电流接线端子 技术领域
本发明属于电气连接件领域,具体涉及一种电流接线端子。
背景技术
随着工业自动化程度越来越高,工业控制要求越来越严格、精确,接线端子的用量也在逐渐上涨,其使用范围越来越广,而且种类也越来越多。
目前最常见的接线端子结构为:包括基体、设置在基体内的导电片和电流接通装置,该电流接通装置主要为由旋转螺钉控制相对运动的上滑块和下滑块,即,当旋紧螺钉时,上滑块和下滑块相向运动,与导电片夹紧后作为电流接通的桥梁,实现通电;当拧松螺钉时,上滑块和下滑块反向运动,与导电片脱离,实现断电。这种接线端子的缺点主要在于:上、下滑块在横向滑动过程中,容易与导电片发生碰撞,导致滑动不畅,接触不到位,严重时还会击穿接线端子,并且,其上滑块容易意外掉落在导电片上,存在安全隐患,并且结构也比较复杂。
发明内容
针对上述不足,本发明提供一种电流接线端子,该电流接线端子可有效控制压紧块的位置,并且结构简单,使用方便,安全可靠。
本发明是通过这样的技术方案来实现的:
一种电流接线端子,包括基体、位于基体内的导电片和电流通断控制装置,所述电流通断控制装置包括套装在旋转装置上的撑条、压紧块和位于压紧块上方的压紧装置。
进一步的是,所述压紧装置为压线夹,该压线条与撑条连接,由撑条带动压线夹运动,实现电流接通与切断。
进一步的是,所述旋转装置为旋转螺钉,其套接在撑条上,以控制撑条运动。
进一步的是,所述电流接线端子还包括位于基体内部的止退装置。
进一步的是,所述止退结构,其边缘凹陷处与安装导轨配合连接,在拆卸该电流接线端子时,外力撬动安装脚,上述边缘凹陷处的内侧面顶住安装导轨的内侧面,两者的接触点作为一受力点,防止端子向受力的反方向移动,便于拆下。
进一步的是,所述基体上设置一观察窗口,与该观察窗口内对应位置上的开关端面上设置电流通断指示装置,直观观察电流的接通或切断状态。
进一步的是,所述电流通断指示装置为设置在开关端面上显示电流回路接通或断开状 态的字符标识,当开关滑动时,所述接通或断开状态字符标识只显示一种,这种字符标识可采用颜色鲜艳的红色或绿色字体,操作人员远处即可观察到接线端子的工作状态,方便快捷。
进一步的是,所述基体上设置与电流通断指示装置匹配的位置指示标线,当电流通断指示装置在基体内移动时,通过该位置指示标线可直观看到相应部件是否滑动到位。
进一步的是,所述基体上设置一导向条,所述电流通断控制装置上设置一与所述导向条配合滑动的滑槽,当电流通断控制装置在基体内左右滑动时,滑槽由导向条进行导向,使压紧块与导电片不会发生碰撞,轻松实现横向滑动。
由于采用了上述结构,本发明提供的电流接线端子结构简单,压紧块在滑动过程中,运动稳定,不会碰撞到导电片;并且,采用止退结构,其与安装导轨配合作用,可快速拆卸下端子,方便快捷,旋转螺钉控制撑条升降运动,撑条再带动压线夹升降运动,从而控制压紧块与导电片的连接,稳定可靠。

具体实施方式
为了更加清楚地理解本发明的目的、技术方案及有益效果,下面结合附图对本发明做进一步的说明,但并不将本发明的保护范围限定在以下实施例中。
如图1至图3所示,一种电流接线端子,包括基体1、位于基体1内的导电片2和电流通断控制装置,所述电流通断控制装置包括套装在旋转装置3上的撑条5、压线夹4和位于导向块上方的压紧装置6;该压线夹4与撑条5连接,所述压紧装置6为压紧块;所述旋转装置3为旋转螺钉,其套接在撑条5上,当旋转螺钉3时,撑条5受力,使压线夹4升降,并和压紧块6一起夹紧或松开导电片2;所述电流接线端子还包括位于基体1内部的止退结构7。
进一步的是,上述止退结构7为蝶形卡合结构,其边缘凹陷处与安装导轨13配合连接;基体1上设置一观察窗口9,与该观察窗口9内对应位置上的开关端面上设置电流通断指示装置8,为设置在开关端面上显示电流回路接通或断开状态的字符标识,当开关滑动时,所述接通或断开状态字符标识只显示一种,本案采用“ON”和“OFF”作为字符标识,分别为鲜艳的绿色和红色,当开关滑动到电流接通对应位置时,“OFF”字符被基体 1遮挡,“ON”显示;当开关滑动到电流切断对应位置时,“ON”字符被基体1遮挡,“OFF”显示,从而操作人员从远处即可直观的看到,接线端子的工作状态。
进一步,所述基体1上设置与电流通断指示装置8匹配的位置指示标线10,准确定位。
所述基体1上设置一导向条11,所述电流通断控制装置上设置一与所述导向条11配合滑动的滑槽12。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种电流接线端子,包括基体(1)、位于基体(1)内的导电片(2)和电流通断控制装置,其特征在于:所述电流通断控制装置包括套装在旋转装置(3)上的撑条(5)、压线夹(4)和位于压线夹(4)内部的压紧装置(6)。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的电流接线端子,其特征在于:所述压线夹(4)与撑条(5)连接。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的电流接线端子,其特征在于:所述旋转装置(3)为旋转螺钉,其通过螺纹套接在撑条(5)上。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的电流接线端子,其特征在于:所述基体(1)上设置观察窗口(9),与该观察窗口(9)内对应位置上的开关端面上设置电流通断指示装置(8)。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的电流接线端子,其特征在于:所述电流通断指示装置(8)为设置在开关端面上显示电流回路接通或断开状态的字符或标识,当滑动电流通断指示装置(8)时,所述接通或断开状态的字符或标识只显示其中一种。
  6. 如权利要求1和5所述的电流接线端子,其特征在于:所述基体(1)上设置与电流通断指示装置(8)匹配的位置指示标线(10)。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的电流接线端子,其特征在于:所述电流接线端子还包括位于基体(1)内部的止退结构(7)。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的电流接线端子,其特征在于:所述止退结构(7),其边缘凹陷处与安装导轨(13)配合连接。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的电流接线端子,其特征在于:所述基体(1)上设置一导向条(11),所述电流通断控制装置上设置一与所述导向条(11)配合滑动的滑槽(12)。
