Description

化粧用塗布具
　本発明は、睫毛及び眉毛に液体化粧料を塗布するために使用するマスカラ，アイブロー用の化粧用塗布具であり、特に、前記塗布具のブラシ部に動植物毛や合成樹脂製繊維等からなるブリッスルがブラシ部軸方向にライン状に植設された化粧用塗布具に関する。
　この種のマスカラ，アイブロー用の化粧用塗布具としては、樹脂製の棒状ブラシ軸の基端部を操作部とし、該ブラシ軸の先端側の一部側面にブラシ軸と平行に長溝を形成し、該長溝と棒状の樹脂製留め具の間に複数本のブリッスルを配置して、前記長溝内に前記ブリッスルを二つ折りにした状態で留め具とともに長溝内に固定することで、ブリッスルが軸方向二列に植設されたブラシ部が形成されたものがある（特許文献１参照）。係る塗布具では、ブラシ部軸方向に並んだブリッスル群とブリッスル群の間に液溜まり空間が形成されて、係る空間に保持された液体化粧料をたっぷりと睫毛や眉毛に塗布することができる。

　しかし、特許文献１のマスカラ，アイブロー用の塗布具では、第１に、上記二列のブリッスル群間が広く空いているため、液体化粧料を多く含み過ぎてしまい、使用者が意図した以上に化粧料が塗布されてしまうという問題があった。第２に、上記二列のブリッスル群間の底部に露呈する留め具付近に付着した液体化粧料は、該化粧料が入った容器側に周設された払拭部で取り除きにくいため、化粧料が多量に停滞し、この点からも使用者が望む以上に化粧料が塗布されてしまうし、さらには、留め具に停滞した液体化粧料が固化してしまい、日をおいて塗布具を使用した際に固形ゴミとなって睫毛等に塗布されてしまうという問題があった。
　本発明は、前記従来技術の課題に鑑みて為されたものであり、その目的は、ブリッスルがブラシ部軸方向にライン状に植設された形態のブラシ部を備えた化粧用塗布具にあっても、液体化粧料を適量な状態で睫毛や眉毛に塗布することができるマスカラ，アイブロー用の化粧用塗布具を提供することにある。
　前記目的を達成するために、請求項１に係る化粧用塗布具においては、基端部を操作部とする棒状のブラシ軸と、該ブラシ軸の先端側に形成されたブラシ部と、を備え、前記ブラシ部は、前記ブラシ軸の一部側面に該ブラシ部軸方向と平行に形成された長溝と、該長溝に係合する棒状の留め具と、を用いて、前記長溝と前記留め具の間に配置された複数本のブリッスルが該長溝内に二つ折り状に固定されて、前記ブリッスルがブラシ部軸方向に二列に植設された化粧用塗布具において、前記留め具の前記長溝から露呈する面に、前記ブリッスル延出方向に延びる櫛刃を、前記ブラシ部軸方向に所定ピッチで形成した。
　（作用）ブラシ部に二列に植設されたブリッスル群とブリッスル群の間に櫛刃が形成されたため、同一方向(ブラシ部軸方向)に、ブリッスル群からなる植毛刷毛部と櫛刃からなるコーム部を持つ塗布具となる。
　また、従来、ブリッスル群間に(ブラシ部幅方向に)広く空いていた空間に櫛刃を形成したことで、その分液溜め空間が狭まって、液体化粧料が溜まりすぎるのを防ぐことができる。
　また、櫛刃と櫛刃の隙間に溜まる液体化粧料は、睫毛や眉毛に塗布することができるので、係る隙間に保持された液体化粧料は有効に利用され、固化してしまうこともない。
　さらに、係る塗布具を用いて睫毛をメイクアップする際に、ブラシ軸が睫毛と略平行になるように操作部を持って、ブラシ部で睫毛を持ち上げるように操作すると、まず、一方のブリッスル群が睫毛に接触し、係るブリッスル群に保持されたマスカラ液が睫毛に塗布され、次に、係るブリッスル群とコーム部の間に保持された液体化粧料と櫛刃と櫛刃の隙間に保持された液体化粧料が睫毛に上塗りされるとともに櫛刃と櫛刃の隙間で睫毛が梳かされ、最後に、他方のブリッスル群が睫毛に接触し、睫毛１本１本を分離するように梳かして塗布されたマスカラ液を睫毛に均等に伸ばすので、すらりとした綺麗な睫毛に仕上がる。
　請求項２においては、請求項１に記載の化粧用塗布具において、前記櫛刃の高さを、前記ブリッスルの高さよりも低く形成した。
　（作用）前記ブリッスルは、ブリッスルを二つ折りにして長溝内に固定した後、ブラシ部から延出したブリッスル両端部を所望する長さに切りそろえられるので、化粧用塗布具として所望されるブリッスル高さ（長さ）よりも、櫛刃の高さを低く形成しておくことで、上記トリミングの際に櫛刃が邪魔となることがなく、上記トリミングがスムーズに行える。
　また、ブリッスルよりも櫛刃の高さが低いことで、櫛刃が睫毛の根元に接触し、櫛刃と櫛刃の隙間に保持された液体化粧料が睫毛の根元に多く塗布される。
　請求項１に係る発明によれば、液溜まり空間にコーム部を形成したことで、液体化粧料を多く含み過ぎてしまうことがなく、液体化粧料を適量な状態で睫毛等に塗布することができる。
　また、櫛刃と櫛刃の隙間にできる液溜まり空間に液体化粧料が停滞して固化することがないので、使用者に不快感を与えることもない。
　さらに、ブリッスル群とブリッスル群の間にコーム部が形成されたことで、今までに無い使用感が得られる塗布具を提供することができる。
　請求項２に係る発明によれば、櫛刃の（ブラシ部からの）延出高さを、ブリッスルの延出高さよりも低くしたことで、ブリッスルのトリミング工程がスムーズとなる。
　また、マスカラ液が睫毛の根元に多めに塗布されるので、目元にアイライン効果を持たせながら、すらりとした綺麗な睫毛に仕上げることができる。

本発明に係る化粧用塗布具をマスカラ用の塗布具に適用した第１の実施例を図面に基づいて説明する。図１は第１の実施例に係る化粧用塗布具の正面図、図２は同塗布具の平面図、図３は同塗布具の横断面図（図１におけるＩＩＩ－ＩＩＩ線に沿う断面図）、図４は同塗布具の縦断面図（図１におけるＩＶ－ＩＶ線に沿う断面図）、図５は同塗布具の要部である留め具の正面図、図６は同留め具の平面図、図７は同留め具の右側面図である。なお、図１，２，４における仮想線は植設されたブリッスルを示しており、図１では櫛刃２６が見えるよう、手前に見えるブリッスル群３０ａの記載を省略している。
　図１に示すように、本発明の第１実施例に係る化粧用塗布具１は、液体化粧料であるマスカラ液２を収容した図示しない化粧料容器３の蓋体を兼ねる操作部５がその基端部に設けられた、ＰＰ等の合成樹脂製の円柱棒状のブラシ軸６と、該ブラシ軸６の先端側に、動植物毛やナイロン等の合成樹脂製繊維からなるブリッスル３０がライン状に植設されたブラシ部１０と、からなる。また、化粧料容器３の開口部には、ブラシ部１０に付着したマスカラ液２を一定量掻き落すための、ゴム等の可縮性部材で構成される公知の払拭部（ワイパー）４が周設されている。

　そして、長溝１２には、長溝１２の形状と該略一致する棒状の留め具２０を介して、複数本のブリッスル３０が長溝１２内に二つ折り状に固定されている。留め具２０は、ＰＥＴ等からなる合成樹脂成形品であって、そのブラシ部軸方向先端及び基端側の側面に、長溝１２の係合溝１３と係合する凸部２２が形成されており、留め具２０を長溝１２に押し込んだ際に凹凸ランス係合して容易に取り付け可能となっている。さらに、留め具２０を長溝１２に固定した際に、留め具２０の長溝１２から露呈する面２１には、ブリッスル３０の延出方向と同方向に延出する、その先端側ほど厚みが薄く巾狭にテーパーした平板状の櫛刃２６が、ブラシ部軸方向に所定ピッチで一体形成されている。なお、各櫛刃２６は、櫛刃２６の平面部２６ａと平面部２６ａとが平行であり、各平面部２６ａはブラシ部軸方向と直交する方向に延びている。
　ブリッスル３０は、一例として直径０．１０２ｍｍ（４ミル）のナイロンを用いており、それぞれのブリッスル３０の中央部を溶着一体化してブリッスル３０の群とした形態で、該中央部を長溝１２と留め具２０の間に配置した状態で、留め具２０が長溝１２内に固定されることでブラシ部１０に固定される。その後、ブラシ部１０からブラシ部軸方向と直交する方向に延出するブリッスル３０の両端部の長さを切りそろえて（トリミングして）、ブリッスル３０の高さ（長さ）を所望する長さに調整することで、ブラシ部１０に、ブラシ部軸方向二列にブリッスル群３０ａとブリッスル群３０ｂが植設されている。
　さらに、各櫛刃２６の（ブラシ部１０から延出する）高さは、ブリッスル群３０ａ，３０ｂの（ブラシ部１０から延出する）高さよりも低く形成されているため、ブリッスル３０のトリミングの際に櫛刃２６が邪魔となることがないので、前述のトリミング工程がスムーズに行える。
　以上により、ブラシ部１０は、同一方向（ブラシ部軸方向）に、ブリッスル群３０ａ，３０ｂからなる植毛刷毛部と、その間に形成された櫛刃２６からなるコーム部とを備えた塗布具１となっている。
　そして、ブラシ部１０を化粧料容器３に挿入すると、ブラシ部１０がマスカラ液２に浸漬され、ブラシ部１０を引き抜くと、化粧料容器３の払拭部４と接触した部分のブラシ部１０のマスカラ液２が一定量掻き落されるとともに、ブラシ部１０のブリッスル群３０ａと櫛刃２６，ブリッスル群３０ｂと櫛刃２６の間にできる液溜まり空間Ｒと、櫛刃２６と櫛刃２６の隙間にできる液溜まり空間Ｓに、マスカラ液２が保持される。即ち、従来のブラシ部では、ブリッスル群３０ａとブリッスル群３０ｂの間全てが液溜まり空間となっていたのに対し、そこに櫛刃２６が形成されたため、その分液溜め空間が狭まって、液溜まり空間Ｒにマスカラ液２が溜まりすぎることがない。
　次に、塗布具１を用いてマスカラ液２を睫毛に塗布する際には、操作部５を持ってブラシ軸６を睫毛に沿って略平行に配置し、ブラシ部１０のブリッスル群３０ａ，３０ｂ及び櫛刃２６形成した側の側面を睫毛の下側に配置した後、ブラシ軸６を持ち上げるように上方へ移動させるように操作すると、以下の要領で、睫毛に適量のマスカラ液２が塗布される。即ち、ブラシ部１０で睫毛を持ち上げるように操作すると、まず、一方のブリッスル群３０ａが睫毛に接触し、係るブリッスル群３０ａに保持されたマスカラ液２が睫毛に塗布される。次に、コーム部である櫛刃２６において、ブリッスル群３０ａ・櫛刃２６間の液溜まり空間Ｒと櫛刃２６・櫛刃２６の液溜まり空間Ｓに保持されたマスカラ液２が睫毛に上塗りされるとともに、櫛刃２６と櫛刃２６の隙間Ｓで睫毛が梳かされる。最後に、他方のブリッスル群３０ｂが睫毛に接触し、櫛刃２６・ブリッスル群３０ｂ間の液溜まり空間Ｒのマスカラ液２が塗布されるとともにブリッスル群３０ｂが睫毛１本１本を分離するように梳かして、塗布されたマスカラ液２を睫毛に均等に伸ばすので、すらりとした綺麗な睫毛に仕上がる。また、ブリッスル群３０ａ，３０ｂよりも櫛刃２６の高さが低いので、櫛刃２６は睫毛の根元に接触し、マスカラ液２は睫毛の根元により多く塗布される。
　よって、本実施例によれば、ブリッスル群３０ａ，３０ｂ間の液溜まり空間Ｒがマスカラ液２を多く含み過ぎてしまうことがないので、マスカラ液２を適量な状態で睫毛に塗布することができる。また、櫛刃２６と櫛刃２６の液溜まり空間Ｓに溜まるマスカラ液２は睫毛に塗布されるので、液溜まり空間Ｓに保持されたマスカラ液２を有効に利用することができ、さらに、液溜まり空間Ｓにマスカラ液２が停滞して固化してしまうことがないので、使用者に不快感を与えることもない。さらに、ブリッスル群３０ａ，３０ｂの空間に櫛刃２６（コーム部）が形成されたことで、上述したように、今までに無い使用感が得られる塗布具１となっている。また、ブリッスル３０よりも高さの低い櫛刃２６の液溜まり空間Ｓに保持されたマスカラ液２は睫毛の根元に多めに塗布されるので、目元にアイライン効果を持たせながら、すらりとした綺麗な睫毛に仕上げることができる。
　（第２の実施例）
次に、図８は第２の実施例に係る化粧用塗布具の留め具の平面図である。第２の実施例では、実施例１における留め具２０の櫛刃２６が、ブラシ部軸方向に対して傾斜（櫛刃２６の平面部２６ａがブラシ軸方向に対して所定角度傾斜）するように形成された櫛刃２６Ｂとなったことの他は、実施例１と同様であるため、同一の符号を用いて説明を割愛する。なお、図９は同実施例に係る留め具２０の変形例の平面図であるが、櫛刃２６Ｂの傾斜方向は図９の方向であっても良い。この構成では、塗布具１を用いてマスカラ液２を睫毛に塗布する際に、櫛刃２６Ｂの傾斜によって平面部２６ａで睫毛を持ち上げるように使用することができるので、実施例１と同様の効果を持ちながら、睫毛絡みが良く、カール効果も得られ、使用者の好みに適う使用感が得られる塗布具１を提供することができる。
　（第３の実施例）
次に、図１０は第３の実施例に係る化粧用塗布具の留め具の平面図であって、第３の実施例では、実施例２における留め具２０の櫛刃２６Ｂが、ブラシ部軸方向に対して交互に傾斜した形態で形成された櫛刃２６Ｃとなったことの他は、実施例２と同様である。この構成では、塗布具１を用いてマスカラ液２を睫毛に塗布する際に、実施例２よりも睫毛絡みの良い、使用者の好みに適う使用感が得られる塗布具１を提供することができる。
　（第４の実施例）
次に、図１１は第４の実施例に係る化粧用塗布具の留め具の右側面図であって、第４の実施例では、実施例１における留め具２０の櫛刃２６の平板形状が、ブラシ部軸方向に対して横断面円錐形状に形成された櫛刃２６Ｄとなったことの他は、実施例１と同様である。この構成では、実施例１に比して鋭角な形状となったことで、櫛刃２６Ｄは睫毛を梳かす効果が強くなり、よりナチュラルな仕上がりとなって、使用者の好みに適う使用感が得られる塗布具１を提供することができる。
　（第５の実施例）
次に、図１２は第５の実施例に係る化粧用塗布具の留め具の横断面図であって、第５の実施例では、実施例１における留め具２０の櫛刃２６の高さが、ブリッスル群３０ａ，３０ｂの高さよりも高く形成された櫛刃２６Ｅとなったことの他は、実施例１と同様である。係る実施例では、ブリッスル３０を長溝１２内に固定する前の段階で狙いの長さに整えておくことで形成することができる。この構成では、櫛刃２６Ｅをブリッスル群３０ａ，３０ｂよりも突出させたことで、櫛刃２６Ｅが睫毛に接触しやすくなる分、櫛刃２６Ｅと櫛刃２６Ｅの液溜まり空間Ｓに保持されたマスカラ液２が睫毛に塗布されるともに睫毛を梳かし、ブリッスル群３０ｂによって睫毛１本１本が分離されて、実施例１よりも薄付きのすらりとした綺麗な睫毛に仕上がるので、使用者の好みに適う使用感が得られる塗布具１を提供することができる。
　なお、図１３は、同実施例に係る留め具の変形例の横断面図であるが、櫛刃２６Ｅの高さをブリッスル群３０ａ，３０ｂの高さと等しく形成した櫛刃２６Ｆとしても良い。この構成では、ブリッスル群３０ａ，３０ｂと櫛刃２６Ｆ間の液溜まり空間Ｒが、実施例１よりも小さく実施例５よりも大きくなるので、塗布量において使用者の好みに適う使用感が得られる塗布具１を提供することができる。
　なお、実施例１～５において、塗布具１を睫毛用の化粧用塗布具として用いたが、同様に眉毛に対して用いるアイブロー用の塗布具としても当然に使用することができる。

Claims (2)

  1. 　基端部を操作部とする棒状のブラシ軸と、該ブラシ軸の先端側に形成されたブラシ部と、を備え、
    　前記ブラシ部は、前記ブラシ軸の一部側面に該ブラシ部軸方向と平行に形成された長溝と、該長溝に係合する棒状の留め具と、を用いて、前記長溝と前記留め具の間に配置された複数本のブリッスルが該長溝内に二つ折り状に固定されて、前記ブリッスルがブラシ部軸方向に二列に植設された化粧用塗布具において、
    　前記留め具の前記長溝から露呈する面には、前記ブリッスル延出方向に延びる櫛刃が、前記ブラシ部軸方向に所定ピッチで形成されたことを特徴とする化粧用塗布具。
  2. 　前記櫛刃の高さは、前記ブリッスルの高さよりも低く形成されたことを特徴とする請求項１に記載の化粧用塗布具。
