Claims (4)
- 모터 하우징과, 원통형상으로 형성되어 모터 하우징의 내부에 지지되는 한편 그 주변에는 수회에 걸쳐 코일이 권선된 고정자와, 고정자의 내측에 위치되어 코일을 흐르는 전류에 의해 발생된 전기장의 영향을 받아 회전동작되는 회전자를 포함하여 구성되는 전동모터에 있어서,상기 고정자(20)의 몸체에 소정의 간격을 두고 고정자의 길이방향으로 관통형성되는 복수의 냉각수로(26)와;상기 복수의 냉각수로(26)들이 하나의 유로로 연결되도록 고정자(20)의 양측단에서 이웃하는 냉각수로(26) 사이를 서로 연결하는 연결관(28)과;상기 냉각수로(26)와 연결관(28)을 통해 이어진 유로로 냉각수가 공급되도록 어느 하나의 냉각수로의 일측에 접속된 냉각수입구(26a)와;상기 냉각수로(26)와 연결관(28)을 통해 이어진 유로로 공급된 냉각수가 순환된 후 배출되도록 유도하기 위하여 어느 하나의 냉각수로 일측에 접속되는 냉각수출구(26b); 를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동모터의 냉각장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기한 연결관(28)은 이웃하는 냉각수로(26) 사이의 간격을 지름으로 하는 반원의 형상으로 절곡형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전동모터의 냉각장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기한 고정자(20)의 내주연에는 냉각성능 향상을 위한 다수의 냉각핀(22)이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전동모터의 냉각장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기한 냉각핀(22)의 형성을 위해 고정자의 사출성형시 그 내주연부분에는 일정한 간격으로 원통의 중심부를 향해 개구부(24a)가 형성된 형태의 살빼기가 이루어지되, 냉각핀(22)의 양측 끝단은 개구부(24a)를 향해 돌출형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전동모터의 냉각장치.
