, 在所述室内覆盖网络 发生异常时生成告警消息给管理服务器和 /或管理员持有的移动终端, 以使得 有非硬件导致的室内覆盖网络异常时, 能够在用户投诉之前通过告警消息告 知管理员使得管理员及时处理异常, 以实现从被动接收用户投诉向主动发现 室内覆盖网络问题的转变。
为了使本领域技术人员能够更清楚地理解本发明实施例提供的技术方 案, 下面通过具体的实施例, 对本发明又一实施例提供的监控室内覆盖信号 的方法进行详细说明。
如图 2所示, 本发明又一实施例提供的监控室内覆盖信号的方法, 应用 于监控设备, 以使得该监控设备置于室内覆盖系统中对该系统的室内覆盖信 号进行监控。 现以直放站为室内覆盖信号源的室内覆盖系统作为一个具体的 例子进行详细说明。 如图 3 所示, 室内覆盖系统包括作为信号源的基站 301 和直放站 302, 作为有源设备的干线放大器(简称干放) 303 , 功率分配网络 304以及室内天线 305 , 所述监控设备配置在预先划分的室内天线组的信号覆 盖范围内, 所述室内天线组至少包括一个室内天线。 所述监控室内覆盖网络 的方法, 包括:
步骤 202, 所述监控设备获取管理服务器下发的测试任务,根据所述测试 任务与室内天线组之间进行业务通信。
在本实施例中, 所述测试任务可以是所述管理服务器设置测试任务之后, 通过消息通知监控设备测试任务有变化, 所述监控设备接收到该消息后登陆 管理服务器进行测试任务的下载。
可选的, 也可以由所述监控设备定时登陆管理服务器查询管理服务器中 是否存在新的测试任务, 即所述监控设备当前执行的测试任务与所述管理服 务器中保存的最新测试任务是否相同, 如果不相同, 下载该最新测试任务。
所述监控设备与室内天线之间进行的业务通信包括但不限于打电话、 收 发短信、 彩信以及流媒体交互。
步骤 203 ,所述监控设备在与室内天线组之间进行业务通信的过程中获取 自身通信芯片的诊断口数据包并解析该数据包以得到室内覆盖网络性能指 标、 室内覆盖网络事件以及事件对应的信令流。
在本实施例中, 所述室内覆盖网络性能指标包括但不限于信号陡降指标、 服务小区指标和 /或应用层吞吐率指标。
步骤 204, 所述监控设备根据所述室内覆盖网络性能指标和 /或室内覆盖 网络事件以及事件对应的信令流判断室内覆盖网络是否发生异常。
如图 4所示, 在本实施例中, 所述步骤 206, 包括:
步骤 2041 , 如果所述室内覆盖网络性能指标中任一指标值超出其对应于 额定室内覆盖网络性能指标中的指标阈值, 判断得到室内覆盖网络发生异常。
具体的, 如果所述陡降指标值超出了额定陡降指标阈值, 判断得到室内 覆盖网络发生异常, 如, 所述监控设备监控发现 2分钟内信号持续降低了 20 个单位, 超出了额定允许的降低阈值, 判断室内覆盖网络异常。 当然, 多长 时间内持续降低的单位为多少, 此处仅一个具体的例子进行说明, 并不限于 上述的一种情况, 此处不——赘述。
如果所述服务小区指标超出了额定服务小区指标阈值, 判断得到室内覆 盖网络发生异常。 如, 所述管理服务器可以设置所述监控设备的标准服务小 区, 如果监控设备发现自身的服务小区发生变化, 说明室内覆盖系统小区被 其他(室外) 小区替代, 判断室内覆盖网络异常。
如果所述应用层吞吐量指标超出了额定应用层吞吐量指标阈值, 判 断得到室内覆盖网络发生异常, 如,监控设备监控数据业务的应用层吞吐率, 如果所述吞吐率小于额定吞吐率, 判断为室内覆盖异常。
值得说明的是, 由于室内覆盖网络性能指标并不限于上述的指标, 此处 仅将上述指标作为实例举例说明以使得本领域技术人员更好的理解本发明实 施例提供的技术方案。
步骤 2042, 如果所述室内覆盖网络事件中信令流与协议规定的正常信令 流程不符或与协议规定失败信令流程相符的信令流, 判断得到室内覆盖网络 发生异常。
具体的, 如果呼叫信令流与协议规定的标准信令流程不同, 说明发生掉 话事件, 判断得到室内覆盖网络发生异常。 如, 监控设备发现呼叫信令流程 中间的消息不完整, 属于缺失信令, 掉话事件发生或者监控设备发现呼叫信 令流程未走完就进入空闲状态, 掉话事件发生。
如果切换流程与协议规定的标准流程不同, 说明发生切换失败事件, 判 断德奥室内覆盖网络发生异常。 如, 监控设备监控发现切换信令流程不完整, 切换失败事件发生或者监控设备监控发现切换信令流程中直接出现了切换失 败消息, 发生切换失败事件。
当然, 与标准协议流程信令流程不同的异常信令流程或与协议规定的失 败信令流程相符有很多表现, 此处仅掉话事件、 切换失败事件两个具体的例 子进行说明, 并不限于上述的两种情况, 此处不——赘述。
步骤 205 ,在所述室内覆盖网络发生异常时生成告警消息并上报给管理服 务器和 /或管理员持有的移动终端 , 所述告警消息至少包括所述监控设备所在 的位置信息。
优选的, 为了使得管理员获取到告警消息后快速的对网路进行恢复, 所 述告警消息, 还包括网络异常类型, 具体的, 所述生成告警消息, 包括根据 所述室内覆盖网络性能指标和 /或室内覆盖网络事件以及事件对应的信令流生 成告警消息, 所述告警消息包括所述监控设备所在的位置信息和网络异常类 型。
在本实施例中, 所述网络类型包括室内覆盖网络异常的原因, 如果室内 覆盖网络异常是因为出现异常事件, 所述告警类型还包括该异常事件对应的 信令流。
进一步的, 如图 2所示, 为了增强监控设备的后期维护以及内容更新, 所述监控室内覆盖信号的方法, 还包括:
步骤 201,如果自身的版本信息与所述管理服务器中关于所述监控设备的 版本信息不相同, 与所述管理服务器进行交互以实现自身版本的更新。
具体的, 如图 5所示, 所述步骤 201 , 包括:
步骤 2011 , 获取管理服务器中关于所述监控设备的最新版本信息。
步骤 2012, 判断自身的版本信息与所述最新版本信息是否相同。

所述管理服务器中保存有最新版本信息时, 管理服务器给监控设备下发 与该所述最新版本信息相关的内容, 监控设备根据所述相关的内容实现自身 版本的更新。
进一步的, 为了实现网络监控的可视化, 并全面监控室内覆盖网络的情 况, 所述方法, 如图 2所示, 还包括:
步骤 206, 如果所述室内覆盖网络正常, 所述监控设备将所述室内覆盖网 络性能指标、 室内覆盖网络事件以及事件对应的信令流上报给所述管理服务 器。

获取解析单元 602,用于在所述通信芯片与室内天线组之间业务通信的过 程中, 获取所述通信芯片 608 的诊断口数据包并解析该数据包以得到室内覆 盖网络性能指标、 室内覆盖网络事件以及事件对应的信令流的指令; 其具体 的实现方法可以参见如图 2所示的步骤 203所述, 此处不再赘述。
判断单元 603 ,用于根据所述获取解析单元解析得到的室内覆盖网络性能 指标和 /或室内覆盖网络事件以及事件对应的信令流判断室内覆盖网络是否发 生异常的; 其具体的实现方法可以参见如图 2所示的步骤 204所述, 此处不 再赘述。
在本实施例中, 如图 7所示, 所述判断单元, 包括:
第一判断子单元 7031 , 用于如果所述室内覆盖网络性能指标中任一指标 值超出其对应于额定室内覆盖网络性能指标中的指标阈值, 判断得到室内覆 盖网络发生异常; 其具体的实现方法可以参见如图 2所示的步骤 2041所述, 此处不再赘述。
第二判断子单元 7032, 用于如果所述室内覆盖网络事件中信令流与协议 规定的正常信令流程不符或与协议规定失败信令流程相符的信令流, 判断得 到室内覆盖网络发生异常。其具体的实现方法可以参见如图 2所示的步骤 2042 所述, 此处不再赘述。
生成单元 604,用于在所述判断单元判断得到室内覆盖网络发生异常时生 成告警消息的指令, 所述告警消息至少包括所述监控设备所在的位置信息; 其具体的实现方法可以参见如图 2所示的步骤 205所述, 此处不再赘述。

根据所述室内覆盖网络性能指标和 /或室内覆盖网络事件以及事件对应的信 令流判断室内覆盖网络是否发生异常;
在所述室内覆盖网络发生异常时生成告警消息并上报给管理服务器和 /或管 理员持有的移动终端, 所述告警消息至少包括所述监控设备所在的位置信息。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据所述室内覆盖网络 性能指标和 /或室内覆盖网络事件以及事件对应的信令流判断室内覆盖网络是否 发生异常, 包括:
如果所述室内覆盖网络性能指标中任一指标值超出其对应于额定室内覆盖 网络性能指标中的指标阈值 , 判断得到室内覆盖网络发生异常;
如果所述室内覆盖网络事件中信令流与协议规定的正常信令流程不符或与 协议规定失败信令流程相符的信令流, 判断得到室内覆盖网络发生异常。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述告警消息还包括网络异 常类型, 所述在所述室内覆盖网络发生异常时生成告警消息, 包括:
在所述室内覆盖网络发生异常时, 根据所述室内覆盖网络性能指标和 /或事 件及其对应的信令流生成告警消息。
4、 根据权利要求 1-3任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 还包括: 如果自身的版本信息与所述管理服务器中关于所述监控设备的版本信息不 相同, 与所述管理服务器进行交互以实现自身版本的更新。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述如果自身的版本信息与 所述管理服务器中关于所述监控设备的版本信息不相同, 与所述管理服务器进 行交互以实现自身版本的更新, 包括:
获取管理服务器中关于所述监控设备的最新版本信息; 判断自身的版本信息与所述最新版本信息是否相同;
如果自身的版本信息与所述最新版本信息不相同, 发送更新请求给所述管 理服务器;
接收管理服务器下发的与所述最新版本信息相关的内容, 根据所述相关内 容实现自身版本的更新。
6、 一种监控设备, 具有通信芯片, 其特征在于, 包括:
获取执行单元, 用于获取测试任务, 根据所述测试任务与室内天线组之间 进行业务通信;
获取解析单元, 用于在所述通信芯片与室内天线组之间业务通信的过程中, 获取所述通信芯片的诊断口数据包并解析该数据包以得到室内覆盖网络性能指 标、 室内覆盖网络事件以及事件对应的信令流的指令;
判断单元, 用于根据所述获取解析单元解析得到的室内覆盖网络性能指标 和 /或室内覆盖网络事件以及事件对应的信令流判断室内覆盖网络是否发生异常 的;
生成单元, 用于在所述判断单元判断得到室内覆盖网络发生异常时生成告 警消息的指令, 所述告警消息至少包括所述监控设备所在的位置信息;
第一上报单元, 用于将所述生成单元生成的告警消息上报给管理服务器和 / 或管理员持有的移动终端的指令。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的监控设备, 其特征在于, 所述判断单元, 包括: 第一判断子单元, 用于如果所述室内覆盖网络性能指标中任一指标值超出 其对应于额定室内覆盖网络性能指标中的指标阈值, 判断得到室内覆盖网络发 生异常;
第二判断子单元, 用于如果所述室内覆盖网络事件中信令流与协议规定的 正常信令流程不符或与协议规定失败信令流程相符的信令流, 判断得到室内覆 盖网络发生异常。
8、 根据权利要求 6所述的监控设备, 其特征在于, 所述告警消息还包括网 络异常类型, 所述生成单元, 还用于在所述室内覆盖网络发生异常时, 根据所 述室内覆盖网络性能指标和 /或事件及其对应的信令流生成告警消息。
9、 根据权利要求 6-8任一项所述的监控设备, 其特征在于, 还包括: 更新单元, 用于如果自身的版本信息与所述管理服务器中关于所述监控设 备的版本信息不相同, 与所述管理服务器进行交互以实现自身版本的更新。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的监控设备, 其特征在于, 所述更新单元, 包括: 获取子单元, 用于获取管理服务器中关于所述监控设备的最新版本信息; 第三判断子单元, 用于判断自身的版本信息与所述获取子单元获取的最新 版本信息是否相同;
发送子单元, 用于如果第三判断子单元判断得到自身的版本信息与所述最 新版本信息不相同, 发送更新请求给所述管理服务器;
接收子单元, 用于接收管理服务器下发的与所述最新版本信息相关的内容, 根据所述相关内容实现自身版本的更新。
11、 一种监控室内覆盖信号的系统, 其特征在于, 包括监控设备, 管理服 务器和 /或管理员持有的移动终端, 所述监控设备配置在预先划分的室内天线组 的信号覆盖范围内, 所述室内天线组至少包括一个室内天线;
所述监控设备, 用于获取测试任务, 根据所述测试任务与室内天线组之间 进行业务通信, 在与室内天线组之间进行业务通信的过程中获取自身通信芯片 的诊断口数据包并解析该数据包以得到室内覆盖网络性能指标、 室内覆盖网络 事件以及事件对应的信令流, 根据所述室内覆盖网络性能指标和 /或室内覆盖网 络事件以及事件对应的信令流判断室内覆盖网络是否发生异常, 在所述室内覆 盖网络发生异常时生成告警消息并上报给管理服务器和 /或管理员持有的移动终 端, 所述告警消息至少包括所述监控设备所在的位置信息;
所述管理服务器和 /或管理员持有的移动终端, 用于接收所述监控设备上报 的告警消息。
