前記時刻取得工程において取得された前記区切りの時刻がタイマの設定に基づく第1の時刻から第2の時刻までの設定時間に含まれる場合、その区切りの時刻に、前記再生工程における再生の終了処理を開始するタイマ制御工程と、

本発明の実施形態について、図面を参照して詳細に説明する。実施形態1に係る再生装置100は、携帯電話・移動体端末向けの1セグメント部分受信サービス(以下、単に「ワンセグ」とする)を享受可能な装置である。ワンセグは、主に携帯端末等の移動局を受信対象とする地上デジタルテレビ放送である。再生装置100は、放送局から配信されるテレビ放送信号を受信する。再生装置100は、受信したテレビ放送信号に基づいて、コンテンツとしての番組、コマーシャルメッセージ(以下、単に「CM」とする)等を再生する。また、再生装置100は、テレビ放送信号の他に、放送局から配信されるデータ放送信号を受信する。このデータ放送信号には、放送局名、番組のタイトル、番組の開始時刻、番組の終了時刻等の番組情報を含むEPG(Electric Program Guide)データ等が含まれる。
実施形態2に係る再生装置200は、コンテンツとしての楽曲ファイルを再生する。再生装置200では、使用者が所望する順に楽曲ファイルを再生するためのプレイリスト機能を備える。また、再生装置200は、タイマ機能を備え、タイマ満了時刻に楽曲の再生を終了する。
図9に示すように、実施形態3に係る再生装置300は、再生部31と、時刻取得部32と、タイマ制御部33とを備える。

前記タイマ制御部は、
前記時刻取得部によって取得された前記区切りの時刻が、前記設定時間に含まれない場合、前記第2の時刻の直後の前記区切りの時刻に、前記再生部による再生の終了処理を開始する、
ことを特徴とする付記1又は2に記載の再生装置。
前記タイマ制御部は、
前記設定時間に含まれる前記区切りの時刻に前記終了処理を開始した場合、前記コンテンツとともに、前記コンテンツの再生を終了する旨の情報を再生し、
前記コンテンツの再生を終了する旨の操作入力があると、前記再生部による再生を終了し、
前記コンテンツの再生を終了する旨の情報を再生した後、所定時間内に前記操作入力がなければ、前記再生部による再生を終了する、
ことを特徴とする付記1乃至3のいずれか1つに記載の再生装置。
前記タイマ制御部は、
前記コンテンツの再生を継続する旨の操作入力があると、前記第2の時刻に前記再生部による再生を終了する、
ことを特徴とする付記4に記載の再生装置。
前記再生部は、
前記コンテンツの区切りを検出し、
前記タイマ制御部は、
前記再生部が前記区切りを検出した時刻と、前記設定時間に含まれる前記区切りの時刻との間が、所定時間以内であった場合、前記終了処理を開始する、
ことを特徴とする付記1乃至5のいずれか1つに記載の再生装置。

- コンテンツを再生する再生部と、
前記コンテンツの区切りの時刻を取得する時刻取得部と、
前記時刻取得部によって取得された前記区切りの時刻がタイマの設定に基づく第1の時刻から第2の時刻までの設定時間に含まれる場合、その区切りの時刻に、前記再生部による再生の終了処理を開始するタイマ制御部と、
を備える再生装置。 - 前記タイマ制御部は、
前記時刻取得部によって取得された前記区切りの時刻が、前記設定時間に複数含まれる場合、前記第2の時刻の直前の前記区切りの時刻に、前記再生部による再生の終了処理を開始する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の再生装置。 - 前記タイマ制御部は、
前記時刻取得部によって取得された前記区切りの時刻が、前記設定時間に含まれない場合、前記第2の時刻の直後の前記区切りの時刻に、前記再生部による再生の終了処理を開始する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の再生装置。 - 前記タイマ制御部は、
前記設定時間に含まれる前記区切りの時刻に前記終了処理を開始した場合、前記コンテンツとともに、前記コンテンツの再生を終了する旨の情報を再生し、
前記コンテンツの再生を終了する旨の操作入力があると、前記再生部による再生を終了し、
前記コンテンツの再生を終了する旨の情報を再生した後、所定時間内に前記操作入力がなければ、前記再生部による再生を終了する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の再生装置。 - 前記タイマ制御部は、
前記コンテンツの再生を継続する旨の操作入力があると、前記第2の時刻に前記再生部による再生を終了する、
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の再生装置。 - 前記再生部は、
