Abstract

본 발명은 유기라디칼 폴리이미드 전극 활물질에 관한 것으로서, 상기 [화학식 1]로 표시되는 유기라디칼 폴리이미드인 것을 특징으로 하고, 유기라디칼 폴리이미드는 유기라디칼전지(Organic Radical Battery)의 양극 또는 음극 등에 적용 가능하여 유기태양전지, 유기트랜지스터, 유기메모리 등에 폭넓게 적용가능하고, 본 발명에 따른 유기라디칼 폴리이미드는 높은 라디칼 밀도 때문에 에너지밀도가 높은 이차전지를 제조할 수 있으며, 또한, 전극에 금속 성분을 쓰지 않고 안정적인 라디칼의 산화/환원반응이 작용하는 유기라디칼 폴리이미드를 사용함으로서 고분자필름 형태와 같은 초박형으로 제작이 가능하고 유연성을 지니는 차세대 전지를 제작할 수 있다.
