背景技术
目前,所有的摩托车、电动车出厂时都配有两个停车支架;一个是中支架(单脚侧梯)。优点是临时停车比较方便,缺点是占用停车位置比较多也没有双脚支架稳固。另一个是后支架(双脚大梯)。优点是占用停车位置少也很稳固,缺点是使用时需要很大的力气。尤其是女士很难使用,所以大多数人不经常使用这个支架。并且这两个支架只起到停车作用,不起防盗作用。
发明内容
为了解决上述的技术问题,本发明的目的是提供一种利用钥匙开关控制的自动停车防盗支架,该支架结构简单、防盗效果理想。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种利用钥匙开关控制的自动停车防盗支架,包括固定架,所述固定架中部设有支架轴,支架轴上连接有双脚支架双脚支架上固定连接有双脚支架固定齿轮,固定架上还设有控制电路板、电机、减速箱和减速箱输出轴上的小齿轮,减速箱的输出轴上的小齿轮与双脚支架固定齿轮齿合连接,控制电路板控制电机转动,电机通过减速箱带动减速箱输出轴上的小齿轮来传动双脚支架固定齿轮,由双脚支架固定齿轮传动支架轴上连接的双脚支架,使双脚支架打开或收回。

此功能具有防止遥控信号布防时被干扰器干扰,防盗性好。
驾驶车辆时:按遥控器解锁键解除布防,然后把摩托车、电动车的钥匙开关,扭转到开启的档位(或用升降开关开到支架收回的档位)时,电动机反转,通过涡轮减速箱减速,让输出轴上的小齿轮来传动双脚支架固定齿轮向上转动,使双脚支架收回。当支撑在地面的双脚支架收回到防水固定架内,防水防尘隔离板下面的限定位置时,限位开关给控制电路板指令停止电机反转继电器给电机送电。

涡轮减速箱的最大特点是;(1)涡轮减速箱具备自锁性,即马达在没有电的情况下,输出轴是转不动的,即自锁。升起的前支架在断电状态下不能强行收回,从而起到防盗的作用。(2)减速箱输出轴方向与马达轴是垂直布置占用空间小,利于(摩托车、电动车自动停车防盗前支架)隐藏在前脚踏板内。
控制电路:利用钥匙开关(或加装升降开关)来控制升降架。并由控制电路板布防时启动外接防盗报警装置。
停车时用摩托车、电动车的钥匙开关扭转到关闭的档位(或用升降开关开到升起的档位)时电动机9正转,通过涡轮蜗杆减速箱10减速让输出轴上的小齿轮11,来传动双脚支架总成(图-2)的固定齿轮3向下转动。固定齿轮3向下转动带动双脚支架2伸出,支撑地面将车体前轮升起离地。当双脚支架升到限定位置时,限位开关13给控制电路板8指令停止电机正转继电器给电机送电;同时自动启动布防电路和外接报警器。再次打开钥匙开关车会发出警笛声支架不能收回。发动机不能启动,防止用万能钥匙偷盗车辆。
驾驶车辆时按遥控器解锁键解除布防,然后把摩托车、电动车的钥匙开关,扭转到开启的档位(或用升降开关开到支架收回的档位)此时,电动机9反转,通过涡轮减速箱10减速,让输出轴上的小齿轮11来传动双脚支架固定齿轮3向上转动,使双脚支架2收回。当支撑在地面的双脚支架收回到防水固定架内,防水防尘隔离板下面的限定位置时,限位开关13给控制电路板8指令停止电机反转继电器给电机9送电。然后启动发动机安全驾驶车辆离开。
支架防盗功能:利用涡轮蜗杆减速箱10具备自锁性,实现前双脚支架的防盗功能,即马达9在没有电或启动布防的情况下,输出轴是转不动的,即自锁。升起的前支架在断电状态下不能强行收回,从而起到防盗的作用。
1、布防功能;布防时支架自动锁住不能强制收回、启动防盗报警装置触动车体会发出警笛声、点火线路断路、脚踏启动不能启动发动机、再次打开钥匙开关时车会发出警笛声支架不能收回,防止用万能钥匙偷盗车辆。
2、遥控器解锁功能;驾驶车辆时,按遥控器解锁键解除布防,解除升降开关和钥匙开关对马达的控制、解除报警器的布防、解除点火开关的控制。
3、遥控器中的报警器解除键;在布防功能启动后按此键可以解除外接警报电路,但解除不了升降开关和钥匙开关对支架升降的控制。
