本发明公开了一种卡箍拆装手钳，包括手钳主柄、卡箍定位杆、卡箍勾、手钳旋转轴以及定位旋转轴；在所述的手钳主柄上设有主柄、旋转定位孔、手柄定位滑槽、卡勾支架、卡勾孔、螺纹孔、手板以及螺纹顶杆；在所述的卡箍顶杆上设有杆体、顶杆定位孔、顶杆滑槽以及卡箍顶槽；在所述的卡箍勾上设有卡勾杆以及卡勾勾槽；本发明结构简单，使用十分方便，可以省力的对各种不同尺寸的卡箍进行拆卸或者安装，使得安装过程简单、省事，而且便于携带，不用携带多余的工具。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种卡箍拆装手钳，具体说是一种带有上下变换尺寸的拆装手钳。
背景技术
在所有的制造安装行业，对于一些小巧的零件装配或者拆卸时往往会十分的麻烦，各种形状的卡箍就是其中的一种，其圆形断面的直径很小，卡箍环直径也十分的小巧，拆装的时候由于拥有比较大的弹力，要撬或扣，所以十分的困难，这就需要一种比较方便的装置来改进这种安装拆卸的过程。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术存在的不足，提供一种卡箍拆装手钳。
为了达到上述的目的，本发明采用的方法是：一种卡箍拆装手钳，包括手钳主柄、卡箍定位杆、卡箍勾、手钳旋转轴以及定位旋转轴；在所述的手钳主柄上设有主柄、旋转定位孔、手柄定位滑槽、卡勾支架、卡勾孔、螺纹孔、手板以及螺纹顶杆；在所述的卡箍定位杆上设有杆体、顶杆定位孔、顶杆滑槽以及卡箍顶槽；在所述的卡箍勾上设有卡勾杆以及卡勾勾槽；所述的旋转定位孔位于主柄尖端三分之一处，所述的手柄定位滑槽位于主柄的尖端平面中心，所述的卡勾支架的一段和主柄的尖端内弧面连接，所述的卡勾孔位于卡勾支架的另一端，所述的螺纹孔和卡勾孔的侧面连接，所述的手板和螺纹顶杆连接，所述的螺纹顶杆通过和螺纹孔的连接，和卡勾杆接触顶住卡勾杆，所述的顶杆定位孔的两端平面分别和一个手钳主柄的旋转定位孔端面连接，所述的手钳旋转轴同时和顶杆定位孔以及旋转定位孔连接，所述的顶杆滑槽位于杆体上端的两侧，所述的定位旋转轴同时和顶杆滑槽以及手柄定位滑槽连接，所述的卡箍顶槽位于杆体的上端面的中间，所述的卡勾杆和卡勾支架一端的卡勾孔连接，所述的卡勾勾槽位于卡勾杆的下端。
作为优选，所述的卡箍顶槽为适应圆形卡箍，设置为弧形槽。
作为优选，所述的卡勾勾槽的下端为锐角斜面，便于拆卸。
有益效果：
本发明的结构简单，使用十分方便，可以省力的对各种不同尺寸的卡箍进行拆卸或者安装，使得安装过程简单、省事，而且便于携带，不用携带多余的工具。

如图1到图10所示，一种卡箍拆装手钳，包括手钳主柄1、卡箍定位杆2、卡箍勾3、手钳旋转轴4以及定位旋转轴5；在所述的手钳主柄上设有主柄11、旋转定位孔12、手柄定位滑槽13、卡勾支架14、卡勾孔15、螺纹孔16、手板17以及螺纹顶杆18；在所述的卡箍定位杆2上设有杆体21、顶杆定位孔22、顶杆滑槽23以及卡箍顶槽24；在所述的卡箍勾3上设有卡勾杆31以及卡勾勾槽32；所述的旋转定位孔位12位于主柄11尖端三分之一处，所述的手柄定位滑槽13位于主柄11的尖端平面中心，所述的卡勾支架14的一段和主柄11的尖端内弧面连接，所述的卡勾孔15位于卡勾支架14的另一端，所述的螺纹孔16和卡勾孔15的侧面连接，所述的手板17和螺纹顶杆18连接，所述的螺纹顶杆18通过和螺纹孔16的连接，和卡勾杆31接触顶住卡勾杆31，所述的顶杆定位孔22的两端平面分别和一个手钳主柄1的旋转定位孔12端面连接，所述的手钳旋转轴4同时和顶杆定位孔22以及旋转定位孔12连接，所述的顶杆滑槽23位于杆体21上端的两侧，所述的定位旋转轴5同时和顶杆滑槽23以及手柄定位滑槽13连接，所述的卡箍顶槽24位于杆体21的上端面的中间，所述的卡勾杆31和卡勾支架14一端的卡勾孔15连接，所述的卡勾勾槽32位于卡勾杆31的下端。
进一步的，所述的卡勾勾槽32分别和卡箍的两个尖端连接，卡勾勾槽32的下端设有一个斜面平台用来方便勾住卡箍的两端。
进一步的，所述的卡箍顶槽24用来放置卡箍的圆弧面，使用时，将两个主柄11向内压，主柄11的另一端带动卡箍勾3向外侧张开，连接的卡箍的两端渐渐被分开，此时就可以进行安装或者拆卸。
进一步的，松开手板17，可以将卡勾杆31进行上下移动，以适应不同尺寸的卡箍的拆装。

1.一种卡箍拆装手钳，包括手钳主柄(1)、卡箍定位杆(2)、卡箍勾(3)、手钳旋转轴(4)以及定位旋转轴(5)；在所述的手钳主柄上设有主柄(11)、旋转定位孔(12)、手柄定位滑槽(13)、卡勾支架(14)、卡勾孔(15)、螺纹孔(16)、手板(17)以及螺纹顶杆(18)；在所述的卡箍定位杆(2)上设有杆体(21)、顶杆定位孔(22)、顶杆滑槽(23)以及卡箍顶槽(24)；在所述的卡箍勾(3)上设有卡勾杆(31)以及卡勾勾槽(32)；其特征在于：所述的旋转定位孔(12)位于主柄(11)尖端三分之一处，所述的手柄定位滑槽(13)位于主柄(11)的尖端平面中心，所述的卡勾支架(14)的一段和主柄(11)的尖端内弧面连接，所述的卡勾孔(15)位于卡勾支架(14)的另一端，所述的螺纹孔(16)和卡勾孔(15)的侧面连接，所述的手板(17)和螺纹顶杆(18)连接，所述的螺纹顶杆(18)通过和螺纹孔(16)的连接，和卡勾杆(31)接触顶住卡勾杆(31)，所述的顶杆定位孔(22)的两端平面分别和一个手钳主柄(1)的旋转定位孔(12)端面连接，所述的手钳旋转轴(4)同时和顶杆定位孔(22)以及旋转定位孔(12)连接，所述的顶杆滑槽(23)位于杆体(21)上端的两侧，所述的定位旋转轴(5)同时和顶杆滑槽(23)以及手柄定位滑槽(13)连接，所述的卡箍顶槽(24)位于杆体(21)的上端面的中间，所述的卡勾杆(31)和卡勾支架(14)一端的卡勾孔(15)连接，所述的卡勾勾槽(32)位于卡勾杆(31)的下端。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种卡箍拆装手钳，其特征在于：所述的卡箍顶槽(24)为适应圆形卡箍，设置为弧形槽。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种卡箍拆装手钳，其特征在于：所述的卡勾勾槽(32)的下端为锐角斜面，便于拆卸。
