本发明属于轨道客车装配技术领域, 涉及窗口下沿坡面车体结构车窗安装 方法。
背景技术
目前, 在轨道车辆车窗安装(特别是完全依靠胶粘的结构)整个过程中, 玻璃必须有支撑点来支撑玻璃自身向下的重力, 所以车体窗口下沿必须提供一 个平台, 为安装车窗玻璃时提供一个支撑。 但是如果此处车体设计时窗口下沿 为大坡面, 不能为玻璃安装提供支撑, 导致无法安装玻璃。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种轨道车辆窗口下沿坡面结构车窗安装的方法, 解 决轨道车辆在装配中车窗玻璃处无支撑的问题。
为达到上述目的, 本发明提供一种窗口下沿坡面车体结构的车窗安装方法, 其特征在于包括下列步骤:
( 1 )在车体窗口下沿固定设置角铁;
( 2 )将玻璃置于角铁之上, 在玻璃与车体之间用粘结胶将玻璃粘结在车体 上, 粘结牢固后打密封胶, 并将角铁覆盖。
本发明积极效果在于: 安装简单、 牢固可靠, 成本低, 解决了坡面车体结 构的车窗安装问题。

具体实施方式
参照附图, 图中角铁 1点焊到车体 5上, 焊接位置尽可能靠下, 给窗玻璃 4
安装提供空间, 同时角铁 1要比玻璃 4外平面短; 用黑胶皮 2上下调节玻璃 4 的位置, 使玻璃安装上下缝美观; 用粘结胶 3将玻璃粘结在车体上, 粘结牢固 后将黑胶皮 2拆除; 打密封胶 6 , 注意将角铁完全覆盖在里面。
Claims
(1 )在车体窗口下沿固定设置角铁;
(2)将玻璃置于角铁之上, 在玻璃与车体之间用粘结胶将玻璃粘结在车体 结牢固后打密封胶, 并将角铁覆盖。
