Abstract

본 발명은 사출 성형물의 표면 개질 방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 이온 주입 또는 전자빔 조사에 의한 표면처리에 의해서 플라스틱 사출 성형물의 표면을 개질하는 방법 및 그 방법에 의해 제조된 사출 성형물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 플라스틱 사출 성형물의 표면 개질 방법으로서, (a) 금형의 캐비티를 수지조성물의 용융 온도(Tm)의 50% 이상이며 분해온도 이하인 제1온도까지 가열하는 단계; (b) 상기 금형의 캐비티에 용융된 상기 수지조성물을 사출하는 단계; (c) 상기 수지조성물의 결정화 온도(Tc) 이하인 제2온도까지, 상기 금형의 캐비티를 200 내지 400℃/분의 냉각속도로 냉각하여 사출 성형물을 얻는 단계; (d) 상기 사출 성형물을 취출하는 단계; (e) 상기 사출 성형물을 이온 또는 전자 주입 장치 챔버 내의 지지대에 위치시키는 단계; 및 (f) 상기 이온 또는 전자 주입 장치 챔버 내의 지지대를 냉각하면서, 상기 사출 성형물에 이온 또는 전자를 주입하는 단계;를 포함하는 플라스틱 사출 성형물의 표면 개질 방법이 제공된다.
