LED 灯条连接装置、背光模组及液晶显示装置
技术领域
本发明涉及背光领域,特别涉及一种LED灯条连接装置、背光模组及液晶显示装置。
背景技术
目前,在背光领域,很多LED(Light Emitting Diode,发光二极管)灯条通过连接器与外部器件电连接,连接器采用贴片的方式焊接在LED灯条上。参照图1和图2,为现有技术中一种连接器与LED灯条的连接结构示意图。连接器10为一方形腔体,采用贴片的方式焊接到LED灯条20上。该方式存在以下缺陷:一方面连接器10的单价较高,另一方面贴片也需要一定的成本,两者结合,造成LED灯条与外部器件连接的成本过高。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的是提供一种LED灯条连接装置、背光模组及液晶显示装置,旨在实现LED灯条的电源线连接和拆除方便,结构简单、成本低。
本发明提出一种LED灯条连接装置,包括:
卡槽构件,其前侧开口处的内侧用于与LED灯条连接,后侧平面上设置有一通孔,侧壁设置有可供电缆接入并与所述LED灯条的导电区连接的侧孔;
压板,设置在所述卡槽构件腔体内,可沿侧壁活动;
提拉杆,其一端穿过所述通孔并与所述压板固定连接,另一端置于所述卡槽构件的后侧外;
弹性构件,套接在所述提拉杆上,位于卡槽构件内顶和压板之间。
优选地,所述压板设有凸块,所述LED灯条上设有与该凸块配合、用于限制LED灯条左右移动的开孔。
优选地,所述卡槽构件为C型结构的卡槽。
优选地,所述压板的上端、远离所述侧孔的一侧设有一定位电缆的凸台。
优选地,所述凸台与所述压板一体成型。
优选地,所述压板与所述卡槽构件的内顶之间的最大间距小于所述弹性构件自由状态时的长度。
优选地,所述弹性构件为弹簧或弹片。
优选地,所述提拉杆的横截面形状为圆形、矩形或三角形。
优选地,所述提拉杆与所述压板之间通过螺纹、焊接或铆接方式连接。

本发明LED灯条连接装置中,卡槽构件的前侧与LED灯条的端部连接起来,与外部电源连接的电缆可从卡槽构件的侧孔接入,在弹性构件的弹力挤压下,压板将电缆压接在LED灯条的导电区,完成LED灯条与外部器件的连接。本发明实现LED灯条的电源线连接和拆除方便,还具有结构简单、成本低等特点。

具体实施方式
应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
参照图3、图4、图5,提出本发明LED灯条连接装置的第一实施例。本实施例中,LED灯条连接装置包括卡槽构件100、压板200、提拉杆300以及弹性构件400,其中,
卡槽构件100的前侧开口处的内侧用于与LED灯条600连接,与外部的LED灯条600固定,前侧开口处用于LED灯条600透光,后侧平面上设置有一通孔,侧壁设置有侧孔101,该侧孔101可供电缆500接入并与LED灯条600一端的导电区连接,导电区为LED灯条600上的漏铜区,用于连接电源,电缆500用于与外部电源连接。本实施例的卡槽构件为C型结构的卡槽,C型结构的卡槽可理解为横截面为矩形并在一边上有一缺口的构件。
上述压板200设置在所述卡槽构件100腔体内,可沿侧壁左右活动;即可在卡槽构件100内来回移动。
上述提拉杆300的一端穿过所述通孔并与所述压板200固定连接,另一端置于所述卡槽构件100的后侧外,通过拉动所述提拉杆300置于所述卡槽构件100以外的一端,使上述压板200来回移动。
上述弹性构件400套接在所述提拉杆300上,位于卡槽构件100内顶和压板200之间,弹性构件400的两端分别顶在上述压板200、卡槽构件100的内顶。
上述压板200靠近LED灯条600的一侧设置有一可用于定位LED灯条600的凸块201,对应的LED灯条600上设有与该凸块201配合、用于限制LED灯条600左右移动的开孔。凸块201插入LED灯条600的孔内,使LED灯条600在左右方向上定位。
LED灯条600通过本LED灯条连接装置与外部电源连接时,首先,将提拉杆300往外拉,再将LED灯条600一端的导电区域从卡槽构件100的一侧端滑进,并卡在槽构件100内,然后,再将与外部电源连接的电缆500从侧孔101插入到与LED灯条600的导电区域相对应的位置,最后松开提拉杆300,在弹性构件400的作用下,压板200将电缆500压紧在LED灯条600的导电区,实现LED灯条600与电源的连接。本发明实现LED灯条600的电源线连接和拆除方便,还具有结构简单、成本低等特点。
参照图6,为本发明LED灯条连接装置的第二实施例。本实施例包括了上述实施例的全部技术方案,还在上述压板200的一侧上设置有至少一个可与上述电缆500挤压的凸台202,凸台202设置在压板200的下部、靠近LED灯条600的一侧。由凸台202与电缆500挤压,减小了受力面积增大了压强,可使电缆500与LED灯条600的导电区连接更加可靠。凸台202可按电缆500的接脚来设置,即设置多个凸台202并分别与电缆500的各个接脚位置相对应适配,每个凸台202挤压一个电缆500的接脚,使得导电接触更良好。
上述压板200与卡槽构件100的后侧之间的最大间距H小于弹性构件400无弹力状态时的长度,即弹性构件400在卡槽构件100内始终处于压紧状态,即弹性构件400始终处于受压缩的状态,以保证使用时弹性构件400有足够的压缩量,进而保证连接的可靠性。
上述弹性构件400采用弹簧或弹片等其它弹力结构件均可。
上述提拉杆300的横截面形状为圆形、矩形或三角形等其它形状。
上述提拉杆300与上述压板200之间通过螺纹、焊接或铆接等其它方式连接起来。
上述凸台202与上述压板200分体成型,上述凸台202镶嵌在上述压板200中。或者,上述凸台202与上述压板200一体化成型制造,减少制造工艺,提高生产效率。
参照图7,提出本发明LED灯条连接装置的第三实施例,在上述图6实施例的基础上,但不同的是,所述凸台202设置的位置不同,本实施例凸台202设置在上述压板200的上部、靠近LED灯条600一侧,凸台202设置有至少一个,可用于限定所述电缆500位置,该凸台202不与电缆500直接相挤压,既可起到与上实例相同的作用,连接更加可靠外,又可起到限定电缆500位置的作用,电缆500从侧孔101插入顶在该凸台202上时确定其连接位置,使安装更为快速。
本发明又提出一种背光模组,该背光模组采用了上述LED灯条连接装置实施例的全部技术方案,所达到的技术效果也相同,因此,LED灯条连接装置的技术方案和技术效果不再赘述。
本发明再提出一种液晶显示装置,包括背光模组,背光模组包括LED灯条连接装置,LED灯条连接装置包括:
卡槽构件100,卡槽构件100为C型卡槽构件,该C型卡槽构件的横截面为一边上有一缺口的矩形,其前侧开口处的内侧用于与LED灯条600连接,后侧平面上设置有一通孔,侧壁设置有可供与外部电源连接的电缆500接入并与LED灯条600的导电区连接的侧孔101。
压板200,设置在卡槽构件100腔体内,可沿侧壁活动;压板200设有凸块201,LED灯条600上设有与该凸块201配合、用于限制LED灯条600移动的开孔。
提拉杆300,其一端穿过通孔并与压板200固定连接,另一端置于卡槽构件100的后侧外。
弹性构件400,套接在提拉杆300上,位于卡槽构件100内顶和压板200之间。
本实施例的液晶显示装置可以为液晶电视,实现LED灯条600的电源线连接和拆除方便,还具有结构简单、成本低等特点。本实施例中的LED灯条连接装置还包括上述LED灯条连接装置实施例的其它技术方案,所达到的技术效果也相同,在此不再赘述。

    压板,设置在所述卡槽构件腔体内,可沿侧壁活动;
    提拉杆,其一端穿过所述通孔并与所述压板固定连接,另一端置于所述卡槽构件的后侧外;
    弹性构件,套接在所述提拉杆上,位于卡槽构件内顶和压板之间。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的LED灯条连接装置,其特征在于,所述压板设有凸块,所述LED灯条上设有与该凸块配合、用于限制LED灯条移动的开孔。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的LED灯条连接装置,其特征在于,所述卡槽构件为C型结构的卡槽。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的LED灯条连接装置,其特征在于,所述压板靠近所述LED灯条的一侧设有一定位电缆的凸台。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的LED灯条连接装置,其特征在于,所述凸台与所述压板一体成型。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的LED灯条连接装置,其特征在于,所述压板与所述卡槽构件的内顶之间的最大间距小于所述弹性构件自由状态时的长度。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的LED灯条连接装置,其特征在于,所述弹性构件为弹簧或弹片。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的LED灯条连接装置,其特征在于,所述提拉杆的横截面形状为圆形、矩形或三角形。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的LED灯条连接装置,其特征在于,所述提拉杆与所述压板之间通过螺纹、焊接或铆接方式连接。
  10. 一种背光模组,包括LED灯条连接装置,其特征在于,所述LED灯条连接装置包括:
    卡槽构件,其前侧开口处的内侧用于与LED灯条连接,后侧平面上设置有一通孔,侧壁设置有可供电缆接入并与所述LED灯条的导电区连接的侧孔;
    压板,设置在所述卡槽构件腔体内,可沿侧壁活动;
    提拉杆,其一端穿过所述通孔并与所述压板固定连接,另一端置于所述卡槽构件的后侧外;
    弹性构件,套接在所述提拉杆上,位于卡槽构件内顶和压板之间。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述压板设有凸块,所述LED灯条上设有与该凸块配合、用于限制LED灯条移动的开孔。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述卡槽构件为C型结构的卡槽。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述压板靠近所述LED灯条的一侧设有一定位电缆的凸台。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述凸台与所述压板一体成型。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述压板与所述卡槽构件的内顶之间的最大间距小于所述弹性构件自由状态时的长度。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述弹性构件为弹簧或弹片。
  17. 一种液晶显示装置,包括背光模组,所述背光模组包括LED灯条连接装置,其特征在于,所述LED灯条连接装置包括:
    卡槽构件,所述卡槽构件为C型卡槽构件,其前侧开口处的内侧用于与LED灯条连接,后侧平面上设置有一通孔,侧壁设置有可供与外部电源连接的电缆接入并与所述LED灯条的导电区连接的侧孔;
    压板,设置在所述卡槽构件腔体内,可沿侧壁活动;
    提拉杆,其一端穿过所述通孔并与所述压板固定连接,另一端置于所述卡槽构件的后侧外;
    弹性构件,套接在所述提拉杆上,位于卡槽构件内顶和压板之间。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的液晶显示装置,其特征在于,所述压板设有凸块,所述LED灯条上设有与该凸块配合、用于限制LED灯条移动的开孔。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的液晶显示装置,其特征在于,所述C型卡槽构件的横截面为一边上有一缺口的矩形。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的液晶显示装置,其特征在于,所述液晶显示装置为液晶电视。
