UTRAN包括基站 (Node B)和无线网络控制器 (RNC), 其对应的核心网 (Core Network, 简称为 CN) 包括宿主用户服务器 (Home Subscriber Server, 简称为 HSS)、 移动交换中心服务器 (Mobile Switching Centre Server, 简称为 MSC Server) 服务的 GPRS支持节点 (Serving GPRS Support Node, 简称为 SGSN) 等。 E-UTRAN包括演 进基站(e B ),其对应的核心网 CN包括宿主用户服务器 HSS、移动管理实体(Mobile Management Entity, 简称为 MME) 等。 MDT功能利用用户设备(User Equipment, 简称为 UE) 自动收集测量信息通过控 制面 (Control Plane) 信令报告给无线接入网 (Radio Access Network, 简称为 RAN), 对于 UTRAN系统指 RNC, 对于 E-UTRAN系统指 e B, 再通过无线接入网报告给操 作维护系统 (Operation And Maintenance, 简称为 OAM) 的跟踪收集实体 (Trace Collection Entity, 简称为 TCE)。 MDT的应用场景主要包括覆盖优化、 容量优化、 移 动性优化、 公共信道参数优化等方面。 相关技术中 MDT支持基于管理的 MDT (Management based MDT)和基于信令的 MDT ( Signaling based MDT ) 0 以 E-UTRAN系统为例, 基于管理的 MDT的激活过程 通常是 OAM发送消息给 e B 以激活某些 UE的 MDT测量, e B根据收到的区域 (Area) 信息选择 UE, 并将 MDT配置信息发送给选中的 UE。 以 E-UTRAN系统为 例,基于信令的 MDT的激活过程通常是 OAM发送消息给 HSS以激活某个 UE的 MDT 测量, HSS将该 UE的 MDT配置信息发送给 MME, MME将该 UE的 MDT配置信息 发送给 eNB, eNB最终将 MDT配置信息发送给 UE。 基于信令的 MDT通常用国际移 动用户标识(International Mobile Subscriber Identity, 简称为 IMSI)或国际移动站设备 标识 (International Mobile Station Equipment Identity, 简称为 IMEI) 来指定某个 UE, 或再加上区域信息以限制 UE的选择。 相关技术中 MDT支持 UE在连接 (CONNECTED) 状态和空闲 (IDLE) 状态进 行 MDT测量, 在连接状态进行的 MDT称为立即 MDT (Immediate MDT), 在空闲状 态进行的 MDT称为日志 MDT( Logged MDT)。立即 MDT指 UE在连接状态根据 MDT 配置信息进行 MDT测量并及时将测量信息报告给无线接入网, 再通过无线接入网报 告给 TCE。 日志 MDT指 UE在空闲状态根据 MDT配置信息进行 MDT测量并将测量 信息存储起来, 等后续进入连接状态时再报告给无线接入网, 再通过无线接入网报告 给 TCE。
UE可配有立即 MDT配置信息和日志 MDT配置信息两套独立的配置信息。 两种 MDT配置信息都是在 UE处于连接状态时由网络配置给 UE的。 两种类型的 MDT测 量配置根据立即上报和日志上报这两种不同的类型内容也有所不同。 都包括 MDT适 用范围, 可用小区列表或者 TA列表来表示, UE的标志信息 (仅用于 UMTS中基于 UE的跟踪), MDT测量内容, 对于立即 MDT, 还需要包含上报触发事件和上报间隔, 上报数量。 对于日志 MDT, 则包括日志记录间隔, 日志配置持续时间。 同时, 在相关技术中, 当采用基于管理的 MDT时, 基站需要根据用户执行 MDT 测量的意愿及 MDT配置信息中区域参数选择合适的用户来进行 MDT测量和上报, 目 前还没有技术能够实现如何根据用户自身的意愿将自身经历过的 D2D 相关信息进行 记录并上报, 以便于网络侧可以根据不同用户的能力意愿和所处区域范围来选择合适 的用户进行 D2D信息相关测量和上报。 发明内容 本发明提供了一种上报意愿信息的下发方法、 核心网设备及无线接入网设备, 以 至少解决相关技术中如何根据用户自身的意愿将自身经历过的 D2D 相关信息进行记 录并上报的问题。 根据本发明的一个方面, 提供了一种上报意愿信息的下发方法, 包括: 核心网设 备通过 S1接口消息向无线接入网设备下发 UE的 D2D记录上报意愿信息,其中, D2D 记录上报意愿信息为具备 D2D记录上报能力的 UE根据自身愿意执行 D2D记录上报 的指示信息。 可选地, 核心网设备通过 S1接口消息向无线接入网设备下发 UE的 D2D记录上 报意愿信息, 包括: 在 S1切换过程中, 所述核心网设备通过 S1接口消息向无线接入 网设备下发所述 D2D记录上报意愿信息。 可选地, 上述方法还包括: 所述无线接入网设备接收并存储所述 D2D记录上报意 愿信息。 可选地, 所述无线接入网设备接收并存储所述 D2D记录上报意愿信息之后, 还包 括: 在 X2切换过程中, 所述无线接入网设备向目标无线接入网设备发送所述 D2D记 录上报意愿信息。 可选地, 上述方法还包括: 所述无线接入网设备根据所述 D2D记录上报意愿信息 选择 UE进行 D2D记录和上报; 或者所述无线接入网设备根据所述 D2D记录上报意 愿信息和 UE的路测能力选择 UE进行 D2D记录和上报。 可选地, 所述 D2D记录上报意愿信息包括以下至少之一: 是否愿意上报的指示信 息、 愿意上报的记录类型的信息、 上报意愿的适用范围。 可选地, 所述记录类型包括以下至少之一: D2D发现业务记录、 D2D通信业务记 录、 D2D发送业务记录、 D2D监听业务记录、 有覆盖 D2D业务记录、 无覆盖 D2D业 务记录。 可选地, 所述适用范围包括上报意愿所适用的公众陆地移动网络 (PLMN)。 可选地, 所述 X2 接口消息包括以下至少之一: X2 切换请求 HANDOVER

D2D记录上报意愿可以用指示信元来表示,比如指示信元设置为 TRUE表示同意。 也可以根据 D2D记录类型细化, 比如细化为 D2D发现业务记录上报意愿, D2D通信 业务记录上报意愿。 进一步地, 还可以新增 PLMN列表信息来表示该意愿指示所适用 的范围。 可选地, D2D记录上报意愿信息包括以下至少之一: 是否愿意上报的指示信息、 愿意上报的记录类型的信息、 上报意愿的适用范围。 可选地, 记录类型包括以下至少 之一: D2D发现业务记录、 D2D通信业务记录、 D2D发送业务记录、 D2D监听业务 记录、 有覆盖 D2D业务记录、 无覆盖 D2D业务记录。 可选地, 适用范围包括上报意 愿所适用的 PLMN。 在本发明实施例中, 可以在 S1切换过程中, 通过 S1接口消息向无线接入网设备 下发 UE的 D2D记录上报意愿信息。 可选地, S1接口消息包括: SI HANDOVER REQUEST消息。 在上述步骤 S302至后, 上述方法还可以包括: 步骤 S304, 无线接入网设备接收并存储 UE的 D2D记录上报意愿信息。 进一步的, 在上述步骤 S304之后, 还可以包括: 步骤 S306, 在 X2切换过程中, 无线接入网设备向目标无线接入网设备发送 UE 的 D2D记录上报意愿信息。 可选地, 上述 X2接口消息包括以下至少之一: X2 HANDOVER REQUEST消息、 PATH SWITCH REQUEST ACKNOWLEDGE消息。 在本发明实施例的一个实施方式中, 上述步骤 S304之后, 还可以包括: 步骤 S308, 无线接入网设备根据 D2D记录上报意愿信息选择 UE进行 D2D记录 和上报; 或者, 无线接入网设备根据 D2D记录上报意愿信息和 UE 的路测能力选择 UE进行 D2D记录和上报。 作为一个例子, 在 UTRAN中, 核心网设备可以是移动交换中心服务器, 无线接 入网设备可以是 RNC; 和 /或, 在 E-UTRAN中, 核心网设备可以是 MME, 无线接入 网设备可以是 e B。
图 4是根据本发明实施例的核心网设备的结构框图, 如图 4所示, 该核心网设备 可以包括: 下发模块 10, 设置为通过 S1接口消息向无线接入网设备下发 UE的 D2D 记录上报意愿信息。 其中, D2D记录上报意愿信息为具备 D2D记录上报能力的 UE根据自身愿意执行 D2D记录上报的指示信息。 可选地, 下发模块 10, 可以设置为在 S1切换过程中, 通过 S1接口消息向无线接 入网设备下发所述 D2D记录上报意愿信息。 可选地, D2D记录上报意愿信息包括以下至少之一: 是否愿意上报的指示信息、 愿意上报的记录类型的信息、 上报意愿的适用范围。
图 5是根据本发明实施例的无线接入网设备的结构框图, 如图 5所示, 无线接入 网设备可以包括: 接收模块 20, 设置为接收核心网设备通过 S1 接口消息下发的 UE 的 D2D记录上报意愿信息; 存储模块 30, 设置为存储 UE的 D2D记录上报意愿信息。 其中, UE的 D2D记录上报意愿信息为具备 D2D记录上报能力的 UE根据自身愿 意执行 D2D记录上报的指示信息。 在本发明实施例的一个实施方式中, 上述无线接入网设备还可以包括: 发送模块, 设置为在 X2切换过程中, 向目标无线接入网设备发送所述 D2D记录上报意愿信息。 在本发明实施例的一个实施方式中, 上述无线接入网设备还可以包括:选择模块, 设置为根据 D2D记录上报意愿信息选择 UE进行 D2D记录和上报; 或者设置为根据 D2D记录上报意愿信息和 UE的路测能力选择 UE进行 D2D记录和上报。 可选地, D2D记录上报意愿信息包括以下至少之一: 是否愿意上报的指示信息、 愿意上报的记录类型的信息、 上报意愿的适用范围。 可选地, 记录类型包括以下至少 之一: D2D发现业务记录、 D2D通信业务记录、 D2D发送业务记录、 D2D监听业务 记录、 有覆盖 D2D业务记录、 无覆盖 D2D业务记录。 下面对本发明实例的可选实施方式举例说明。 图 6是根据本发明实施例的 D2D记录上报意愿信息的下发方法的流程图一,如图 6所示, 该方法包括步骤 S602至步骤 S606。 步骤 S602, MME通过 S1接口的 UE初始文本建立请求消息将 UE的 D2D记录 上报意愿信息下发给 eNB。 步骤 S604, eNB收到该信息后, 本地保存备用。 步骤 S606,当 eNB收到激活 D2D信息测量的时候, eNB选择合适的 UE进行 D2D 记录和上报, 其中选择的依据为 eNB本地保存的 UE的 D2D记录上报意愿信息指示 该 UE满足测量意愿和 /或意愿指示信息范围也满足 D2D信息测量执行范围的时候可以 选择该用户设备。
图 7是根据本发明实施例的 D2D记录上报意愿信息的下发方法的流程图二,如图 7所示, 该方法包括步骤 S702至步骤 S706。 步骤 S702, MME通过 S1接口的 UE文本修改请求消息将 UE的 D2D记录上报 意愿信息下发给 eNB; 步骤 S704, eNB收到该信息后, 本地更新并保存备用。 步骤 S702,当 eNB收到激活 D2D信息测量的时候, eNB选择合适的 UE进行 D2D 记录和上报, 其中选择的依据为 eNB本地保存的 UE的 D2D记录上报意愿信息指示 该 UE满足测量意愿和 /或意愿指示信息范围也满足 D2D信息测量执行范围的时候可以 选择该用户设备。
图 8是根据本发明实施例的 D2D记录上报意愿信息的下发方法的流程图三,如图 8所示, 该方法包括步骤 S802至步骤 S806。 步骤 S802, 在 S1切换过程中, MME通过 SI HANDOVER REQUEST消息将用 户设备的 D2D记录上报意愿信息下发给 eNB; 步骤 S804, eNB收到该信息后, 本地保存。 步骤 S806,当 eNB收到激活 D2D信息测量的时候, eNB选择合适的 UE进行 D2D 记录和上报, 其中选择的依据为 eNB本地保存的 UE的 D2D记录上报意愿信息指示 该 UE满足测量意愿和 /或意愿指示信息范围也满足 D2D信息测量执行范围的时候可以 选择该用户设备。
图 9是根据本发明实施例的 D2D记录上报意愿信息的传递方法的流程图, 如图 9 所示, 该方法包括步骤 S902至步骤 S906。 步骤 S902, 在 X2切换过程中, 源 eNB通过 X2接口消息, 比如 X2 HANDOVER REQUEST消息和 /或 PATH SWITCH REQUEST ACKNOWLEDGE消息将用户设备的 D2D记录上报意愿信息传递给目标 eNB; 步骤 S904, 源 eNB收到该信息后, 本地保存。 步骤 S906, 当源 eNB收到激活 D2D信息测量的时候, 源 eNB选择合适的 UE进 行 D2D记录和上报, 其中选择的依据为 eNB本地保存的 UE的 D2D记录上报意愿信 息指示该 UE满足测量意愿和 /或意愿指示信息范围也满足 D2D信息测量执行范围的时 候可以选择该用户设备。 进一步地, eNB选择合适的用户设备进行 D2D记录上报,除了考虑选择具备 D2D 记录上报意愿以外, 还可以结合考虑用户设备具备 D2D路测能力。 进一步地, 上述接口实现方法中, 在 UTRAN系统下, MME可以是 CN, e B可 以是 RNC。 从以上的描述中, 可以看出, 本发明实现了如下技术效果: 核心网设备通过 S1 接口消息向无线接入网设备下发 UE的 D2D记录上报意愿信息, 使得无线接入网设备 可以根据 D2D记录上报意愿信息选择 UE进行 D2D记录和上报。 显然, 本领域的技术人员应该明白, 上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可以用通用 的计算装置来实现, 它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上, 或者分布在多个计算装置所 组成的网络上, 可选地, 它们可以用计算装置可执行的程序代码来实现, 从而, 可以 将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行, 并且在某些情况下, 可以以不同于此处 的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤, 或者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块, 或者将 它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。 这样, 本发明不限制于任 何特定的硬件和软件结合。 以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本领域的技 术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精神和原则之内, 所作的 任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。 工业实用性 如上所述, 本发明实施例提供的一种上报意愿信息的下发方法、 核心网设备及无 线接入网设备具有以下有益效果:核心网设备通过 S1接口消息向无线接入网设备下发 UE的 D2D记录上报意愿信息,使得无线接入网设备可以根据 D2D记录上报意愿信息 选择 UE进行 D2D记录和上报。

1. 一种上报意愿信息的下发方法, 包括:
核心网设备通过 S1接口消息向无线接入网设备下发用户设备 UE的 D2D 记录上报意愿信息, 其中, 所述 D2D记录上报意愿信息为具备 D2D记录上报 能力的 UE根据自身愿意执行 D2D记录上报的指示信息。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 核心网设备通过 S1接口消息向无线接入 网设备下发 UE的 D2D记录上报意愿信息, 包括: 在 S1切换过程中, 所述核心网设备通过 S1接口消息向无线接入网设备下 发所述 D2D记录上报意愿信息。
3. 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 其中, 还包括: 所述无线接入网设备接收并存储所述 D2D记录上报意愿信息。
4. 根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 其中, 所述无线接入网设备接收并存储所述 D2D 记录上报意愿信息之后, 还包括:
在 X2切换过程中, 所述无线接入网设备向目标无线接入网设备发送所述 D2D记录上报意愿信息。
5. 根据权利要求 3或 4所述的方法, 其中, 还包括: 所述无线接入网设备根据所述 D2D记录上报意愿信息选择 UE进行 D2D 记录和上报; 或者
所述无线接入网设备根据所述 D2D记录上报意愿信息和 UE的路测能力选 择 UE进行 D2D记录和上报。
6. 根据权利要求 1至 5中任一项所述的方法,其中,所述 D2D记录上报意愿信息 包括以下至少之一: 是否愿意上报的指示信息、 愿意上报的记录类型的信息、 上报意愿的适用范围。
7. 根据权利要求 6所述的方法, 其中, 所述记录类型包括以下至少之一: D2D发 现业务记录、 D2D通信业务记录、 D2D发送业务记录、 D2D监听业务记录、 有覆盖 D2D业务记录、 无覆盖 D2D业务记录。
8. 根据权利要求 6或 7所述的方法, 其中, 所述适用范围包括上报意愿所适用的 公众陆地移动网络 PLMN。

11. 根据权利要求 1至 10中任一项所述的方法, 其中, 在通用陆地无线接入网 UTRAN中, 所述核心网设备为移动交换中心服务 器, 所述无线接入网设备为无线网络控制器 RNC; 和 /或 在演进的通用陆地无线接入网 E-UTRAN中, 所述核心网设备为移动性管 理实体 MME, 所述无线接入网设备为演进的基站 e B。
12. 一种核心网设备, 包括: 下发模块,设置为通过 S1接口消息向无线接入网设备下发用户设备 UE的 D2D记录上报意愿信息, 其中, 所述 D2D记录上报意愿信息为具备 D2D记录 上报能力的 UE根据自身愿意执行 D2D记录上报的指示信息。
13. 根据权利要求 1所述的核心网设备, 其中, 所述下发模块, 设置为在 S1切换 过程中,通过 S1接口消息向无线接入网设备下发所述 D2D记录上报意愿信息。
14. 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的核心网设备,其中,所述 D2D记录上报意愿信息包 括以下至少之一: 是否愿意上报的指示信息、 愿意上报的记录类型的信息、 上 报意愿的适用范围。
15. 一种无线接入网设备, 包括:
接收模块,设置为接收核心网设备通过 S1接口消息下发的用户设备 UE的 D2D记录上报意愿信息, 其中, 所述 D2D记录上报意愿信息为具备 D2D记录 上报能力的 UE根据自身愿意执行 D2D记录上报的指示信息; 存储模块, 设置为存储所述 D2D记录上报意愿信息。
16. 根据权利要求 15所述的无线接入网设备, 其中, 还包括: 发送模块,设置为在 X2切换过程中,向目标无线接入网设备发送所述 D2D 记录上报意愿信息。
17. 根据权利要求 15或 16所述的无线接入网设备, 其中, 还包括: 选择模块, 设置为根据所述 D2D记录上报意愿信息选择 UE进行 D2D记录和上报; 或者
设置为根据所述 D2D记录上报意愿信息和 UE的路测能力选择 UE进行 D2D记录和上报。
18. 根据权利要求 15至 17中任一项所述的无线接入网设备,其中,所述 D2D记录 上报意愿信息包括以下至少之一: 是否愿意上报的指示信息、 愿意上报的记录 类型的信息、 上报意愿的适用范围。
