Abstract

본 발명은 작동유체가 채워지는 하우징; 하우징의 내측을 관통하여 회전 가능하게 설치되는 샤프트; 샤프트의 측부에 도달하도록 하우징의 내주면에 마련되고, 작동유체의 이동을 제한하는 하우징핀; 및 샤프트와 함께 회전하도록 샤프트에 결합되되, 샤프트의 회전 방향에 따라 자세가 가변됨으로써 샤프트의 측부와 하우징의 내주면에 밀착되는 액시스핀을 포함하도록 한 로터리타입 댐퍼에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 구성부재들간에 접촉부위를 최소화함으로써 동작시 마모를 줄이도록 하여 내구성과 사용주기를 증대시키고, 작동유체의 정확한 단속이 용이하고, 이로 인해 구성부재의 가공에 고도의 정밀도를 요구하지 않게 됨으로써 제작에 소요되는 노력과 비용을 줄이도록 하며, 작동유체의 저항을 정확하게 제어하도록 함으로써 댐핑 작용의 신뢰성을 향상시키고, 댐핑의 일방향 제어와 댐핑 대상인 회전체의 회전 속도 제어가 가능하도록 하여 일방향 댐핑 또는 회전 속도의 가변이 필요한 회전체에 쉽게 적용할 수 있도록 한다.
