Abstract

Ein Schubkasten (1) mit einer Frontblende (2), einer Rückwand (3) und zwei Seitenwänden (4), wobei oberhalb mindestens einer Seitenwand (4) eine aus einem Hohlprofil bestehende Aufsatzzarge (5) angeordnet ist, welche über eine Verstellvorrichtung (6) mit der Frontblende (2) verbunden ist, ist so ausgebildet, dass die Verstellvorrichtung (6) ein innerhalb der Aufsatzzarge (5) ausschließlich mit der Aufsatzzarge (5) fest verbundenes Tragteil (8) und einen mittels eines Stellgliedes (10) in Längsrichtung der Aufsatzzarge (5) beweglichen Schieber (9) mit einem Koppelungsteil (12) aufweist, wobei das Koppelungsteil (12) eine dem lichten Querschnitt der Aufsatzzarge (5) oder der Außenkontur der Aufsatzzarge (5) entsprechende Kontur aufweist und dessen Längserstreckungin Richtung der Längsachse der Aufsatzzarge (5) größer ist als der maximale Verstellweg des Stellgliedes (10) und dass das Koppelungsteil (12) mit seiner frontblendenseitigen Stirnseite bündig an der Frontblende (2) anliegt und an einem an der Frontblende (2) befestigten Verbindungsteil (7) kraft-und/oder formschlüssig festgelegt ist und das Verbindungsteil (7) überdeckt.

Description

Schubkasten
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Schubkasten mit einer Frontblende, ei- ner Rückwand und zwei Seitenwänden, wobei oberhalb mindestens einer Seitenwand eine aus einem Hohlprofil bestehende Aufsatzzarge angeordnet ist, welche über eine Versteilvorrichtung mit der Frontblende verbunden ist.
Ein Schubkasten der vorerwähnten Art ist beispielsweise aus der DE 91 09 648 U1 bekannt. Dabei ist die Aufsatzzarge auf der Seitenwand längs verschiebbar geführt und die Versteilvorrichtung fest auf der Oberseite der Seitenwand angeordnet.
Aus der EP 1 151 697 B1 ist ein Schubkasten bekannt, bei dem die Aufsatz- zarge aus einem plattenförmigen Bauteil besteht, wobei die Aufsatzzarge in ihrem frontblendenseitigen Endbereich teilweise von einem Gehäuse umschlossen ist, welches die Versteilvorrichtung in sich aufnimmt.
Der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Schubkasten der gattungsgemäßen Art aufzuzeigen, bei dem die Aufsatzzarge auf einem
Hohlprofil vollkommen unabhängig von der Seitenwand in optisch ansprechender Weise an der Frontblende verstellbar festlegbar ist.
Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, dass Versteilvorrichtung ein innerhalb der Aufsatzzarge ausschließlich mit der Aufsatzzarge fest verbundenes Tragteil und einen mittels eines Stellgliedes in Längsrichtung der Aufsatzzarge beweglichen Schieber mit einem Koppelungsteil aufweist, wobei das Koppelungsteil eine dem lichten Querschnitt der Aufsatzzarge oder der Außenkontur der Aufsatzzarge entsprechende Kontur aufweist und dessen Längserstreckung in Richtung der Längsachse der Aufsatzzarge größer ist als der maximale Verstellweg des Stellgliedes und dass das Koppelungsteil mit seiner frontblendenseitigen Stirnseite bündig an der Frontblende anliegt und an einem an der Frontblende befestigten Verbindungsteil kraft- und/oder formschlüssig festgelegt ist und das Verbindungsteil überdeckt.
Durch diese Konstruktion wird die Festlegung der Aufsatzzarge gegenüber der Frontblende vollkommen unabhängig von einer Befestigung der Aufsatzzarge gegenüber der Seitenwand verwirklicht und im Verbindungsbereich ergibt sich eine ansprechende Optik insofern, als selbst bei einer Verstellung kein Spalt zwischen der Frontblende einerseits und der der Frontblende zugewandten Stirnseite der Aufsatzzarge andererseits entsteht, da dieser völlig durch das Koppelungsteil vermieden wird. Das Koppelungsteil weist den gleichen Querschnitt auf wie die Innenkontur der Aufsatzzarge, so dass sich bei einer even- tuell notwendigen Verstellung allenfalls ein der Wandstärke der Aufsatzzarge entsprechender kleiner Absatz ergibt.
Alternativ kann das Koppelteil auch den gleichen Querschnitt wie die Außenkontur der Aufsatzzarge aufweisen, so dass sich bei einer eventuell notwendi- gen Verstellung allenfalls ein der Wandstärke des Koppelteils entsprechender kleiner Absatz ergibt.
Weitere Merkmale der Erfindung sind Gegenstand von Unteransprüchen.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung ist in den beigefügten Zeichnungen dargestellt und wird im Folgenden näher beschrieben.

In den Figuren 1 -3 ist ein Schubkasten 1 dargestellt, der eine Frontblende 2, eine Rückwand 3 und zwei Seitenwände 4 aufweist, wobei auf die Seitenwände 4 Aufsatzzargen 5 aufgesetzt sind.
Die Aufsatzzargen 5 bestehen, wie die Figuren 5 und 6 sehr anschaulich zeigen, jeweils aus einem im Querschnitt praktisch geschlossenen Hohlprofil. Von besonderer Bedeutung ist im Rahmen der vorliegenden Erfindung die Verbindung jeder Aufsatzzarge 5 mit der Frontblende 2.
Die Verbindung jeder Aufsatzzarge 5 zur Frontblende 2 erfolgt über eine Versteilvorrichtung 6 (siehe Figur 5) und ein frontblendenseitig festgelegtes Verbin- dungsteil 7, wie es in Figur 8 in Perspektivdarstellung und in Figur 1 in einer an der Frontblende 2 festgelegten Position gezeigt ist.
Zurückkommend auf Figur 5 wird deutlich, dass die Versteilvorrichtung 6 aus einem Tragteil 8, einem Schieber 9 und einem Stellglied 10 besteht. Das Tragteil 8 ist innerhalb der Aufsatzzarge 5 festgelegt durch Befestigungsschrauben 1 1 , welche den Boden 5a (siehe Figur 6) der jeweiligen Aufsatzzarge 5 durchtreten, so dass die Befestigung des Tragteiles 8 in der Aufsatzzarge 5 im montierten Zustand der Aufsatzzarge 5 nicht mehr sichtbar ist, sodass der Boden 5a der Aufsatzzarge 5 der Oberseite der jeweiligen Seitenwand 4 unmit- telbar gegenüberliegt.
In das Tragteil 8 ragt der Schieber 9 in Richtung der Längsachse der Aufsatzzarge 5 verschiebbar geführt hinein und kann durch das Stellglied 10, bevorzugt in Form eines Exzenters, in Grenzen relativ zur Längsachse der Aufsatz- zarge 5 verschoben werden.
Der Schieber 9 ist mit einem Koppelungsteil 12 versehen, dessen Kontur dem lichten Querschnitt der Aufsatzzarge 5 entspricht und dessen Längserstreckung größer ist als der maximale Verstellweg des Stellgliedes 10. Mit anderen Wor- ten verbleibt ein Teil des Koppelungsteiles 12 ständig innerhalb der Aufsatzzarge 5.
Das Koppelungsteil 12 liegt im montierten Zustand bündig an der Frontblende 2 an und wird gegenüber dem Verbindungsteil 7 kraft- und/oder formschlüssig festgelegt. Gleichzeitig ist das Koppelungsteil 12 so gestaltet, dass es im montierten Zustand das Verbindungsteil 7 an der Frontblende 2 völlig überdeckt, so dass das Verbindungsteil 7 im montierten Zustand nicht mehr sichtbar ist. Durch die Versteilvorrichtung 6 wird somit die Aufsatzzarge 5 unter Erzielung der Möglichkeit, die Neigung der Frontblende 2 zu verstellen, fest verbunden. Hierzu ist es lediglich notwendig das Stellglied 10 mittels eines Werkzeuges 13 zu betätigen, um das Koppelungsteil 12 mehr oder weniger weit aus der Aufsatzzarge 5 herauszubewegen und somit den Abstand zwischen der Front- blende 2 und dem frontblendenseitigen Ende der Aufsatzzarge 5 zu variieren.
Dabei kann kein sichtbarer Spalt entstehen, da das Koppelungsteil 12 die Kontur der Aufsatzzarge 5 praktisch fortsetzt, es entsteht lediglich und bedingt durch die Wandstärke der Aufsatzzarge 5 im Übergangsbereich ein kleiner Absatz. Dieser wird aber optisch als nicht störend empfunden.
Auch im hinteren Endbereich erfolgt die Festlegung jeder Aufsatzzarge 5 mit der Rückwand 3 schraubenlos durch kraft- und/oder formschlüssige Verbindung zwischen einem im hinteren Endbereich der Aufsatzzarge 5 festgelegten Verbinder 14 und einen an der Rückwand 3 festgelegten Rastteil 15.
Der Verbinder 14 ist ebenso wie das Tragteil 8 in die Aufsatzzarge 5 eingeschoben und durch Befestigungsschrauben 16, welche wieder den Boden 5a der Aufsatzzarge 5 durchtreten, festgelegt. Alternativ können der Verbinder 14 ebenso wie das Tragteil 8 durch andere Befestigungsmittel wie z.B. Kleben, Verrasten, oder Nieten mit der Aufsatzzarge 5 kraft- form- oder stoffschlüssig verbunden werden.
Bevorzugt sind die Bauteile der Versteilvorrichtung 6, zumindest aber deren Tragteil 8 und deren Schieber 9 aus Kunststoff hergestellt. Aus Gründen der Belastbarkeit kann es von Vorteil sein, wenn das Stellglied 10 der Versteilvorrichtung 6 aus Metall hergestellt ist.
Auch der Verbinder 14 und das Rastteil 15 zur Festlegung der Aufsatzzarge 5 an der Rückwand 3 sind vorzugsweise aus Kunststoff gefertigt. Gleiches gilt auch für das Verbindungsteil 7, welches zur Festlegung der Versteilvorrichtung 6 an der Frontblende 2 vorgesehen ist. Die Aufsatzzarge 5 selbst ist bevorzugt aus Metall hergestellt, kann aber problemlos auch aus Kunststoff gefertigt sein.
Insbesondere die Verbindungsmittel 14 und 15 zur Festlegung einer Aufsatzzarge 5 an der Rückwand 3 können vorteilhafterweise so gestaltet sein, dass ein vertikales Zusammenschieben dieser Bauteile zu einer kraft- und/oder formschlüssigen Verbindung der beiden Teile zueinander führt. Alternativ können die Verbindungsmittel 14 und 15 auch einteilig ausgeführt werden oder vor dem Festlegen an der Rückwand 3 durch ein horizontales Heranschwenken der Aufsatzzarge 5 zusammengefügt werden.
Der große Vorteil der erfindungsgemäßen Konstruktion liegt insgesamt darin, dass für die Festlegung einer Aufsatzzarge 5 auf einer Seitenwand 4 keinerlei Verbindung zwischen der Seitenwand 4 und der Aufsatzzarge 5 geschaffen werden muss und dass die verstellbare Verbindung zwischen Aufsatzzarge 5 und Frontblende 2 auf einfache Art und Weise absolut spaltfrei und optisch gefällig ausgeführt ist.

Claims

Ansprüche
1 . Schubkasten (1 ) mit einer Frontblende (2), einer Rückwand (3) und zwei Seitenwänden (4), wobei oberhalb mindestens einer Seitenwand (4) eine aus einem Hohlprofil bestehende Aufsatzzarge (5) angeordnet ist, welche über eine Versteilvorrichtung (6) mit der Frontblende (2) verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Versteilvorrichtung (6) ein innerhalb der Aufsatzzarge (5) ausschließlich mit der Aufsatzzarge (5) fest verbundenes Tragteil (8) und einen mittels eines Stellgliedes (10) in Längsrichtung der Aufsatzzarge (5) beweglichen Schieber (9) mit einem Koppelungsteil (12) aufweist, wobei das Koppelungsteil (12) eine dem lichten Querschnitt der Aufsatzzarge (5) oder der Außenkontur der Aufsatzzarge (5) entsprechende Kontur aufweist und dessen Längserstreckung in Richtung der Längsachse der Aufsatzzarge (5) größer ist als der maximale Verstellweg des Stellgliedes (10) und dass das Koppelungsteil (12) mit seiner frontblendenseitigen Stirnseite bündig an der Frontblende (2) anliegt und an einem an der Frontblende (2) befestigten Verbindungsteil (7) kraft- und/oder formschlüssig festgelegt ist und das Verbindungsteil (7) überdeckt.
2. Schubkasten nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das
Tragteil (8) und der Verbinder (14) durch Befestigungsmittel (1 1 ) innerhalb der Aufsatzzarge (5) festgelegt sind.
3. Schubkasten nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Tragteil (8) und der Verbinder (14) durch Befestigungsschrauben (1 1 , 16) innerhalb der Aufsatzzarge 5 festgelegt sind, wobei die Befestigungsschrauben (1 1 , 16) den Boden (5a) der Aufsatzzarge (5) durchtreten.
4. Schubkasten nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im hinteren Endbereich der Aufsatzzarge (5) ein Verbinder (14) in die Aufsatzzarge (5) teilweise eingeschoben und dort über Schrauben (16) festgelegt ist, wobei der Verbinder (14) kraft- und/oder formschlüssig mit einem Rastteil (15), welches seinerseits an der Rücksei- te (3) des Schubkastens (1 ) befestigt ist, verbindbar ist.
5. Schubkasten nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Stellglied (10) als Exzenter ausgebildet ist.
6. Schubkasten nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufsatzzarge (5) aus Metall gefertigt ist.
