Abstract

Sistema de control del cumplimiento de normativas sobre tráfico terrestre de vehículos destinados al transporte de pasajeros o mercancías. Constituido por un sistema y método de supervisión en tiempo real del cumplimiento de las normativas nacionales sobre: Seguro obligatorio de circulación de vehículos terrestres, permiso de conducción de vehículos terrestres, velocidad máxima de circulación de vehículos terrestres en los diferentes tipos de vías, o tramos de las mismas, existentes en el territorio estatal y tiempos máximos de circulación ininterrumpida de vehículos terrestres destinados al transporte de pasajeros o mercancías. El sistema detecta en tiempo real cualquier infracción de las normativas citadas y la notifica al Organismo competente en tráfico, maximizando la eficacia de este Organismo en lo que a penalización de infracciones se refiere. La capacidad de detección y notificación de infracciones en tiempo real convierte al sistema en un dispositivo óptimo de prevención y de reducción drástica de accidentes.
