从上面所述可以看出,本发明及其实施例提供的移动通讯终端通话管理方法、装置及移动通讯终端,其移动通讯终端能够与固定电话线连接,具有利用固定电话线路进行通话的功能,在移动通讯终端与固定电话线路连接的状态下,可以将用于传输移动通讯终端的通话信号的传输线路从移动通讯线路切换到固定电话线路,使得用户在需要的情况下,可使用移动终端通过固定电话进行通话。

本发明的较佳实施方式
以下结合说明书附图对本发明的实施例进行说明。
本发明实施例首先提供一种移动通讯终端通话控制方法,包括如图1所示的步骤:
步骤101:在所述移动通讯终端与固定电话线连接的状态下,检测移动 通讯终端所连接的固定电话线路信号状态;
步骤102:当所述固定电话线路信号状态显示能够通过固定电话线路进行呼叫时,将用于传输移动通讯终端的通话信号的传输线路从移动通讯线路切换到固定电话线路,使得移动通讯终端通过固定电话线路传输通话信号。
从上面所述可以看出,本发明实施例提供的移动通讯终端通话控制方法,能够在移动终端与固定电话线连接的情况下,当移动通讯信号较弱时,从移动通讯线路切换到固定电话线路,由于固定电话线路相比移动通讯线路具有更高的稳定性,因此本发明实施例所提供的方法能够保证移动通讯终端在移动通讯信号较弱时仍能正常通话,减少了因信号不稳定而导致的移动通讯终端通话的不稳定性。
在本发明的具体实施例中,移动通讯终端可以通过设置在移动通讯终端上的固定电话线路接口与固定电话线路连接。由于移动通讯终端与固定电话线建立连接的初始阶段,需要确定固定电话信号的可用性。在本发明的具体实施例中,可在所述移动通讯终端与固定电话线连接的状态下,按照设定的执行间隔时间,周期性地检测移动通讯终端所连接的固定电话线路信号状态;当所述固定电话线路信号状态显示固定电话线路畅通程度优于设定的条件时,停止周期性地检测移动通讯终端所连接的固定电话线路信号状态,并将移动通讯终端的通话信号从移动通讯线路切换到固定电话线路。
在具体实施例中,步骤101中所述检测移动通讯终端所连接的固定电话线路信号状态,可以通过检测固定电话线于移动通讯终端连接端口馈电或通过固定电话线路呼叫固定电话提供商服务号码来检测固定电话是否能够正常使用。
在本发明的一些实施例中,检测移动通讯终端所连接的固定电话线路信号状态的步骤具体包括:
步骤1011:检测移动通讯终端所连接的固定电话线路接口的馈电是否处于设定的馈电强度范围;获得第一检测结果;
步骤1012:当所述第一检测结果显示固定电话线路接口的馈电处于设定的馈电强度范围时,呼叫固定电话运营商服务号码,并检测有无回铃音;获 得第二检测结果;
步骤1013:当所述第二检测结果显示有回铃音时,确定能够通过固定电话线路进行呼叫。
在具体实施例中,当移动通讯终端,例如手机,与固定电话线连接时,在手机和固定电话线连接接口处可检测到固定电话接入网提供的远端馈电,当从手机与固定电话线连接接口处检测到48V±5%的远端馈电时,说明固定电话线路已接通。对于固定电话,电话线接入网络之后是必须有馈电反馈,通过馈电可以反馈终端是否接入,但并不能说明线路正常。因此,在步骤1012中,发起呼叫号码,该号码具体为运营商客服号码,呼叫后检测是否手机有回铃音,如果有回铃音,说明用户可以进行呼叫,进而可以进一步判断固定电话线路是否正常。
在本发明一些实施例中,将用于传输移动通讯终端的通话信号的传输线路从移动通讯线路切换到固定电话线路的步骤具体包括:
步骤1021:当所述移动通讯终端处于通话状态时,获取移动通讯终端当前通话的号码;通过所述固定电话线路呼叫所述当前通话的号码;当呼叫成功时,中断所述移动通讯终端当前的通话,并维持对所述当前通话号码的呼叫;
步骤1022:当所述移动通讯终端不处于通话状态时,关闭所述移动通讯终端的移动通讯功能,并接通所述固定电话线路与移动通讯终端的通话信号传输线路。
诸如手机之类的移动通讯终端在通话过程中常常会出现移动通讯信号突然减弱而导致通话无法正常进行,本发明上述实施例可以针对通话过程中信号减弱的情况进行切换,也可以在接通固定电话线的任意通话过程中无条件切换到固定电话。
为了保证在用户使用固定电话线路通话的过程中不会受到移动电话线路的来电呼叫的干扰,同时为了防止移动电话线路和固定电话线路相互冲突,在本发明的上述实施例中,当移动通讯终端不处于通话状态时,关闭所述移动通讯终端的移动通讯功能,并接通所述固定电话线路与移动通讯终端的电 话连接。当移动通讯终端处于通话状态时,也可以在中断所述移动通讯终端当前的通话的同时或是在中断所述移动通讯终端当前的通话之后关闭移动通讯终端的移动通讯功能。
在本发明的一些实施例中,检测移动通讯终端所连接的固定电话线路信号状态之前,还包括:
在所述移动通讯终端与固定电话线连接后,检测到所述移动通讯终端与固定电话线连接接口的馈电信号;
读取移动通讯终端所接收到的移动通讯信号强度信息;
当所读取到的移动通讯信号强度弱于设定的第一移动通讯信号强度阈值时,进入检测移动通讯终端所连接的固定电话线路信号状态的步骤。
在所述移动通讯终端与固定电话线连接的状态下,可在检测确定固定电话线路可以正常使用后,就自动将通话信号从移动通讯线路切换到固定电话线路。但由于将移动通讯终端的通话信号切换到固定电话线路后,优选地需要关闭移动通讯终端原有的移动通讯功能,这样从其他终端到该移动通讯终端号码的呼叫将无法接到。因此,在本发明一些实施例中,可以在移动通讯终端与固定电话线连接的状态下,先确定移动通讯终端所接收到的移动通讯信号强度信息,在移动通讯信号强度较弱,可能会影响正常的移动通话的情况下,再将通话信号切换到固定电话线路。
所述第一移动通讯信号强度可以是一个用户按照自身需求设定的一个值,单位可以是dBi。
在本发明的一些实施例中,将用于传输移动通讯终端的通话信号的传输线路从移动通讯线路切换到固定电话线路之后,还包括:
读取移动通讯终端所接收到的移动通讯信号强度信息;
当读取到的移动通讯信号强度强于设定的第二移动通讯信号强度阈值时,将所述移动通讯终端的通话信号从固定电话线路切换到移动通讯线路。
在本发明的一些实施例中,将用于传输移动通讯终端的通话信号的传输线路从移动通讯线路切换到固定电话线路之后,还包括:
读取移动通讯终端通话信号本次切换到固定电话线路的时间;
当读取到的回切参数达到设定的固定电话线路接通时间阈值时,将所述移动通讯终端的通话信号从固定电话线路切换到移动通讯线路。
由于将移动通讯终端的通话信号切换到固定电话线路后,优选地需要关闭移动通讯终端原有的移动通讯功能,这样从其他终端到该移动通讯终端号码的呼叫将无法接到。因此在本发明的一些实施例中,将移动通讯终端的通话信号到固定电话线路后,还允许用户设定移动通讯终端的回切参数阈值,用于限定回切到移动通讯线路的条件,如上述实施例,所述回切参数包括移动通讯终端所接收到的移动通讯信号强度信息,和/或移动通讯终端通话信号本次切换到固定电话线路的时间;所述回切参数阈值相应包括第二移动通讯信号强度阈值,和/或固定电话线路接通时间阈值。当达到设定的移回切参数阈值时,回切到移动通讯线路。由于用户可能希望能够定时查看在切换到固定电话线路后,移动通讯线路所到来的未接来电,因此,所述回切参数可以是移动通讯终端通话信号本次切换到固定电话线路的时间。当用户移动通讯终端通话信号切换到固定电话线路后,移动通讯信号状况可能会出现好转,因此,所述回切参数可以是移动通讯终端所接收到的移动通讯信号强度信息。
从上面所述可以看出,本发明及其实施例所提供的移动通讯终端通话控制方法,在移动通讯终端与固定电话线路连接的情况下,能够在移动通讯信号强度较差时将通话信号切换到固定电话线路,保证用户通话条件的稳定性。
进一步,本发明提供一种移动通讯终端通话控制装置,结构如图2所示,包括:
固定电话线路信号状态检测模块201:用于在所述移动通讯终端与固定电话线连接的状态下,检测移动通讯终端所连接的固定电话线路信号状态;
切换模块202:当所述固定电话线路信号状态显示能够通过固定电话线路进行呼叫时,将用于传输移动通讯终端的通话信号的传输线路从移动通讯线路切换到固定电话线路,使得移动通讯终端通过固定电话线路传输通话信号。
从上面所述可以看出,本发明提供的移动通讯终端通话控制装置,在移动通讯终端与固定电话线路连接的情况下,能够在移动通讯信号强度较差时将通话信号切换到固定电话线路,保证用户通话条件的稳定性。
在具体实施例中,移动通讯终端与固定电话线连接的接口可以为RJ11接口。如图3所示,移动通讯终端,如图3所示的手机,通过第一RJ11接口301与固定电话线302连接,固定电话线302通过第二RJ11接口303接入固定电话接入网关。
在本发明的一些实施例中,固定电话线路信号状态检测模块201具体包括:
第一检测单元:用于检测移动通讯终端所连接的固定电话线路接口的馈电是否处于设定的馈电强度范围;获得第一检测结果;
第二检测单元:用于当所述第一检测结果显示固定电话线路接口的馈电处于设定的馈电强度范围时,呼叫固定电话运营商服务号码,并检测有无回铃音;获得第二检测结果;
固定电话线路状况确定单元:用于当所述第二检测结果显示有回铃音时,确定能够通过固定电话线路进行呼叫。
在本发明的一些实施例中,切换模块202包括:
当前通话号码获取单元:用于当所述移动通讯终端处于通话状态时,获取移动通讯终端当前通话的号码;
自动呼叫单元:用于通过所述固定电话线路呼叫所述当前通话的号码;
固定电话线路转换维持单元:用于当呼叫成功时,中断所述移动通讯终端当前的通话,并维持对所述当前通话号码的呼叫;
移动通讯功能关闭单元:用于当所述移动通讯终端不处于通话状态时,关闭所述移动通讯终端的移动通讯功能;
固定通话信号传输线路接通单元:用于接通所述固定电话线路与移动通讯终端的通话信号传输线路。
在本发明的一些实施例中,仍然参照图2,所述装置还包括:
馈电信号检测模块203:用于在所述移动通讯终端与固定电话线连接后,检测到所述移动通讯终端与固定电话线连接接口的馈电信号;
移动通讯信号强度读取模块204:用于读取移动通讯终端所接收到的移 动通讯信号强度信息;还用于当所读取到的移动通讯信号强度弱于设定的第一移动通讯信号强度阈值时,触发固定电话线路信号状态检测模块。
在本发明的一些实施例中,该装置还包括:
回切参数读取模块:用于读取移动通讯终端的回切参数;
回切模块:用于当读取到的回切参数达到设定的回切参数阈值时,将所述移动通讯终端的通话信号从固定电话线路切换到移动通讯线路;
所述回切参数包括移动通讯终端所接收到的移动通讯信号强度信息,和/或移动通讯终端通话信号本次切换到固定电话线路的时间;所述回切参数阈值相应包括第二移动通讯信号强度阈值,和/或固定电话线路接通时间阈值。
回切参数读取模块和回切模块是在将用于传输移动通讯终端的通话信号的传输线路从移动通讯线路切换到固定电话线路之后用的。
进一步,本发明还提供一种移动通讯终端,包括本发明任意一项实施例所提供的移动通讯终端通话控制装置。
本发明实施例还公开了一种计算机程序,包括程序指令,当该程序指令被计算机执行时,使得该计算机可执行上述任意的移动通讯终端通话控制方法。
本发明实施例还公开了一种载有所述计算机程序的载体。
从上面所述可以看出,本发明及其实施例提供的移动通讯终端通话控制方法、装置及移动通讯终端,其移动通讯终端能够与固定电话线连接,具有利用固定电话线路进行通话的功能,在移动通讯终端与固定电话线路连接的状态下,可以将用于传输移动通讯终端的通话信号的传输线路从移动通讯线路切换到固定电话线路,使得用户在需要的情况下,可使用移动终端通过固定电话进行通话。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种移动通讯终端通话控制方法,包括如下步骤:
    在所述移动通讯终端与固定电话线连接的状态下,检测所述移动通讯终端所连接的固定电话线路的信号状态;
    当所述固定电话线路的信号状态显示能够通过所述固定电话线路进行呼叫时,将用于传输所述移动通讯终端的通话信号的传输线路从所述移动通讯线路切换到所述固定电话线路,使得所述移动通讯终端通过所述固定电话线路传输通话信号。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的移动通讯终端通话控制方法,其中,所述检测所述移动通讯终端所连接的固定电话线路的信号状态的步骤包括:
    检测所述移动通讯终端所连接的固定电话线路接口的馈电是否处于设定的馈电强度范围,获得第一检测结果;
    当所述第一检测结果显示所述固定电话线路接口的馈电处于设定的馈电强度范围时,呼叫固定电话运营商服务号码,并检测有无回铃音,获得第二检测结果;
    当所述第二检测结果显示有回铃音时,确定能够通过所述固定电话线路进行呼叫。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的移动通讯终端通话控制方法,其中,将用于传输所述移动通讯终端的通话信号的传输线路从所述移动通讯线路切换到所述固定电话线路的步骤包括:
    当所述移动通讯终端处于通话状态时,获取所述移动通讯终端当前通话的号码;
    通过所述固定电话线路呼叫所述当前通话的号码;
    当呼叫成功时,中断所述移动通讯终端当前的通话,并维持对所述当前通话号码的呼叫;
    当所述移动通讯终端不处于通话状态时,关闭所述移动通讯终端的移动通讯功能,并接通所述固定电话线路与所述移动通讯终端的通话信号传输线路。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的移动通讯终端通话控制方法,其中,所述检测所述移动通讯终端所连接的固定电话线路的信号状态的步骤之前,该方法还包括:
    在所述移动通讯终端与所述固定电话线连接后,检测到所述移动通讯终端与固定电话线连接接口的馈电信号;
    读取所述移动通讯终端所接收到的移动通讯信号强度信息;
    当所读取到的移动通讯信号强度弱于设定的第一移动通讯信号强度阈值时,执行所述检测所述移动通讯终端所连接的所述固定电话线路的信号状态的步骤。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4中任意一项所述的移动通讯终端通话控制方法,其中,所述将用于传输所述移动通讯终端的通话信号的传输线路从所述移动通讯线路切换到所述固定电话线路的步骤之后,该方法还包括:
    读取所述移动通讯终端的回切参数;
    当读取到的所述回切参数达到设定的回切参数阈值时,将所述移动通讯终端的通话信号从所述固定电话线路切换到所述移动通讯线路;
    其中,所述回切参数包括所述移动通讯终端所接收到的移动通讯信号强度信息,和/或所述移动通讯终端的通话信号本次切换到所述固定电话线路的时间;相应地,所述回切参数阈值包括第二移动通讯信号强度阈值,和/或所述固定电话线路的接通时间阈值。
  6. 一种移动通讯终端通话控制装置,包括固定电话线路信号状态检测模块和切换模块,其中:
    所述固定电话线路信号状态检测模块设置成:在所述移动通讯终端与固定电话线连接的状态下,检测所述移动通讯终端所连接的固定电话线路的信号状态;
    所述切换模块所述当所述固定电话线路的信号状态显示能够通过所述固定电话线路进行呼叫时,将用于传输所述移动通讯终端的通话信号的传输线路从所述移动通讯线路切换到所述固定电话线路,使得所述移动通讯终端通过所述固定电话线路传输通话信号。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的移动通讯终端通话控制装置,其中,所述固定 电话线路信号状态检测模块具体包括第一检测单元、第二检测单元和固定电话线路状况确定单元,其中:
    所述第一检测单元设置成:检测所述移动通讯终端所连接的固定电话线路接口的馈电是否处于设定的馈电强度范围,获得第一检测结果;
    所述第二检测单元设置成:当所述第一检测结果显示所述固定电话线路接口的馈电处于设定的馈电强度范围时,呼叫固定电话运营商服务号码,并检测有无回铃音,获得第二检测结果;
    所述固定电话线路状况确定单元设置成:当所述第二检测结果显示有回铃音时,确定能够通过所述固定电话线路进行呼叫。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的移动通讯终端通话控制装置,其中,所述切换模块包括当前通话号码获取单元、自动呼叫单元、固定电话线路转换维持单元、移动通讯功能关闭单元和固定通话信号传输线路接通单元,其中:
    所述当前通话号码获取单元设置成:当所述移动通讯终端处于通话状态时,获取所述移动通讯终端当前通话的号码;
    所述自动呼叫单元设置成:通过所述固定电话线路呼叫所述当前通话的号码;
    所述固定电话线路转换维持单元设置成:当呼叫成功时,中断所述移动通讯终端当前的通话,并维持对所述当前通话号码的呼叫;
    所述移动通讯功能关闭单元设置成:当所述移动通讯终端不处于通话状态时,关闭所述移动通讯终端的移动通讯功能;
    所述固定通话信号传输线路接通单元设置成:接通所述固定电话线路与所述移动通讯终端的通话信号传输线路。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的移动通讯终端通话控制装置,所述装置还包括馈电信号检测模块和移动通讯信号强度读取模块,其中:
    所述馈电信号检测模块设置成:在所述移动通讯终端与所述固定电话线连接后,检测到所述移动通讯终端与固定电话线连接接口的馈电信号;
    所述移动通讯信号强度读取模块设置成:读取所述移动通讯终端所接收到的移动通讯信号强度信息;当所读取到的移动通讯信号强度弱于设定的第一移动通讯信号强度阈值时,触发所述固定电话线路信号状态检测模块。
  10. 根据权利要求6-9中任意一项所述的移动通讯终端通话控制装置,该装置还包括回切参数读取模块和回切模块,其中:
    所述回切参数读取模块设置成:读取所述移动通讯终端的回切参数;
    所述回切模块设置成:当读取到的回切参数达到设定的回切参数阈值时,将所述移动通讯终端的通话信号从所述固定电话线路切换到所述移动通讯线路;
