本发明公开了一种双色注塑方法,包括顺序注塑刚性基底材料和弹性叠层材料;注塑所述刚性基底材料的工艺参数为:模具温度50-70℃,熔体温度210-250℃,注射速度10-20cm3/s,保压压力70-90%;注塑所述弹性叠层材料的工艺参数为:模具温度50-70℃,熔体温度245-260℃,注射速度10-20cm3/s,保压压力70-90%;并且其中,注塑所述刚性基底材料和注塑所述弹性叠层材料的模具温度相同。该双色注塑方法有效减小了体积收缩率和缩痕指数,从而进一步保证了注塑制品的质量。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于注塑技术领域,具体地,本发明涉及一种双色注塑的方法。
背景技术
双色注塑,也称顺序叠层注塑和双料注塑。属于多组分注塑的一种,它是在刚性基底上叠加一种更富弹性材料的一种工艺。最终形成一个有不同力学性能、不同视觉与触觉的聚合体组成并永久联接的产品。实际上是一种模内组装或模内焊接的“嵌件成型”工艺方法,是一种近年迅速发展的特殊塑料注塑成型技术。
由于双色注塑是两种材料的顺序注塑,为了保证两种材料的产品在相互作用后,尤其是物理化学作用后,接合面具有优良的变形和外观质量,因此选择并优化注塑工艺参数(模具温度、熔体温度、注射速度、保压压力等),确定影响双色成型质量好坏的因素程度就显得很重要。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种双色注塑方法,该双色注塑方法有效减小了体积收缩率和缩痕指数,从而进一步保证了注塑制品的质量。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案是一种双色注塑方法,包括顺序注塑刚性基底材料和弹性叠层材料;注塑所述刚性基底材料的工艺参数为:模具温度50-70℃,熔体温度210-250℃,注射速度10-20cm3/s,保压压力70-90%;注塑所述弹性叠层材料的工艺参数为:模具温度50-70℃,熔体温度245-260℃,注射速度10-20cm3/s,保压压力70-90%;并且其中,注塑所述刚性基底材料和注塑所述弹性叠层材料的模具温度相同。
进一步的技术方案,所述刚性基底材料选自聚碳酸酯、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物的一种。
进一步的技术方案,所述弹性叠层材料选自热塑性弹性体,热塑性聚氨酯和热塑性硫化橡胶的一种。
进一步的技术方案,注塑所述刚性基底材料的工艺参数为:模具温度50℃,熔体温度210℃,注射速度10cm3/s,保压压力90%;注塑所述弹性叠层材料的工艺参数为:模具温度50℃,熔体温度245℃,注射速度20cm3/s,保压压力90%。
本文所述“缩痕”是指注射成型过程中由于制品局部收缩率不同而造成表面出现凹陷的现象。导致缩痕产生的因素比较多,目前一般认为成型工艺参数、模具结构、制品结构和制品材料等是其主要诱因。高的体积收缩率也是缩痕产生的因素之一,因此控制体积收缩率也是控制缩痕的必要手段。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下优点:本发明一种双色注塑方法有效减小了体积收缩率和缩痕指数,从而进一步保证了注塑制品的质量。

实施例1
一种双色注塑方法,包括顺序注塑刚性基底材料和弹性叠层材料;注塑所述刚性基底材料的工艺参数为:模具温度50℃,熔体温度210℃,注射速度10cm3/s,保压压力90%;注塑所述弹性叠层材料的工艺参数为:模具温度50℃,熔体温度245℃,注射速度20cm3/s,保压压力90%。其中,所述刚性基底材料为丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物。所述弹性叠层材料为热塑性聚氨酯。
本实施例双色注塑方法得到的刚性基底材料的体积收缩率为7.6%,缩痕指数为2.8%;弹性叠层材料体积收缩率为8.7%,缩痕指数为2.8%。相对于现有技术中,本实施例有效减小了体积收缩率和缩痕指数。
如上所述,本发明的热活化的纤维素-基碳可衍生自纤维素材料。
Claims (4)
1.一种双色注塑方法,其特征在于,包括顺序注塑刚性基底材料和弹性叠层材料;注塑所述刚性基底材料的工艺参数为:模具温度50-70℃,熔体温度210-250℃,注射速度10-20cm3/s,保压压力70-90%;注塑所述弹性叠层材料的工艺参数为:模具温度50-70℃,熔体温度245-260℃,注射速度10-20cm3/s,保压压力70-90%;并且其中,注塑所述刚性基底材料和注塑所述弹性叠层材料的模具温度相同。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种双色注塑方法,其特征在于,所述刚性基底材料选自聚碳酸酯、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物的一种。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种双色注塑方法,其特征在于,所述弹性叠层材料选自热塑性弹性体,热塑性聚氨酯和热塑性硫化橡胶的一种。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种双色注塑方法,其特征在于,注塑所述刚性基底材料的工艺参数为:模具温度50℃,熔体温度210℃,注射速度10cm3/s,保压压力90%;注塑所述弹性叠层材料的工艺参数为:模具温度50℃,熔体温度245℃,注射速度20cm3/s,保压压力90%。
