Abstract
Description
基材層と粘着剤層を有する表面保護フィルムであって、
該粘着剤層の表層80nmの変形指数が0.01~0.4μNである。
本発明の表示部材は、本発明の表面保護フィルムで被覆されている。
本発明の画像認識部材は、本発明の表面保護フィルムで被覆されている。
本発明の電子機器は、本発明の表面保護フィルムで被覆されている。
本発明の表面保護フィルムは、基材層と粘着剤層とを備える。
基材層の厚みとしては、用途に応じて、任意の適切な厚みを採用し得る。基材層の厚みは、好ましくは5~300μmであり、より好ましくは10~250μmであり、さらに好ましくは15~200μmであり、特に好ましくは20~150μmである。
粘着剤層の厚みは、好ましくは1~100μmであり、より好ましくは3~50μmであり、さらに好ましくは5~30μmである。
本発明の表面保護フィルムは、任意の適切な方法により製造することができる。このような製造方法としては、例えば、
(1)粘着剤の溶剤による溶液や熱溶融液を基材に塗布する方法、
(2)それに準じ、セパレータ状に塗布、形成した粘着剤層を移着する方法、
(3)粘着剤層の形成材料を基材上に押出して形成塗布する方法、
(4)基材と粘着剤層を二層または多層にて押出しする方法、
(5)基材上に粘着剤層を単層ラミネートする方法またはラミネート層とともに粘着剤層を二層ラミネートする方法、
(6)粘着剤層とフィルムやラミネート層等の基材形成材とを二層または多層ラミネートする方法、
などの、任意の適切な製造方法に準じて行うことができる。
・分析装置
ナノインデンター:Tribo Scope(Hysitron Inc.製)
・測定条件
使用圧子:Berkovich(三角錐型)
測定方法:単一押し込み測定
測定温度:室温(25℃)
押込み深さ設定:80nm
押し込み深さの最大は粘着剤層の厚みの1/10とする。粘着層の厚みの1/10以上を押し込むと、PETフィルムなどの基材の影響を受けるためである。
・変形指数
押し込み時の深さ80nmにおける荷重の値であり、値が小さい程、押し込み応力に対して歪み易いことを示す値である。
試験片:2.5cm×8.0cm
被着体:アクリル板(三菱レイヨン社製、商品名:アクリライトL)
測定回数:3(独立して3回測定したものの平均値を採用)
測定環境:クラス10000のクリーンルーム(温度23℃、湿度50%RH)
(1)図2に、1回目濡れ速度の測定におけるアクリル板と試験片との貼り合わせ前の状態を示す。図2にように、試験片(表面保護フィルム)の粘着剤層面の一部をアクリル板に接触させた状態で、角度を20~30度にした。
(2)次に、試験片から手を離し、自重のみで貼り合わせ、手を離したと同時にデジタルカメラで試験片の粘着剤層がアクリル板に濡れ広がる様子を0.2秒間隔で記録した。
(3)上記(1)でアクリル板に接触させた箇所以外の粘着剤層面がアクリル板に接触した時を初期点として、そこから0.2秒毎の濡れ広がる様子を、画像解析ソフト「ImageJ」により解析した。
(4)濡れ速度を下記の算出式を用いて算出した。
濡れ速度(cm2/sec)=(初期点から0.2秒後の濡れ面積(cm2)-初期点の濡れ面積(cm2))/0.2(sec)
1回目濡れ速度の測定後のサンプルを用い、サンプル端部を指で持ちあげて、図2の様に試験片(表面保護フィルム)の粘着剤層面の一部をアクリル板に接触させた状態で、角度20~30°にした。次に、試験片から手を離し自重のみで貼り合わせ、手を離したと同時にデジタルカメラで試験片の粘着剤層がアクリル板に濡れ広がる様子を0.2秒間隔で記録し、1回目濡れ速度と同様にして2回目濡れ速度を測定した。同様にして、2回目濡れ速度測定後のサンプルを用い、3回目濡れ速度を測定した。
1回目濡れ速度の測定方法と同じ試験片を作製し、手作業にて10m/minの速度で試験片をアクリル板に貼り合わせ、試験片とアクリル板の間の気泡の有無を確認した。
○:気泡無し。
△:僅かに気泡を巻き込むが、指などで簡単に気泡を除去でき、実使用上問題ない。
×:気泡を多数巻き込み、気泡を簡単に除去できない。
表面保護フィルムを、幅25mm、長さ150mmに切断し、評価用サンプルとした。
温度23℃、湿度50%RHの雰囲気下で、評価用サンプルの粘着剤層面をアクリル板(三菱レイヨン社製、商品名:アクリライトL)に、2kgローラー1往復により貼り付けた。23℃で30分間養生した後、万能引張試験機(ミネベア株式会社製、製品名:TCM-1kNB)を用い、剥離角度180°、引っ張り速度300mm/minで粘着力を測定した。
リワーク性は、下記の基準で評価した。
○:3回目濡れ速度が5.0cm2/sec以上であり、フィルムの変形および粘着剤層面の変形がない。
×:3回目濡れ速度が5.0cm2/sec未満であり、濡れ性評価が×であり、フィルムの変形および粘着剤層面の変形がある。
シリコーン系粘着剤として「X-40-3229」(固形分60%、信越化学工業社製)100重量部、白金触媒として「CAT-PL-50T」(信越化学工業社製)0.5重量部、溶剤としてトルエン300重量部を配合し、ディスパーで攪拌して、シリコーン系粘着剤組成物を作製した。
得られたシリコーン系粘着剤組成物を、ポリエステル樹脂からなる基材「ルミラーS10」(厚み38μm、東レ社製)にファウンテンロールで乾燥後の厚みが21μmとなるよう塗布し、乾燥温度150℃、乾燥時間1分の条件でキュアー・乾燥した。
次いで、粘着剤層の表面に、一方の面にフッ化シリコーン処理を施した厚さ25μmのポリエステル樹脂からなる基材のシリコーン処理面を貼合せて、表面保護フィルム(1)を作製した。
結果を表1に示した。
ウレタン系粘着剤として「PREMINOL 7012」(固形分100%、AGC旭硝子社製)100重量部、架橋剤として「コロネートL」(固形分75%、日本ポリウレタン社製)13.2重量部、架橋触媒としてジラウリン酸ジブチルスズ(1重量%酢酸エチル溶液)0.015重量部、溶剤としてトルエン110重量部を配合し、ディスパーで攪拌して、ウレタン系粘着剤組成物を作製した。
得られたウレタン系粘着剤組成物を、ポリエステル樹脂からなる基材「ルミラーS10」(厚み38μm、東レ社製)にファウンテンロールで乾燥後の厚みが21μmとなるよう塗布し、乾燥温度130℃、乾燥時間1分の条件でキュアー・乾燥させた。
次いで、粘着剤層の表面に、一方の面にフッ化シリコーン処理を施した厚さ25μmのポリエステル樹脂からなる基材のシリコーン処理面を貼合せ、エージング温度50℃にて2日間エージングを行い、表面保護フィルム(2)を作製した。
結果を表1に示した。
2-エチルヘキシルアクリレート200g、2-ヒドロキシエチルアクリレート8g、2,2’-アゾビスイソブチロニトリル0.4g、酢酸エチル312gの混合物を、窒素気流中、65℃にて、6時間反応させて、Tg=-68℃、重量平均分子量50万のアクリルポリマーAの溶液(40重量%)を得た。得られたアクリルポリマーAの溶液(40重量%)を酢酸エチルで20重量%に希釈し、この溶液100gにヘキサメチレンジイソシアネートのイソシアヌレート体(日本ポリウレタン工業(株)社製、商品名:コロネートHX)0.8g、架橋触媒としてジラウリン酸ジブチルスズ(1重量%酢酸エチル溶液)0.4gを加えて、アクリル系粘着剤溶液を調製した。
得られたアクリル系粘着剤溶液を、ポリエステル樹脂からなる基材「ルミラーS10」(厚み38μm、東レ社製)にファウンテンロールで乾燥後の厚みが21μmとなるよう塗布し、乾燥温度110℃、乾燥時間3分の条件でキュアー・乾燥させた。
次いで、粘着剤層の表面に、一方の面にフッ化シリコーン処理を施した厚さ25μmのポリエステル樹脂からなる基材のシリコーン処理面を貼合せて、表面保護フィルム(C1)を作製した。
結果を表1に示した。

- 基材層と粘着剤層を有する表面保護フィルムであって、
該粘着剤層の表層80nmの変形指数が0.01~0.4μNである
表面保護フィルム。 - 前記粘着剤層の被着体と接する面における、アクリル板に対する1回目濡れ速度が5.0cm2/sec以上である、請求項1に記載の表面保護フィルム。
- 前記粘着剤層の被着体と接する面における、アクリル板に対する3回目濡れ速度が5.0cm2/sec以上である、請求項1から2に記載の表面保護フィルム。
- 前記粘着剤層の被着体と接する面における、アクリル板に対する粘着力が0.02~0.5N/25mmである、請求項1から3までのいずれかに記載の表面保護フィルム。
- 表示部材、画像認識部材、または電子機器の表面に用いられる、請求項1から4までのいずれかに記載の表面保護フィルム。
- 請求項1から4までのいずれかに記載の表面保護フィルムで被覆されている表示部材。
- 請求項1から4までのいずれかに記載の表面保護フィルムで被覆されている画像認識部材。
- 請求項1から4までのいずれかに記載の表面保護フィルムで被覆されている電子機器。
