锁定连杆卡块 340 固定在货物上用于限制锁定连杆 320 的运动轨迹,定位销 330 固定在锁定连杆 320 上。当锁定连杆 320 沿着锁定连杆卡块 340 运动时,定位销 330 会卡住锁定连杆卡块 340 ,从而限制锁定连杆 320 的行程。
挡板卡块 360 固定在货物上用于限制挡板 350 的运动轨迹,挡板 350 沿挡板卡块 360 滑动。锁定连杆 320 运动方向与挡板 350 运动方向垂直。
结合图 4 和图 5 可以看出,挡板 350 上设有与锁定连杆 320 自由端 324 配合的锁定孔 352 。
弹性件 370 一端与挡板 350 相连,另一端与货物相连。
本实施例中,弹性件 370 为弹簧。
如图 1 和图 4 所示,货物处于解锁状态,此时弹性件 370 没有被拉伸,锁定连杆 320 的自由端 324 抵持在挡板 350 上,此时锁定连杆 320 无法运动。
当需要将货物锁定时,结合图 2 和图 5 ,推拉机构 20 推动配合机构 10 使得货物向货仓方向运动,固定在货仓上的挡块 380 与挡板 350 抵接并将挡板 350 向远离货仓方向推出,锁定连杆 320 自由端 324 滑入锁定孔 352 内,此时弹性件 370 被拉伸。推拉机构 20 继续推动,配合机构 10 带动驱动连杆 310 转动,从而使得锁定连杆 320 沿着锁定连杆卡块 340 运动,锁定连杆 320 自由端 324 穿过锁定孔 352 后与伸入到锁定槽内,从而将货物锁定。
当需要解锁时,推拉机构 20 拉动配合机构 10 ,配合机构 10 带动驱动连杆 310 转动,从而使得锁定连杆 320 沿着锁定连杆卡块 340 运动,锁定连杆 320 自由端 324 收回并离开货仓上的锁定槽和挡板 350 上的锁定孔 352 ,此时完成货物的解锁,货物被拉出货仓的过程中被拉伸的弹性件 370 复位,从而使得挡板 350 复位。
这种货物存取锁定装置包括与配合机构 10 转动连接的驱动连杆 310 以及与驱动连杆 310 转动连接的锁定连杆 320 ,通过锁定连杆 320 自由端 324 滑入和滑出设置在货仓上的锁定槽完成货物的锁定和解锁。这种货物存取锁定装置结构巧妙,配合精准,可靠性较高,从而具有良好的应用前景。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的一种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种货物存取锁定装置,用于将与配合机构固定连接的货物存入货仓并锁定,以及将锁定在货仓的货物解锁,其特征在于,包括锁定连杆机构;
    所述锁定连杆机构包括驱动连杆和锁定连杆,所述驱动连杆一端所述配合机构与转动连接,所述锁定连杆一端与所述驱动连杆另一端转动连接,所述锁定连杆另一端为自由端;
    所述货仓中设有与所述锁定连杆的自由端配合的锁定槽;
    所述锁定连杆自由端可以伸入到所述锁定槽内完成所述货物的锁定,所述锁定连杆自由端还可以滑出所述锁定槽完成所述货物的解锁。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的货物存取锁定装置,其特征在于,所述锁定连杆机构还包括安装在所述货物上的导向套,所述配合机构沿所述导向套拉出和推入。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的货物存取锁定装置,其特征在于,所述货物存取锁定装置还包括分别设置在所述配合机构和所述货物表面的磁铁。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的货物存取锁定装置,其特征在于,所述锁定连杆机构还包括导向槽,所述导向槽用于限制所述锁定连杆的运动轨迹和行程。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的货物存取锁定装置,其特征在于,所述导向槽包括锁定连杆卡块和固定在所述锁定连杆上的定位销,所述锁定连杆卡块用于限制所述锁定连杆的运动轨迹,所述定位销用于限制所述锁定连杆的行程。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的货物存取锁定装置,其特征在于,所述锁定连杆机构还包括挡板、弹性件以及固定在货仓内壁的挡块;
    所述挡板上设有与所述锁定连杆自由端配合的锁定孔并且所述挡板可以沿所述挡板运动方向垂直的方向运动;所述弹性件一端与所述挡板相连,另一端与所述货物相连。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的货物存取锁定装置,其特征在于,所述锁定连杆机构还包括用于限制所述挡板的运动轨迹的挡板卡块。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的货物存取锁定装置,其特征在于,所述驱动连杆与所述配合装置铰接,所述驱动连杆与所述锁定连杆铰接。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的货物存取锁定装置,其特征在于,所述弹性件为弹簧。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的货物存取锁定装置,其特征在于,所述货物存取锁定装置还包括与所述配合机构实现挂接和分离的推拉机构。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的货物存取锁定装置,其特征在于,所述推拉机构包括固定部、配合部、轴环以及回位弹性件;所述连接轴固定连接所述固定部和所述配合部,所述轴环和所述回位弹性件均套设在所述连接轴上并且所述回位弹性件设置在所述轴环与所述配合部之间;
    所述配合机构与所述推拉机构相向面设置有凹槽,所述凹槽的侧壁设置有卡槽,所述卡槽内设有卡持弹性件以及通过所述卡持弹性件在卡槽内伸缩的销结构;
    所述配合部可伸入所述凹槽内将所述销结构压缩入所述卡槽,并在所述配合部穿过所述销结构后,所述销结构弹出卡住所述配合部,使得所述推拉机构和所述配合机构挂接。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的货物存取锁定装置,其特征在于,所述配合部与所述配合机构相向面为曲面结构。
  13. 如权利要求11所述的货物存取锁定装置,其特征在于,所述销结构具有与所述曲面结构配合的斜面结构。
  14. 如权利要求11所述的货物存取锁定装置,其特征在于,所述轴环与所述固定部相向面为斜面结构。
  15. 如权利要求11所述的货物存取锁定装置,其特征在于,所述配合部与所述轴环相向面与所述连接轴轴线垂直,所述轴环与所述配合部相向面与所述连接轴轴线垂直。
  16. 如权利要求11~15中任一项所述的货物存取锁定装置,其特征在于,所述卡槽、所述卡持弹性件以及所述销结构均为三个。
