Abstract
Description
図1は、本実施の形態1に係る冷却器が搭載されたハイブリッド車両のブロック図である。この図1において、車両10は、エンジン1と、モータジェネレータMG1,MG2と、動力分割機構2と、バッテリBと、コンデンサCと、リアクトルLと、コンバータ4と、インバータ5およびインバータ6と、車両ECU(electronic control unit)7とを備える。
図12を用いて、本実施の形態2に係る冷却器14について説明する。なお、図12に示す構成のうち、上記図1から図11に示す構成と同一または相当する構成については、同一の符号を付してその説明を省略する場合がある。
図13は、本実施の形態3に係る冷却器14を示す断面図である。なお、図13に示す構成のうち、上記図1から図12に示す構成と同一または相当する構成については、同一の符号を付して説明を省略する場合がある。
図14および図15を用いて、本実施の形態4に係る冷却器14について説明する。なお、図14および図15に示す構成のうち、上記図1から図13に示す構成と同一または相当する構成については、同一の符号を付してその説明を省略する場合がある。

Claims (15)
- 互いに対向する第1開口部(23)および第2開口部(24)を含む枠状のハウジング(20)と、
前記第1開口部(23)を閉塞するように前記ハウジング(20)に接合された第1基板(30)と、前記第1基板(30)に設けられた第1放熱部(31)とを含む第1放熱体(21)と、
前記第2開口部(24)を閉塞するように前記ハウジング(20)に接合された第2基板(40)と、前記第2基板(40)に設けられた第2放熱部(41,81)とを含む第2放熱体(22,80)と、
を備え、
前記第1放熱部(31)は、複数の第1フィン部(32)を有し、
前記第2放熱部(41,81)は、複数の第2フィン部(42,82)を有し、
前記各々の第1フィン部(32)は、少なくとも1つの前記第2フィン部(42,82)の先端部と当接する、冷却器。 - 前記第1開口部(23)と前記第2開口部(24)との配列方向に垂直な方向における前記ハウジング(20)の内周面の断面形状は、前記第1開口部(23)から前記第2開口部(24)に亘って同一形状となるように形成され、
前記第1基板(30)の外周縁部は、前記ハウジング(20)の前記内周面に接合され、

- 前記第1放熱体(21)および前記第2放熱体(22,80)は、押出成形によって形成された、請求項1に記載の冷却器。
- 前記第1フィン部(32)は、第1方向に延びるように形成されると共に、前記第1方向と交差する第2方向に間隔をあけて設けられ、
前記第2フィン部(42)は、前記第1方向に延びるように形成されると共に、前記第2方向に間隔をあけて設けられ、
前記第1放熱部(31)は、前記第1フィン部(32)の間に位置し、前記第2フィン部と接触しない非接触フィン部(61)を有する、請求項1に記載の冷却器。 - 前記第1フィン部(32)は、第1方向に延びるように形成されると共に、前記第1方向と交差する第2方向に間隔をあけて設けられ、
前記第2フィン部(42)は、第1方向に延びるように形成されると共に、前記第2方向に間隔をあけて設けられ、
前記第1基板(30)の外周縁部は、前記第1方向に配列する第1辺部および第2辺部を含み、
前記第1フィン部(32)は、第1辺部側に位置する第1端部と、前記第2辺部側に位置する第2端部とを含み、
前記ハウジング(20)は、前記第1辺部が接合されると共に、冷媒が供給される供給口が形成された第1壁部と、前記第2辺部が接合されると共に、前記冷媒が排出される排出口が形成された第2壁部とを含み、
前記第1端部の高さは、前記第1辺部に近づくにつれて、低くなるように形成され、
前記第2端部の高さは、前記第2辺部に近づくにつれて、低くなるように形成された、請求項1に記載の冷却器。 - 前記第2基板(40)の外周縁部は、前記第1方向に配列する第3辺部および第4辺部を含み、
前記第2フィン部(42)は、前記第3辺部側に位置する第3端部と、前記第4辺部側に位置する第4端部とを含み、
前記第3端部の高さは、前記第3辺部に近づくにつれて低くなるように形成され、

前記供給口は前記第1冷媒室と連通し、前記排出口は前記第2冷媒室と連通する、請求項8に記載の冷却器。 - 前記第1フィン部(32)の高さは、前記第2フィン部の高さよりも高い、請求項1に記載の冷却器。
- 前記第1放熱体と、前記第2放熱体とは、同一形状とされた、請求項1に記載の冷却器。
- 互いに対向する第1開口部(23)および第2開口部(24)を含み、枠状に形成されたハウジング(20)を準備する工程と、
第1基板(30)と前記第1基板(30)に形成された複数の第1フィン部(32)とを含む第1放熱体(21)を準備する工程と、
前記第1基板(30)の外周縁部を前記第1開口部(23)の内周面に接合する工程と、
第2基板(40)と、前記第2基板(40)に形成された複数の第2フィン部とを含む第2放熱体(22,80)を準備する工程と、
前記第2フィン部と前記第1フィン部(32)とを当接させた状態で、前記第2基板(40)の外周縁部を前記ハウジング(20)の内周面に接合する工程と、
を備えた、冷却器の製造方法。 - 前記ハウジング(20)を押出成形で形成する工程をさらに備えた、請求項12に記載の冷却器の製造方法。
