B2: 当判断出移动终端当前使用听筒接听电话时, 当移动终端本身的挂 断按键被触动时, 则终止通话; 当检测到蓝牙设备的按键被按下, 发出终止 通话指令时, 将当前通话由听筒切换到蓝牙。
由于, 当前移动终端只连接蓝牙设备, 故有线耳机不参与当前通话。 c、 移动终端仅连接有线耳机
当有线耳机的按键被触动时, 则结束当前通话; 当移动终端的挂断按键 被触动时, 切换通话至移动终端的听筒。
例如, 本发明实施例中上述涉及的, 由于有线耳机会代替移动终端的听 筒, 当移动终端的按键被触动时, 虽然可以继续使用有线耳机接听电话, 但 是为了避免通话的中断, 需要将通话过程进行切换, 切换到终端听筒。
D、 移动终端不连接任何外接设备
此时, 移动终端只响应终端本身发出的终止通话指令, 当有通话终止指 令时, 直接终止当前通话, 不进行切换。
例如, 上述过程中当通话终止指令不是当前通话正在使用的接听设备 时, 可直接将当前通话切换到发送通话终止指令的设备上。 并且当进行接听 设备切换后, 可以通过界面屏幕弹出提示, 由用户选择是否进行接听设备的 切换, 若用户选择是, 则可以将通话切换回原接听设备, 一方面延时了通话 中断的时间, 另一方面也可以在误操作的情况下, 将通话及时切换回原接听 设备上。
例如, 用户可以预先设定是否使用当前接听设备接听当前通话所对应的 操作指令, 比如按键或滑动屏幕等; 当用户通过界面屏幕发出切换指令时, 移动终端判断其是否与预先设定的操作指令匹配, 若匹配, 则将当前接听设 备切换到原来的接听设备上进行当前通话。
例如, 上述进行切换的过程可以是无缝切换, 则可以在不中断通话的情 况下, 进行不同接听设备间的切换, 优化通话过程, 提高体验度。 本发明实施例提供的上述通话处理方法, 当前通信不使用的接听设备发 送通话终止指令时, 进行接听设备的切换, 而不是响应终止指令, 结束当前 通话, 能够避免移动终端连接多个外接设备时,误操作导致通话中断, 并且, 在适当时机弹出是否进行切换的指示信息, 允许用户切换当前接听设备, 当 是误操作时, 能够及时切换回原执行通话的接听设备。
本发明实施例四还提供了一种通信处理装置, 该通信处理装置执行上述 通信处理方法, 具体的, 该通信处理装置包括以下各部分, 如图 2所示: 接收单元 21 , 用于接收通信操作指令。
确定单元 22 , 用于确定接收到的操作指令的发送主体。
处理单元 23 , 用于当确定单元 21确定的发送主体不是当前通信正在使 用的第一通信执行主体时, 将当前通信切换到第二通信执行主体。
例如, 处理单元 23还用于当发送主体为当前通信正在使用的第一通信 执行主体时, 对当前通信执行操作指令指示的操作。
例如, 处理单元 23还用于, 将当前通信切换到第二通信执行主体后, 检测用户通过移动终端界面接口发出的、 指示将当前通信切换回第一通 信执行主体的切换指令;
将当前通信由第二通信执行主体切换回第一通信执行主体。
具体的, 检测到用户通过移动终端界面接口发出的切换指令后, 判断用 户通过移动终端界面接口发出的切换指令与预先设定的进行切换的对应操 作指令是否匹配; 当判断结果为用户通过移动终端界面接口发出的切换指令 与预先设定的进行切换的对应操作指令匹配时, 执行将当前通信由第二通信 执行主体切换回第一通信执行主体。
例如, 第二通信执行主体为操作指令的发送主体。
例如, 上述切换为无缝切换。
本发明实施例提供的通信处理装置, 在通信过程中, 当接收到操作指令 时, 会判断操作指令的发送主体, 并且当操作指令的发送主体不是当前通信 正在使用的通信执行主体时, 将当前通信切换到其他通信执行主体上, 只有 当操作指令是当前通信正在使用的通信执行主体时, 才会响应对应的操作指 令,避免了通信过程中,其他通信执行主体的误操作导致当前通信过程中断。 脱离本发明实施例的精神和范围。 这样, 倘若本发明实施例的这些修改和变 型属于权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内, 则本发明实施例也意图包含这些 改动和变型在内。

Claims

权利要求
1、 一种通信处理方法, 其中, 该方法包括:
接收通信操作指令;
确定所述操作指令的发送主体;
当所述发送主体不是当前通信正在使用的第一通信执行主体时, 将当前 通信切换到第二通信执行主体。
2、 如权利要求 1 所述的通信处理方法, 其中, 将当前通信切换到所述 第二通信执行主体后, 该方法还包括:
检测用户通过移动终端界面接口发出的、 指示将当前通信切换回所述第 一通信执行主体的切换指令;
将当前通信由所述第二通信执行主体切换回所述第一通信执行主体。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的通信处理方法, 其中, 该方法还包括: 判断用 户通过移动终端界面接口发出的切换指令与预先设定的进行切换的对应操 作指令是否匹配;
所述将当前通信由所述第二通信执行主体切换回所述第一通信执行主 体为:
当判断结果为用户通过移动终端界面接口发出的切换指令与预先设定 的进行切换的对应操作指令匹配时, 执行将当前通信由所述第二通信执行主 体切换回所述第一通信执行主体。
4、 如权利要求 1至 3任一权利要求所述的通信处理方法, 其中, 所述 第二通信执行主体为所述操作指令的发送主体。
5、 如权利要求 1至 4任一权利要求所述的通信处理方法, 其中, 所述 切换为无缝切换。
6、 如权利要求 1至 5任一权利要求所述的通信处理方法, 其中, 当所 述发送主体为当前通信正在使用的第一通信执行主体时, 对当前通信执行所 述操作指令指示的操作。
7、 一种通信处理装置, 其中, 该装置包括:
接收单元, 用于接收通信操作指令;
确定单元, 用于确定所述操作指令的发送主体;
处理单元, 用于当所述发送主体不是当前通信正在使用的第一通信执行 主体时, 将当前通信切换到第二通信执行主体。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的装置, 其中, 所述处理单元还用于, 将当前通 信切换到所述第二通信执行主体后,
检测用户通过移动终端界面接口发出的、 指示将当前通信切换回所述第 一通信执行主体的切换指令;
将当前通信由所述第二通信执行主体切换回所述第一通信执行主体。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的装置, 其中, 所述处理单元还用于: 判断用户 通过移动终端界面接口发出的切换指令与预先设定的进行切换的对应操作 指令是否匹配;
当判断结果为用户通过移动终端界面接口发出的切换指令与预先设定 的进行切换的对应操作指令匹配时, 执行将当前通信由所述第二通信执行主 体切换回所述第一通信执行主体。
10、 如权利要求 7至 9任一权利要求所述的装置, 其中, 所述第二通信 执行主体为所述操作指令的发送主体。
11、 如权利要求 7至 10任一权利要求所述的装置, 其中, 所述切换为 无缝切换。
12、 如权利要求 7至 11任一权利要求所述的装置, 其中, 所述处理单 元还用于当所述发送主体为当前通信正在使用的第一通信执行主体时, 对当 前通信执行所述操作指令指示的操作。
