Abstract
본 발명은 전동기 및 이를 구비한 전기차량에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 전동기는, 스테이터코어와 그 스테이터코어에 권선되는 스테이터코일을 구비한 스테이터와, 그 스테이터에 대해 회전 가능하게 배치되는 로터 및 내부에 냉각유체가 유동하게 형성되고 스테이터와 접촉되어 스테이터를 냉각시키는 냉각유닛을 포함하고, 그 스테이터코어의 외면에는 그 냉각유닛이 삽입되는 그루브가 구비될 수 있다. 이에 의해, 열 전달경로를 단축시켜 냉각성능을 제고시킬 수 있고, 냉각유닛의 제작 및 결합을 용이하게 할 수 있다.
