Claims (4)
- 외주면에 다수의 요철(凹凸)부가 형성된 고정자와;내주면에 상기 고정자의 요(凹)부에 대응되는 철(凸)형상의 유로가 다수 형성되고, 상기 각 유로의 양측 단부에 냉각수 공급홀이 형성되며, 상기 각 유로에 냉각수를 공급하는 냉각수공급수단이 구비된 하우징;을 포함하고,상기 고정자와 하우징의 요철부는 상호 공극 없이 밀착되며,상기 냉각수 공급수단은 상기 냉각수 공급홀로 냉각수를 공급할 수 있도록 상기 하우징의 양측단에 일체로 용접되며 냉각수가 집수되는 집수부를 갖는 엔드부를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 전동기용 냉각 구조체.

- 냉각 장치와 하우징이 일체화된 구조의 성형 틀을 주물로 제작하는 단계와,외주면에 요철 형태를 갖도록 미리 제작된 고정자를 상기 제작된 성형 틀 내부로 통과시키면서 액체 상태의 금속 주물이 상기 고정자의 외주면을 감싸도록 고착시켜 내주면에 요철 형태의 유로를 갖는 하우징 구조체로 가 제작하는 성형 인발 단계와,상기 가 제작된 하우징 구조체의 양측 단부에 상기 유로와 연통되는 냉각수 공급홀을 가공하는 홀 가공단계와,상기 냉각수 공급홀와 연통되는 집수부를 갖는 엔드부를 하우징의 양측단을 마감하도록 용접하는 용접 단계를 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 전동기용 냉각 구조체의 제조방법.
