优选地, 在确定移动终端处于异常状态之前方法还包括: 登记移动终端的标识信 息, 其中移动终端的标识信息包括以下至少之一: 国际移动终端识别信息、 移动用户 标识信息、移动用户的用户名、客户识别模块( Subscriber Identity Module,简称为 SIM) 卡的信息。 优选地, 确定移动终端处于异常状态包括: 判断移动终端的标识信息是否与登记 的移动终端的标识信息相同; 如果判断结果为是, 则确定移动终端处于异常状态。 优选地, 根据预先设定的异常处理策略, 处理 CAB业务包括以下至少之一: 禁止 移动终端同步 CAB业务的业务信息;对于移动终端的订阅信息,允许移动终端在网络 侧使用而不发送到移动终端; 向移动终端发送第一通知消息, 其中第一通知消息用于 指示移动终端终止 CAB业务; 向 CAB中的联系人发送第二通知消息, 其中第二通知 消息用于指示移动终端处于异常状态; 删除移动终端上的 CAB业务的业务信息。 优选地, 根据预先设定的异常处理策略, 处理 CAB业务包括: 确定发起 CAB业 务的移动终端的标识信息与预先登记的移动终端的标识信息相同;确定 CAB业务是用 于呼叫 CAB中的联系人的业务; 呼叫联系人。 优选地,在确定发起 CAB业务的移动终端的标识信息与预先登记的移动终端的标 识信息相同之后, 上述方法还包括: 将移动终端处于异常状态通知联系人。 优选地, 根据预先设定的异常处理策略, 处理 CAB业务包括以下至少之一: 屏蔽 CAB业务; 禁止所述移动终端同步所述 CAB业务的业务信息; 向移动终端发送通知 消息, 其中通知消息用于指示移动终端终止 CAB业务; 删除移动终端上的 CAB业务 的业务信息。 优选地, 异常状态包括以下之一: 遗失状态、 被偷状态、 被盗状态。 下面先对异常信息登记 (登记移动终端的标识信息) 以及异常处理策略设定进行 描述。 图 2是根据本发明优选实施例的异常信息登记以及异常处理策略设定的流程图, 如图 2所示, 包括如下的步骤 S202至步骤 S208。 步骤 S202, 当移动终端遗失、 被偷或者被盗后, 用户及时进行异常挂失处理, 生 成挂失信息。
步骤 S204, 异常信息登记模块登记相关信息, 可以是国际移动设备识别信息、 移 动用户标识信息、移动用户的用户名等可以辨识 CAB用户的信息,也可以是上述多个 信息的组合。 步骤 S206, 异常信息登记后, 异常处理策略模块根据用户偏好信息, 设定异常处 理策略。 需要说明的是, 该异常处理策略模块可以根据登记的异常信息组合形成不同的异 常处理策略。 下面举例进行说明。
1、通过国际移动设备识别信息与移动用户标识信息的结合,可以判断是有用户使 用丢失的移动终端和 SIM卡在进行业务, 这时可以部分屏蔽该移动终端上的 CAB业 务, 如不允许订阅信息的 update、 不允许同步, 但是允许其发起业务, 以方便捡拾到 该移动终端的用户通知失主的好友联系人联系到失主拿回移动终端。
2、通过国际移动设备识别信息与移动用户标识信息的结合,可以判断是移动终端 发起 CAB业务, 而 SIM卡发生变更的, 则需要网络侧通知该移动终端, 屏蔽并且删 除该移动终端上的 CAB信息, 以便防止该移动终端失主的信息外泄。 步骤 S208, 异常处理策略形成后, 网络侧形成异常信息通知消息, 将该消息通知 到和该 CAB用户相关的业务模块,该消息中包含有该异常处理策略,收到该消息的业 务模块根据异常处理策略做出相应的处理。 下面将结合实例对本发明实施例的实现过程进行详细描述。 优选实施例一 图 3是根据本发明优选实施例一的融合地址簿业务的处理方法的交互流程图, 如 图 3所示, 包括如下的步骤 S302至步骤 S308。 步骤 S302, 处于异常状态的移动终端发起 CAB同步业务, 即该移动终端向网络 侧发送 CAB同步消息。 步骤 S304, 网络侧收到该同步消息, 根据异常信息查询, 获取已经登记该移动终 端的异常信息, 并根据该异常信息获取异常处理策略模块的异常处理策略。 步骤 S306, 向移动终端返回获取的异常处理策略。
步骤 S308, 移动终端收到该异常处理策略并进行相应的处理。 例如当异常处理策 略是删除移动终端上的 CAB信息时, 则终端立即删除终端上保存的 CAB信息。 优选实施例二 图 4是根据本发明优选实施例二的融合地址簿业务的处理方法的流程图, 如图 4 所示, 包括如下的步骤 S402至步骤 S408。 步骤 S402,异常信息登记后,网络侧的异常信息登记模块触发异常信息通知事件。 步骤 S404, 网络侧的订阅处理模块根据移动终端的订阅信息进行相应处理。 步骤 S406, 对于本移动终端所订阅的消息, 网络侧可做几种处理, 包括仅在网络 侧处理订阅通知消息, 终端不做处理; 也可网络侧和终端侧均不做处理。 步骤 S408, 对于订阅该移动终端用户 CAB业务的用户发送异常登记通知消息, 提示这些用户注意该移动终端处于异常状态。 优选实施例三 图 5是根据本发明优选实施例三的融合地址簿业务的处理方法的交互流程图, 如 图 5所示, 包括如下的步骤 S502至步骤 S506。 在登记异常信息后, 终端通过 CAB发起呼叫、短消息等业务时, 网络侧可以做不 同的处理, 如禁止从该终端上向其他用户发起相关业务, 或者是允许发起业务, 但是 网络侧会通知被叫终端该终端有异常信息, 注意使用安全等。 步骤 S502,处于异常状态的移动终端通过 CAB客户端呼叫一个 CAB上的联系人。 步骤 S504, 网络侧根据异常信息查询, 获取已经登记该移动终端的异常信息, 并 根据该异常信息获取异常处理策略模块的异常处理策略。 例如, 该异常处理策略是允 许该移动终端发起呼叫业务, 并通知被叫终端。 步骤 S506, 网络侧向被叫终端发起呼叫, 同时向被叫终端发送异常信息的提示信 息, 该异常提示信息可以指示被叫终端通过图片、 文字、 震动、 语音等方式提示被叫 用户。 进而, 在被叫终端的呼叫记录表中也显示该呼叫信息是带有提示信息的, 用户 可以查询该提示信息。 优选实施例四
图 6是根据本发明优选实施例四的融合地址簿业务的处理方法的交互流程图, 如 图 6所示, 包括如下的步骤 S602至步骤 S606。 步骤 S602,处于异常状态的移动终端通过 CAB客户端呼叫一个 CAB上的联系人。 步骤 S604, 网络侧根据异常信息查询, 获取已经登记该移动终端的异常信息, 并 根据该异常信息获取异常处理策略模块的异常处理策略。 例如, 该异常处理策略是不 允许该移动终端发起呼叫业务。 步骤 S606, 网络侧向移动终端发送禁止发起业务通知, 该移动终端收到消息后, 终止该 CAB业务。 需要说明的是, 在附图的流程图示出的步骤可以在诸如一组计算机可执行指令的 计算机系统中执行, 并且, 虽然在流程图中示出了逻辑顺序, 但是在某些情况下, 可 以以不同于此处的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤。 本发明实施例提供了一种融合地址簿业务的处理装置, 该融合地址簿业务的处理 装置可以用于实现上述融合地址簿业务的处理方法。 图 7是根据本发明实施例的融合 地址簿业务的处理装置的结构框图, 如图 7所示, 包括接收模块 72, 确定模块 74和 处理模块 76。 接收模块 72, 设置为接收移动终端发起的 CAB业务; 确定模块 74, 连接至接收 模块 72, 设置为确定移动终端处于异常状态; 处理模块 76, 连接至接收模块 72和确 定模块 74,设置为根据预先设定的异常处理策略,处理接收模块 72接收的 CAB业务。 图 8是根据本发明优选实施例的融合地址簿业务的处理装置的结构框图一。 优选地, 处理模块 76包括以下至少之一: 禁止模块 761, 设置为禁止移动终端同 步 CAB业务的业务信息; 允许模块 762, 设置为对于移动终端的订阅信息, 允许移动 终端在网络侧使用而不发送到移动终端; 第一发送模块 763, 设置为向移动终端发送 第一通知消息, 其中第一通知消息用于指示移动终端终止 CAB 业务; 第二发送模块 764, 设置为向 CAB中的联系人发送第二通知消息, 其中第二通知消息用于指示移动 终端处于异常状态; 删除模块 765, 设置为删除移动终端上的 CAB业务的业务信息。 图 9是根据本发明优选实施例的融合地址簿业务的处理装置的结构框图二。 优选地, 处理模块 76包括第一确定子模块 766、 第二确定子模块 767、 呼叫子模 块 768, 下面对其结构进行详细描述。
第一确定子模块 766,设置为确定发起 CAB业务的移动终端的标识信息与预先登 记的移动终端的标识信息相同; 第二确定子模块 767, 设置为确定 CAB业务是用于呼 叫 CAB中的联系人的业务; 呼叫子模块 768, 设置为呼叫联系人。 需要说明的是, 装置实施例中描述的融合地址簿业务的处理装置对应于上述的方 法实施例, 其具体的实现过程在方法实施例中已经进行过详细说明, 在此不再赘述。 综上所述, 根据本发明的上述实施例, 提供了一种融合地址簿业务的处理方法及 装置。 本发明通过预先设定的异常处理策略, 并根据该异常处理策略处理 CAB业务, 从而可以保证该移动终端上用户信息的安全。 显然, 本领域的技术人员应该明白, 上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可以用通用 的计算装置来实现, 它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上, 或者分布在多个计算装置所 组成的网络上, 可选地, 它们可以用计算装置可执行的程序代码来实现, 从而, 可以 将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行, 或者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模 块, 或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。 这样, 本发明 不限制于任何特定的硬件和软件结合。 以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本领域的技 术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精神和原则之内, 所作的 任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims
1. 一种融合地址簿业务的处理方法, 包括:
接收到移动终端发起的融合地址簿 CAB业务;
确定所述移动终端处于异常状态;
根据预先设定的异常处理策略, 处理所述 CAB业务。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 在确定所述移动终端处于异常状态之前所 述方法还包括: 登记移动终端的标识信息, 其中所述移动终端的标识信息包括 以下至少之一: 国际移动终端识别信息、 移动用户标识信息、 移动用户的用户 名、 客户识别模块 SIM卡的信息。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其中, 确定所述移动终端处于异常状态包括: 判断所述移动终端的标识信息是否与所述登记的移动终端的标识信息相 同;
如果判断结果为是, 则确定所述移动终端处于异常状态。
4. 根据权利要求 1至 3中任一项所述的方法, 其中, 根据预先设定的异常处理策 略, 处理所述 CAB业务包括以下至少之一:
禁止所述移动终端同步所述 CAB业务的业务信息;
对于所述移动终端的订阅信息, 允许所述移动终端在网络侧使用而不发送 到所述移动终端;
向所述移动终端发送第一通知消息, 其中所述第一通知消息用于指示所述 移动终端终止所述 CAB业务;
向 CAB 中的联系人发送第二通知消息, 其中所述第二通知消息用于指示 所述移动终端处于异常状态;
删除所述移动终端上的所述 CAB业务的业务信息。
5. 根据权利要求 1至 3中任一项所述的方法, 其中, 根据预先设定的异常处理策 略, 处理所述 CAB业务包括:
确定发起所述 CAB 业务的移动终端的标识信息与预先登记的移动终端的 标识信息相同; 确定所述 CAB业务是用于呼叫 CAB中的联系人的业务;
呼叫所述联系人。 根据权利要求 5所述的方法, 其中, 在确定发起所述 CAB业务的移动终端的 标识信息与预先登记的移动终端的标识信息相同之后, 所述方法还包括:
将所述移动终端处于所述异常状态通知所述联系人。 根据权利要求 1至 3中任一项所述的方法,其中,所述异常状态包括以下之一: 遗失状态、 被偷状态、 被盗状态。 一种融合地址簿业务的处理装置, 包括:
接收模块, 设置为接收移动终端发起的融合地址簿 CAB业务;
确定模块, 设置为确定所述移动终端处于异常状态;
处理模块, 设置为根据预先设定的异常处理策略, 处理所述 CAB业务。 根据权利要求 8所述的装置, 其中, 所述处理模块包括以下至少之一:
禁止模块, 设置为禁止所述移动终端同步所述 CAB业务的业务信息; 允许模块, 设置为对于所述移动终端的订阅信息, 允许所述移动终端在网 络侧使用而不发送到所述移动终端;
第一发送模块, 设置为向所述移动终端发送第一通知消息, 其中所述第一 通知消息用于指示所述移动终端终止所述 CAB业务;
第二发送模块, 设置为向 CAB 中的联系人发送第二通知消息, 其中所述 第二通知消息用于指示所述移动终端处于异常状态;
删除模块, 设置为删除所述移动终端上的所述 CAB业务的业务信息。 根据权利要求 8所述的装置, 其中, 所述处理模块包括:
第一确定子模块, 设置为确定发起所述 CAB 业务的移动终端的标识信息 与预先登记的移动终端的标识信息相同;
第二确定子模块, 设置为确定所述 CAB业务是用于呼叫 CAB中的联系人 的业务;
呼叫子模块, 设置为呼叫所述联系人。
