具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的优选实施例进行详细说明,应当理解,以下所说明的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
本发明实施例中,预先设置针对信息需求方的鉴权信息;获取信息需求方发送的通信信息和所述鉴权信息;鉴权成功且从所述通信信息中识别出需求标志时,向信息需求方发送与所述需求标志对应的需求信息。
下面结合实施例对本发明再作进一步详细的说明。
本发明实施例提供的信息获取的方法,如图1所示,所述信息获取的方法主要包括:
步骤101:预先设置针对信息需求方的鉴权信息;
这里,所述鉴权信息用于确认信息需求方是否有权限来获取需求信息;实际应用中,信息需求方可以是主叫方终端,所述鉴权信息可以是通讯号码和权限设置结果信息;通讯号码可以是信息需求方的电话号码;所述权限设置结果信息可以是指示最终是否授权的信息;可以在被叫方终端中预先存储主叫方的号码,确定所述主叫方具有获取信息的权限。
步骤102:获取信息需求方发送的通信信息和所述鉴权信息;鉴权成功且从所述通信信息中识别出需求标志时,向信息需求方发送与所述需求标志对应的需求信息;
这里,所述信息需求方可以向所述信息提供方发送通信信息,同时发送鉴权信息;所述通信信息包括:呼叫信令,如:呼叫音等;
信息提供方获取到信息需求方发送的通信信息以及鉴权信息后,首先进行鉴权,根据预先设置的鉴权信息,确认信息需求方是否有权限来获取需求信息;可选地,也可以在信息需求方设置信息提供方的目标鉴权信息;在发送所述需求标志前,信息需求方根据所述目标鉴权信息确定需求标志发送的目标是否可以提供需求信息;如果需求标志发送的目标信息在所述目标鉴权信息内,则表明标志发送的目标是可以提供需求信息的信息提供方;其中,所述目标鉴权信息可以是被叫方的号码。
实际应用中,信息需求方可以是主叫方终端,信息提供方可以是被叫方终端,预先在主叫方终端中存储被叫方终端的号码,确定所述被叫方终端可以提供需求信息;在被叫方终端中存储主叫方终端的号码,确定所述主叫方终端有权限可以获取需求信息;拨打电话时可以通过互存的号码进行相互授权。
为了方便使用,预先也可以使用主叫方终端中的应用来进行鉴权及需求标志发送,在所述应用的用户界面(UI,User Interface)输入电话号码,此时,所述应用默认输入的电话号码为授权的被叫方;在使用阶段,主叫方终端可以简单的通过类似于拨打语音电话的方式,通过所述应用的UI发起位置请求;被叫方终端通过安装在被叫方终端上的应用,对主叫方终端号码进行鉴权;如此,可以方便主叫方终端和被叫方终端相互授权。
所述鉴权结束后,判断所述通信信息中是否包含需求标志;这里,所述通信信息可以是语音呼叫的呼叫信令,可以根据语音呼叫信令持续的时间来判断信息需求方的呼叫是一般的语音呼叫还是信息需求的呼叫,可以预先设置一个时间范围,如果语音呼叫的呼叫信令持续的时间在0.5秒内挂断,则说明是一个需求标志,需要提供需求信息;如果超过0.5秒,语音呼 叫的呼叫信令还在持续,则说明这是一个普通的语音呼叫;在接收到语音呼叫信令时可以不进行响铃或震动,判断出当前呼叫为普通的语音呼叫后,再进行响铃或震动,提示用户回应;
识别出需求标志后,进行信息处理;将需求信息发送给所述信息需求方,这里,需求信息可以是定位信息;实际应用中,被叫方终端确定当前语音呼叫为信息需求呼叫后,可以将自身的位置信息以IM或短消息等形式发送给主叫方终端;被叫方终端可以在确定需求标志后再打开终端定位装置进行定位;如此,可以在不需要定位时关闭定位装置,以节省能源,延长待机时间。
示例性地,可以针对不同的需求标志,提供与所述需求标志对应的不同的需求信息。这里,可以根据语音呼叫的呼叫信令持续的时间长短,来区分不同的需求,可以分别提供被叫方终端定位信息、电池信息等信息。
下面结合具体示例对本发明产生的积极效果作进一步详细的描述。
本发明实施例方法涉及主叫方和被叫方,主叫方通过拨打语音电话的方式获取被叫方的位置信息,下面分别介绍主叫方和被叫方的实施方案。
如图2所示,主叫方处理流程包括:
步骤201:设置允许反馈位置信息的电话号码;
步骤202:终端在网络上成功注册,语音业务正常;
步骤203:终端通过菜单操作,发起位置主叫,用户不要手动挂断该语音主叫,当终端收到网络侧的回铃音后,开始启动定时器T,当定时器结束后,终端自动挂断该主叫;
步骤204:终端收到被叫方的位置信息反馈;
步骤205:根据反馈的位置信息,用户可以选择是否打开地图显示详细位置。
如图3所示,被叫方处理流程包括:
步骤301:设置允许反馈位置信息的电话号码;
步骤302:终端在网络上成功注册,语音业务正常;
步骤303:终端收到被叫的语音主叫,在T时间内,终端不向用户提示该来电;
步骤304当该次主叫自动挂断之后,终端判断本次主叫振铃音持续时长是否满足设定的时长T,同时需要根据来电号码判断该号码是否开启位置反馈权限,如果这两个条件都满足的话则进入下一步;如果不满足时长T,则正常语音通话处理;
步骤305:终端判断当前GPS和移动数据是否打开,如果没有开启,终端立即开启GPS和移动数据,并进行定位操作;
步骤306:终端将位置信息以IM的方式反馈给主叫方,当数据无法使用时候,则通过短消息的方式进行位置反馈。
本发明实施例提供的信息获取装置,如图4所示,所述装置包括:鉴权模块41、信息处理模块42,其中,
所述鉴权模块41,配置为预先设置针对信息需求方的鉴权信息;
这里,所述鉴权信息用于确认信息需求方是否有权限来获取需求信息;实际应用中,信息需求方可以是主叫方终端,所述鉴权信息可以是通讯号码和权限设置结果信息;通讯号码可以是信息需求方的电话号码;所述权限设置结果信息可以是指示最终是否授权的信息;可以在被叫方终端中预先存储主叫方的号码,确定所述主叫方具有获取信息的权限。
所述信息处理模块42,配置为获取信息需求方发送的通信信息和所述鉴权信息;鉴权成功且从所述通信信息中识别出需求标志时,向信息需求方发送与所述需求标志对应的需求信息;
例如,所述信息需求方可以向所述信息提供方发送通信信息,同时发送鉴权信息;所述通信信息包括:呼叫信令,如:呼叫音等;
信息提供方获取到信息需求方发送的通信信息以及鉴权信息后,首先进行鉴权,根据预先设置的鉴权信息,确认信息需求方是否有权限来获取需求信息;可选地,也可以预先在信息需求方设置信息提供方的目标鉴权信息;在发送所述需求标志前,信息需求方根据所述目标鉴权信息确定需求标志发送的目标是否可以提供需求信息;如果需求标志发送的目标信息在所述目标鉴权信息内,则表明标志发送的目标是可以提供需求信息的信息提供方;其中,所述目标鉴权信息可以是被叫方的号码。

示例性地,可以针对不同的需求标志,提供与所述需求标志对应的不同的需求信息。这里,可以根据语音呼叫的呼叫信令持续的时间长短,来区分不同的需求,可以分别提供被叫方终端定位信息、电池信息等信息。
本领域技术人员应当理解,图4所示的信息获取装置中的各模块的实现功能可参照前述信息获取方法的相关描述而理解。
在实际应用中,鉴权模块41和信息处理模块42均可由终端的中央处理器(CPU,Central Processing Unit)、微处理器(MPU,Micro Processor Unit)、数字信号处理器(DSP,Digital Signal Processor)、或现场可编程门阵列(FPGA,Field Programmable Gate Array)等实现。
上述信息获取装置可应用于终端中。这里,并不对所述终端的类型进行限定,例如,所述终端可以是手机、平板电脑、可穿戴设备等设备。
本发明实施例所述信息获取装置,能通过拨打目标终端号码的方式,方便快捷地获取被叫方的定位信息。
本发明实施例还记载了一种计算机存储介质,所述计算机存储介质中存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令用于执行前述各个实施例所述的信息获取方法。
本发明实施例提供了一种信息获取系统,所述系统包括:第一终端和 第二终端;其中,
所述第一终端,配置为发送包含需求标志的通信信息;
所述第二终端,配置为预先设置针对第一终端的鉴权信息;获取所述通信信息;从所述通信信息中识别出需求标志时,向所述第一终端发送与所述需求标志对应的需求信息;第一终端是信息需求方对应的终端,第二终端是信息提供方对应的终端。
这里,所述鉴权信息用于确认第一终端是否有权限来获取需求信息;实际应用中,第一终端可以是主叫方终端,第二终端可以是被叫方终端,所述鉴权信息可以是通讯号码和权限设置结果信息;通讯号码可以是第一终端的电话号码;所述权限设置结果信息可以是指示最终是否授权的信息;可以在被叫方终端中预先存储主叫方的号码,确定所述主叫方具有获取信息的权限。
所述第一终端可以向所述第二终端发送通信信息,同时发送鉴权信息;所述通信信息包括:呼叫信令,如:呼叫音等;
第二终端获取到第一终端发送的通信信息以及鉴权信息后,首先进行鉴权,根据预先设置的鉴权信息,确认第一终端是否有权限来获取需求信息;可选地,所述第一终端还可以预先设置第二终端的目标鉴权信息;在发送所述需求标志前,第一终端根据所述目标鉴权信息确定需求标志发送的目标是否可以提供需求信息;如果需求标志发送的目标信息在所述目标鉴权信息内,则表明标志发送的目标可以提供需求信息;其中,所述目标鉴权信息可以是第二终端的号码。
实际应用中,第一终端可以是主叫方终端,第二终端可以是被叫方终端,预先在主叫方终端中存储被叫方终端的号码,确定所述被叫方终端可以提供需求信息;在被叫方终端中存储主叫方终端的号码,确定所述主叫方终端有权限可以获取需求信息;拨打电话时可以通过互存的号码进行相 互授权。

在本申请所提供的几个实施例中,应该理解到,所揭露的设备和方法, 可以通过其它的方式实现。以上所描述的设备实施例仅仅是示意性的,例如,所述单元的划分,仅仅为一种逻辑功能划分,实际实现时可以有另外的划分方式,如:多个单元或组件可以结合,或可以集成到另一个系统,或一些特征可以忽略,或不执行。另外,所显示或讨论的各组成部分相互之间的耦合、或直接耦合、或通信连接可以是通过一些接口,设备或单元的间接耦合或通信连接,可以是电性的、机械的或其它形式的。
上述作为分离部件说明的单元可以是、或也可以不是物理上分开的,作为单元显示的部件可以是、或也可以不是物理单元,即可以位于一个地方,也可以分布到多个网络单元上;可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或全部单元来实现本实施例方案的目的。
另外,在本发明各实施例中的各功能单元可以全部集成在一个处理单元中,也可以是各单元分别单独作为一个单元,也可以两个或两个以上单元集成在一个单元中;上述集成的单元既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用硬件加软件功能单元的形式实现。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解:实现上述方法实施例的全部或部分步骤可以通过程序指令相关的硬件来完成,前述的程序可以存储于一计算机可读取存储介质中,该程序在执行时,执行包括上述方法实施例的步骤;而前述的存储介质包括:移动存储设备、只读存储器(ROM,Read-Only Memory)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
或者,本发明上述集成的单元如果以软件功能模块的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,也可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。基于这样的理解,本发明实施例的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机、服务器、或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例所述方法的全部或 部分。而前述的存储介质包括:移动存储设备、ROM、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种信息获取方法,应用于信息提供方,所述方法包括:
    预先设置针对信息需求方的鉴权信息;
    获取信息需求方发送的通信信息和所述鉴权信息;
    鉴权成功且从所述通信信息中识别出需求标志时,向信息需求方发送与所述需求标志对应的需求信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述方法,其中,所述鉴权信息包括:所述信息需求方的通讯号码和权限设置结果信息。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述方法,其中,所述获取信息需求方发送的通讯信息,包括:
    获取所述信息需求方发送的呼叫信令。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述方法,其中,所述从所述通信信息中识别出需求标志,包括:
    获取所述呼叫信令的持续时间符合预设时间时,确定所述通信信息中包含所述需求标志。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述方法,其中,所述向信息需求方发送与所述需求标志对应的需求信息,包括:
    调用并获取应用于信息提供方自身的定位信息;
    将所述定位信息向所述信息需求方发送;其中所述发送方式包括:即时通信IM方式和/或短消息方式。
  6. 一种信息获取装置,所述装置包括:鉴权模块、信息处理模块,其中,
    所述鉴权模块,配置为预先设置针对信息需求方的鉴权信息;
    所述信息处理模块,配置为获取信息需求方发送的通信信息和所述鉴权信息;鉴权成功且从所述通信信息中识别出需求标志时,向信息需求方 发送与所述需求标志对应的需求信息。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其中,所述信息处理模块获取信息需求方发送的通信信息,包括:获取所述信息需求方发送的呼叫信令。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其中,所述信息处理模块从所述通信信息中识别出需求标志包括:所述呼叫信令持续时间符合预设时间时,确定所述通信信息中包含所述需求标志。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其中,所述向信息需求方发送与所述需求标志对应的需求信息,包括:
    调用并获取应用于信息提供方自身的定位信息;
    将所述定位信息向所述信息需求方发送;其中所述发送方式包括:IM方式和/或短消息方式;
    所述鉴权信息,包括:通讯号码和权限设置结果信息。
  10. 一种信息获取系统,其中,所述系统包括:第一终端和第二终端,其中,
    所述第一终端,配置为发送包含需求标志的通信信息;
    所述第二终端,配置为预先设置针对第一终端的鉴权信息;获取所述通信信息;从所述通信信息中识别出需求标志时,向所述第一终端发送与所述需求标志对应的需求信息。
  11. 一种计算机存储介质,所述计算机存储介质中存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令用于执行权利要求1至5任一项所述的方法。
