S103 : 发送步骤, 发送步骤包括: 调用终端的短消息发送功能, 将短消息内容发 送至目标终端。 在步骤 S101中,确定步骤主要完成确定发送出去的短消息内容。具体而言是终端 通过识别用户的手势将该手势与存储在手机内部的手势进行比对。 具体得识别方法可 以是通过终端上的摄像头摄取用户手势的图像,然后保存处理; 也可以是识别用户在 终端触摸屏上的触摸手势, 然后保存处理, 当然也可以为其他方式, 而存储在手机中 的手势均有相对应的短消息内容。 因此, 通过用户当前的手势就可以将与此对应的短 消息内容确定下来。在步骤 S103中, 发送步骤完成将上述的短消息内容发送出去。 即 调用终端的短消息功能, 发送短消息至目标终端。 通过本实施例的上述技术方案, 终端不仅具备手势识别功能, 还可以根据手势调 用出预存储的短消息内容, 并通过终端的短消息功能, 将与手势相对应的短消息内容 发送到目标终端。 因此, 在特定场景, 就可以通过用户的手势完成短消息发送或回复, 极大的方便了用户。 图 2表示本发明实施例所述的自动发送短消息方法的手势设置流程图。 本实施例给出一在手机内预存手势及对应短消息内容的实施方式,参见图 2所示, 该实施方式可包括: 步骤 201 : 提示用户打开自动发送功能; 此处的自动发送功能指的是终端向用户提示已打开自动发送短消息功能。 步骤 202: 判断是否打开自动发送功能; 此处的判断是根据用户手势判断, 用户在需要继续自动发送短消息功能时可给终 端一手势, 若否, 自动发送功能结束。 步骤 203 : 用户输入手势; 即用户给出手势, 例如, 用户打一"握拳"的手势。 步骤 204: 记录手势; 根据步骤 203用户给出的"握拳"手势, 终端记录下该手势。 步骤 205 : 为手势定义名称; 根据规定 204记录的手势, 在本步骤中具体给该手势命名, 可以命名为"握拳"或 其他, 关键是在下次打手势时, 需与该名称对应。 步骤 205 : 设置对应的短消息内容。 针对上述手势, 具体设置出相应的短消息内容, 例如"握拳"对应的短消息内容为 "我稍后给你回电"。 步骤 206: 把设置信息加入短消息列表; 本步骤即将短消息内容与手势相对应, 并存储在一个列表中。 步骤 207: 判断是否继续设置, 若是返回执行步骤 203, 若否, 执行步骤 208。 步骤 208: 保存设置信息, 然后结束。 上述实施例给出设置手势与短消息内容的实施流程, 根据该实施例, 可以在终端 中预存手势, 以及与各种手势相对应的短消息内容, 在用户需要自动发送短消息, 而 且需要手势操作时, 即可通过手势将该短消息内容发送出去, 为用户提供了通信便利。 优选地, 在确定步骤之前, 自动发送短消息方法还包括: 第一判断步骤, 第一判 断步骤包括: 根据预设判断标准判断终端是否要自动发送短消息, 并在终端要自动发 送短消息时, 进入确定步骤。 第一判断步骤实际上是判断终端是否需要进入自动发送短消息功能, 此处的预设 判断标准可以是用户的手势, 即根据预存的进入自动发送短消息功能的手势来进行判 断; 也可以是特定的场景, 例如会议模式下的来电, 在这个情况下, 终端自动进入该 模式, 用户直接输入手势即可以给来电用户发送短消息, 使得用户在不方便回电的情 况下, 可以通过短消息通知对方, 使得双方都感觉到便利。 优选地, 确定步骤包括: 手势识别步骤, 手势识别步骤包括识别用户当前手势, 并得出识别结果; 对比步骤, 对比步骤包括: 将识别结果与预存在终端的各种手势进 行对比, 得到一对比结果, 根据对比结果从预存短消息内容中获取当前手势所对应的 短消息内容。 优选地, 确定步骤分两个步骤实现, 即手势识别步骤与对比步骤, 手势识别步骤 是指终端首先识别用户输入的手势, 形成终端中的手势信息, 即识别结果。 对比步骤 是指将识别结果与预存在终端中的手势进行都比, 以此找到与该识别结果相对应的短 消息内容。 优选地, 确定步骤还包括: 第二判断步骤, 第二判断步骤包括: 根据识别结果判 断当前手势是否为有效手势, 并在当前手势为有效手势时, 进入对比步骤。 确定步骤还包括一个判断步骤, 即第二判断步骤, 用于判断用户当前输入的手势 是否为有效手势, 只有在用户输入手势为有效手势时才进入对比步骤。 本实施例设置了有效手势的确认, 一来需要用户正确的输入已包括在预存手势中 的手势, 二来可以确认用户的确需要发送短消息, 减少误发送的概率。 优选地, 在发送步骤之前, 自动发送短消息方法还包括: 确认步骤, 确认步骤包 括: 展示短消息内容给用户, 并提示用户确认是否发送短消息内容, 在接收到用户的 确认手势后进入发送步骤。 在发送步骤之前设置确认步骤, 用于提示用户对本次发送短消息的动作进行及发 送的内容进行确认。 一来减少误发送, 二来防止发送信息有误。 优选地, 确认步骤之后, 自动发送短消息方法还包括: 结束终端的当前通信模式。 本实施例是针对一场景设置的, 例如, 终端上显示正在被呼叫, 而用户此时并不 想接电话, 只想给对方发送一短消息, 就可以通过上述方法, 发送一个短消息给对方, 在发送给短消息之前, 结束当前的通信模式, 即挂断当前的未接来电。 图 3表示本发明实施例所述的自动发送短消息方法的具体应用流程图。 本实施例为一具体场景的自动发送短消息方法应用流程, 参见图 3所示, 自动发 送短消息方法可包括: 步骤 301 : 移动终端接收到电话; 这是一个正在有电话呼叫进来的场景。 步骤 302: 判断是否打开自动发送功能, 若是, 执行步骤 304, 若否, 执行步骤
303; 此处的判断是基于上述的预设判断标准。 步骤 303 : 等待用户操作; 步骤 304: 判断是否预设发送短消息内容与手势, 若是, 执行步骤 305, 若否, 返 回执行步骤 303 ; 预设发送短消息内容与手势即图 2的具体操作流程, 此处不再赘述。 步骤 305 : 接收用户手势操作指令; 步骤 306: 判断用户输入是否为有效输入, 若是, 执行步骤 308, 若否, 执行步骤
307; 步骤 307: 提示用户输入错误, 准备再次接收输入; 步骤 308: 显示即将发送内容, 提示用户即将发送; 步骤 309: 等待用户是否输入确认发送手势, 若是, 执行步骤 311, 若否执行步骤
310; 310: 取消本次发送; 少骤 311 : 发送成功。 上述实施例即一特定场景的自动发送短消息方法应用流程, 在一种特定场景下, 比如正在开会, 突然一个电话打进来, 暂时不方便接听, 但又担心打电话的人着急, 在目前的情况下, 用户要么把手机静音, 要么把手机挂断, 等会议结束后再回电话。 而通过本实施例的技术方案, 能够通过一种手势来自动挂断电话, 并根据手势自动发 送特定的短消息给拨打电话的人, 非常实用。 给终端用户带来便利的同时, 减少了烦 恼。 图 4表示本发明实施例所述的自动发送短消息装置的结构示意图。 参见图 4所示, 自动发送短消息装置包括: 确定模块 40, 设置为根据用户当前手 势、 预存在终端的各种手势、 以及与各种手势相对应的短消息内容确认当前要发送的 短消息内容; 发送模块 42, 设置为调用终端的短消息发送功能, 将短消息内容发送至 目标终端。 可选地, 上述的自动发送短消息装置还包括: 第一判断模块(图中未示), 设置为 根据预设判断标准判断终端是否要自动发送短消息, 并在终端要自动发送短消息时, 触发确定模块。 可选地, 确定模块 40包括: 手势识别模块 (图中未示), 设置为识别用户当前手 势, 并得出识别结果; 对比模块(图中未示), 设置为将识别结果与预存在终端的各种 手势进行对比, 得到一对比结果, 根据对比结果从预存短消息内容中获取当前手势所 对应的短消息内容。 可选地, 确定模块 40还包括: 第二判断模块 (图中未示), 设置为根据识别结果 判断当前手势是否为有效手势, 并在当前手势为有效手势时, 进入对比步骤。 可选地, 上述的自动发送短消息装置还包括: 确认模块(图中未示), 设置为展示 短消息内容给用户, 并提示用户确认是否发送短消息内容, 在接收到用户的确认手势 后进入发送步骤。 可选地, 上述的自动发送短消息装置还包括: 结束模块(图中未示), 设置为结束 终端的当前通信模式。 本发明提供的终端包括上述的自动发送短消息装置。 本发明通过识别用户手势来控制手机, 用户可以通过手机来设置各种手势对应的 短消息内容, 在来电不方便接听等情况下, 通过手势可以很方便的把特定的短消息内 容发送给对方, 从而解决现实中的诸多问题, 极大的方便了用户, 提升了手机产品的 用户体验。 通过手势智能识别用户行为自动发送预定义的短消息的方法, 为特殊场合 的用户提供了高效便捷的短消息回复方案, 切实解决了用户的问题。 本发明具有很高 的灵活性和实用性,手势行为与短消息内容可以由用户根据自己的行为习惯灵活定义, 更加容易被用户接受。 本发明相对与常规的自动回复短消息方法, 为用户提供了通过 手机跟手机交互的方案, 更加灵活和具有人性化。 本发明设计有很强的扩展性, 很容 易把手势控制智能化操作的功能拓展到其他业务, 利于后续新业务的延伸。 以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式, 应当指出, 对于本技术领域的普通技术人员 来说, 在不脱离本发明所述原理的前提下, 还可以作出若干改进和润饰, 这些改进和 润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。 工业实用性 如上所述, 本发明实施例提供的一种自动发送短消息方法、 装置与终端具有以下 有益效果: 解决了相关技术中存在的自动发送短消息场景单一、 灵活性差的缺陷的问 题, 进而达到了方便用户, 提升手机产品的用户体验的效果。

1. 一种自动发送短消息方法, 包括:
确定步骤, 所述确定步骤包括: 根据用户当前手势、 预存在终端的各种手 势、 以及与所述各种手势相对应的预存短消息内容确认当前要发送的短消息内 容;
发送步骤, 所述发送步骤包括: 调用所述终端的短消息发送功能, 将所述 短消息内容发送至目标终端。
2. 如权利要求 1所述的自动发送短消息方法, 其中, 在所述确定步骤之前, 所述 自动发送短消息方法还包括:
第一判断步骤, 所述第一判断步骤包括: 根据预设判断标准判断所述终端 是否要自动发送短消息, 并在所述终端要自动发送短消息时, 进入所述确定步 骤。
3. 如权利要求 1所述的自动发送短消息方法, 其中, 所述确定步骤包括:
手势识别步骤, 所述手势识别步骤包括识别用户所述当前手势, 并得出识 别结果;
对比步骤, 所述对比步骤包括: 将所述识别结果与所述预存在终端的各种 手势进行对比, 得到一对比结果, 根据所述对比结果从所述预存短消息内容中 获取所述当前手势所对应的短消息内容。
4. 如权利要求 3所述的自动发送短消息方法, 其中, 所述确定步骤还包括:
第二判断步骤, 所述第二判断步骤包括: 根据所述识别结果判断所述当前 手势是否为有效手势, 并在所述当前手势为有效手势时, 进入所述对比步骤。
5. 如权利要求 1所述的自动发送短消息方法, 其中, 在所述发送步骤之前, 所述 自动发送短消息方法还包括:
确认步骤, 所述确认步骤包括: 展示所述短消息内容给用户, 并提示用户 确认是否发送所述短消息内容,在接收到用户的确认手势后进入所述发送步骤。
6. 如权利要求 5所述的自动发送短消息方法, 其中, 所述确认步骤之后, 所述自 动发送短消息方法还包括: 结束所述终端的当前通信模式。
7. 如权利要求 6所述的自动发送短消息方法, 其中, 所述当前通信模式为正在等 待接听的呼叫。
8. 一种自动发送短消息装置, 包括:
确定模块, 设置为根据用户当前手势、 预存在终端的各种手势、 以及与所 述各种手势相对应的短消息内容确认当前要发送的短消息内容;
发送模块, 设置为调用所述终端的短消息发送功能, 将所述短消息内容发 送至目标终端。
9. 如权利要求 8所述的自动发送短消息装置, 其中, 还包括: 第一判断模块, 设置为根据预设判断标准判断所述终端是否要自动发送短 消息, 并在所述终端要自动发送短消息时, 触发所述确定模块。
10. 如权利要求 8所述的自动发送短消息装置, 其中, 所述确定模块包括:
手势识别模块, 设置为识别用户所述当前手势, 并得出识别结果; 对比模块,设置为将所述识别结果与所述预存在终端的各种手势进行对比, 得到一对比结果, 根据所述对比结果从所述预存短消息内容中获取所述当前手 势所对应的短消息内容。
11. 如权利要求 10所述的自动发送短消息装置, 其中, 所述确定模块还包括: 第二判断模块, 设置为根据所述识别结果判断所述当前手势是否为有效手 势, 并在所述当前手势为有效手势时, 进入所述对比步骤。
12. 如权利要求 8所述的自动发送短消息装置, 其中, 还包括: 确认模块, 设置为展示所述短消息内容给用户, 并提示用户确认是否发送 所述短消息内容, 在接收到用户的确认手势后进入所述发送步骤。
13. 如权利要求 8所述的自动发送短消息装置, 其中, 还包括:
结束模块, 设置为结束所述终端的当前通信模式。
14. 一种终端, 包括权利要求 8至 13任一项所述的自动发送短消息装置。
