Abstract

La présente invention concerne un système de contrôle du respect de règles de circulation terrestre de véhicules destinés au transport de personnes ou de marchandises. Il consiste en un système et un procédé de surveillance en temps réel du respect des règles nationales concernant : l'assurance obligatoire pour la circulation de véhicules terrestres, le permis de conduire de véhicules terrestres, la vitesse maximale de circulation de véhicules terrestres sur les différents types de voies ou tronçons de celles-ci, existant sur le territoire étatique, ainsi que des temps maximum de circulation ininterrompue de véhicules terrestres destinés au transport de personnes ou de marchandises. Le système détecte en temps réel toute infraction aux règles mentionnées et avertit l'organisme compétent en matière de circulation, ce qui permet de maximiser l'efficacité de cet organisme en ce qui concerne la sanction d'infractions. La capacité de détection et d'avertissement d'infractions en temps réel permet de transformer le système en un dispositif optimal de prévention et de réduction drastique des accidents.
