Abstract
En la presente descripción, se expone un método para moldear por inyección a presiones de fusión bajas, prácticamente constantes. Las modalidades del método descrito en la presente descripción posibilitan un método de moldeo por inyección que es más eficaz en términos de energía y costo que los procesos de moldeo por inyección alta velocidad. Las modalidades del método descrito permiten, sorprendentemente, llenar una cavidad de molde a una presión de fusión baja sin que se produzca el indeseado endurecimiento prematura del material termoplástico en la cavidad de molde y sin la necesidad de mantener una temperatura constante o de mantener caliente la cavidad de molde. Anteriormente, se habría esperado que pudiera llevarse a cabo un método de presión constante a una presión baja sin que se produjera el endurecimiento prematuro del material termoplástico al usar una cavidad de molde sin calentar o fría.
