微波炉的开门结构
技术领域
本发明涉及一种 微波炉,具体是一种微波炉的开门结构 。
背景技术
目前市面上销售的微波炉,其开门方式有:门钩弹簧配合按键拉手的开门方式、受扭簧控制的下拉门开门方式等。如本公司于2010年12月1日在中国专利文献号CN201662115U公开了一种微波炉开门机构,包括设有烹调炉腔和控制电脑板的炉体,烹调炉腔开口处设置有炉门,炉门设置有门钩,炉体内设有开关托架与门钩扣合,其炉体内设置有控制开关托架与门钩脱离的电控开门机构,与控制电脑板电连接,控制电脑板还电连接有给电控开门机构发出控制信号的身份识别装置。但是在科技日新月异的今天,上述微波炉的开门方式已不能满足与高端产品匹配的使用性能,因此,需要进一步改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的旨在提供一种设计简单、结构合理,具有阻尼效果的微波炉的开门结构,以克服现有技术中的不足之处。
按此目的设计的一种 微波炉的开门结构,包括固定在门体组件上的上铰链,和固定在微波炉的炉体上的下铰链,门体组件与炉体之间通过上、下铰链铰接,其结构特征是上铰链与下铰链之间设置有弹性件,上铰链还连接有阻尼器。
所述上铰链的两侧设置有第一连接头与下铰链铰接,上铰链的中部设置有第二连接头通过弹簧销与阻尼器的一端铰接。
所述阻尼器的另外一端与固定在微波炉上的连接件铰接。
所述阻尼器为液压阻尼器。
所述下铰链的两侧对应上铰链的第一连接头分别设置有第三连接头,中部对应阻尼器开有避让口,避让口两侧设置有第四连接头。
所述上铰链与下铰链的两侧分别通过扭簧销依次穿过第三连接头、第一连接头、第四连接头铰接。
所述两个扭簧销上分别设置有扭簧。
所述两个扭簧的一端分别穿进并固定在第一连接头,另外一端分别与设置在第四连接头的扣槽固定连接。
所述上铰链设置有限制其开启角度的限位,下铰链对应限位凹槽设置有限位凸块。
所述门体组件上设置有门钩。
通过采用上述技术方案,本发明微波炉的门体组件与炉腔之间通过上、下铰链铰接,上铰链与下铰链之间设置有扭簧,上铰链上还连接有阻尼器,微波炉的门体组件在扭簧力和阻尼共同作用下,可平稳打开、安全可靠,同时其结构简单合理,应用范围范围广,生产成本低,装配简便。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例对本发明作进一步描述。
参见图1-图4,本微波炉的开门结构,包括固定在门体组件7上的上铰链1,和固定在微波炉的炉体上的下铰链2,门体组件7与炉体之间通过上、下铰链铰接,其上铰链1与下铰链2之间设置有弹性件,上铰链1还连接有阻尼器5。
上铰链1的两侧均设置有第一连接头1.6与下铰链2铰接,上铰链1的中部设置有第二连接头1.7通过弹簧销6与阻尼器5的一端铰接。阻尼器5的另外一端与固定在微波炉上的连接件5.1铰接。其中,阻尼器5为液压阻尼器。
下铰链2的两侧对应上铰链1的第一连接头1.6分别设置有第三连接头2.5,中部对应阻尼器5开有避让口2.6,避让口2.6两侧设置有第四连接头2.7。上铰链1与下铰链2的两侧分别通过扭簧销4依次穿过第三连接头2.5、第一连接头1.6、第四连接头2.7铰接。 两个扭簧销4上分别设置有扭簧3。两个扭簧3的一端分别穿进并固定在第一连接头1.6,另外一端分别与设置在第四连接头2.7的扣槽2.2固定连接。
上铰链1设置有限制其开启角度的限位1.1,下铰链2对应限位1.1设置有限位凸块2.1。门体组件7上设置有门钩7.1。
当微波炉的门体组件7关闭时,位于微波炉炉腔(图中未标出)上的联锁机构(图中未标出)与门体组件7的门钩7.1相扣,扭簧3处于压缩状态,阻尼器5处于不受力状态。
当微波炉的门体组件7打开时,位于微波炉炉腔(图中未标出)上的联锁机构(图中未标出)与门体组件7的门钩7.1相分离,门体组件7在扭簧3的回复力作用下打开,同时,阻尼器5受压,并起缓冲作用,使门体组件7打开时具有阻尼效果。其有效避免联锁机构(图中未标出)与门钩7.1分离后,门体组件7在扭簧3的回复力作用下自动急速打开;或者因避免门体组件7急速打开而故意调低扭簧3的回复力,使门体组件7无法自动打开。其中,门体组件7由于下铰链2的限位凸块2.1及上铰链1的限位1.1共同作用下,限制其最大开启角度。
当微波炉的门体组件7重新关闭时,扭簧3逐渐被压缩,一直到门钩7.1与联锁机构(图中未标出)重新相扣,此时,扭簧3处于最大压缩状态,其受到的扭力最大,阻尼器5重新释放,再次处于不受力状态,门体组件7关闭。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种微波炉的开门结构,包括固定在门体组件(7)上的上铰链(1),和固定在微波炉的炉体上的下铰链(2),门体组件(7)与炉体之间通过上、下铰链铰接,其特征是上铰链(1)与下铰链(2)之间设置有弹性件,上铰链(1)还连接有阻尼器(5)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述微波炉的开门结构,其特征是所述上铰链(1)的两侧设置有第一连接头(1.6)与下铰链(2)铰接,上铰链(1)的中部设置有第二连接头(1.7)通过弹簧销(6)与阻尼器(5)的一端铰接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述微波炉的开门结构,其特征是所述阻尼器(5)的另外一端与固定在微波炉上的连接件(5.1)铰接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述微波炉的开门结构,其特征是所述阻尼器(5)为液压阻尼器。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任一所述微波炉的开门结构,其特征是所述下铰链(2)的两侧对应上铰链(1)的第一连接头(1.6)分别设置有第三连接头(2.5),中部对应阻尼器(5)开有避让口(2.6),避让口(2.6)两侧设置有第四连接头(2.7)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述微波炉的开门结构,其特征是所述上铰链(1)与下铰链(2)的两侧分别通过扭簧销(4)依次穿过第三连接头(2.5)、第一连接头(1.6)、第四连接头(2.7)铰接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述微波炉的开门结构,其特征是所述两个扭簧销(4)上分别设置有扭簧(3)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述微波炉的开门结构,其特征是所述两个扭簧(3)的一端分别穿进并固定在第一连接头(1.6)上,另外一端分别与设置在第四连接头(2.7)的扣槽(2.2)固定连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述微波炉的开门结构,其特征是所述上铰链(1)设置有限制炉门开启角度的限位(1.1),下铰链(2)对应限位壁(1.1)设置有限位凸块(2.1)。当门开启过程中,相对于下铰链,上铰链是一个转动,当转动到一定角度,下铰链的限位凸块(2.1)会碰到上铰链的限位(1.1),从而阻碍门的继续转动,从而达到限定开门角度的目的。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述微波炉的开门结构,其特征是所述门体组件(7)上设置有门钩(7.1)。
