下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清 楚、 完整地描述, 显然, 所描述的实施例是本发明的一部分实施例, 而不是全 部实施例。基于本发明中的实施例, 本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳 动的前提下所获得的所有其他实施例, 都应属于本发明保护的范围。
图 1 示出了本发明一实施例的呼叫方法示意流程图, 如图 1 所示, 该 呼叫方法, 包括:
101、 接收主叫终端向被叫终端发送的紧急呼叫请求, 所述紧急呼叫请 求中包括被叫终端标识和主叫终端标识。
具体的, 主叫终端在正常呼叫被叫终端过程中, 被叫终端长时间不接 听或者拒绝应答时。 主叫终端使用内置的紧急呼叫客户端通过移动互联网 向被叫终端发起紧急呼叫请求。 该紧急呼叫请求携带被叫终端标识和主叫 终端标识, 如国际移动用户识另1 J码 ( International Mobile Subscriber Identification Number, IMSI )。
需要注意的是, 本发明实施例中的紧急呼叫指用户通过主叫终端中装 载的客户端, 向被叫终端发起的表明有紧急事宜的呼叫请求。
102、 根据所述被叫终端标识获取所述被叫终端的紧急呼叫鉴权列表。 具体的, 应用服务器在收到主叫终端向被叫终端发起的紧急呼叫请求 后, 根据被叫终端的终端标识从本地用户管理名单中查找被叫终端的紧急 呼叫鉴权列表, 比如: 被叫终端的黑、 白用户名单, 其中白名单用户允许 使用该紧急呼叫请求业务, 黑名单用户不允许使用该紧急呼叫请求业务。 如果主叫用户不是被叫终端黑、 白用户名单中的用户, 可通过对该主叫用 户计费的方式允许该主叫用户使用紧急呼叫请求业务。
可选的, 被叫终端的黑白用户名单可以通过被叫终端与应用服务器的 交互进行预置, 被叫终端向应用服务器提交黑白用户名单, 应用服务器将 该被叫终端的标识与黑白用户名单映射保存。
可选的, 应用服务器也可以通过与被叫终端对应的归属用户服务器交 互, 获取被叫终端的黑白用户名单, 当然, 该实施方式需要被叫终端对应 的归属用户服务器存储了被叫终端的黑白用户名单。
103、 根据所述主叫终端标识与所述紧急呼叫鉴权列表对所述主叫终端 鉴权。
具体的, 应用服务器判断主叫终端是否与被叫终端黑白用户名单匹配, 若主叫终端与被叫终端白用户名单匹配, 则允许主叫终端使用对该被叫终 端的紧急呼叫请求业务, 若主叫终端与被叫终端黑用户名单匹配, 则拒绝 主叫终端对该被叫终端的紧急呼叫请求业务, 若主叫终端与被叫终端黑白 用户名单均不匹配, 可通过对该主叫终端计费的方式允许该主叫终端对该 被叫终端的紧急呼叫请求业务。
104、 对所述主叫终端鉴权通过后, 根据所述紧急呼叫请求向被叫终端 发起呼叫请求并对被叫终端振铃状态进行更改。
具体的, 应用服务器在对该主叫终端鉴权通过后, 向被叫终端发起呼 叫请求, 并可根据被叫终端的当前振铃状态对该被叫终端振铃状态进行修 改, 以提醒该被叫用户有紧急呼叫请求呼入。 可选的, 将被叫终端的当前 状态静音状态修改为提醒用户有紧急呼叫呼入的振铃状态, 比如: 将用户 的振铃修改为提醒用户有紧急呼叫呼入的特殊铃音。 图 2示出了如图 1 实施例的呼叫方法中的振铃状态更改方法示意流程 图, 如图 2所示, 该振铃状态更改方法, 包括:
201、 根据所述被叫终端标识向被叫终端发送振铃设置请求消息, 所述 振铃设置请求消息中包括振铃标识。
具体的, 应用服务器在接收到主叫终端的紧急呼叫请求后, 根据该紧 急呼叫请求中被叫终端标识向被叫终端发送振铃设置请求消息, 该振铃设 置请求消息中包括振铃标识。
可选的, 主叫终端向被叫终端发起的的紧急呼叫请求中还可以携带该 振铃标识, 使得被叫终端播放该振铃标识对应的铃音以提醒被叫用户有紧 急呼叫请求呼入。
可选的, 该振铃标识对应的铃音可由主叫终端预置, 如: 主叫终端将 本地铃音上传给应用服务器, 应用服务器将该铃音保存并分配振铃标识, 主叫终端也可以从应用服务器提供的铃音中选择合适的铃音, 在向被叫终 端发起紧急呼叫中携带该铃音的振铃标识。
202、接收所述被叫终端发送的获取与所述振铃标识对应的振铃请求消 息。
具体的, 被叫终端在接收到应用服务器发送的振铃设置请求消息后, 根据该振铃设置请求消息中的振铃标识向应用服务器请求获取与该振铃标 识对应的振铃。
203、 将与所述振铃标识对应振铃发送给被叫终端, 并通过被叫终端客 户端将该振铃设置为被叫终端振铃。
应用服务器根据被叫终端的振铃获取请求将与振铃标识对应的振铃发 送给该被叫终端, 并通过被叫终端内置的紧急呼叫客户端将被叫终端的振 铃设置为该振铃。
如上所述的本发明一实施例的呼叫方法, 主叫终端使用内置的客户端 通过互联网向被叫终端发起紧急呼叫请求, 应用服务器根据该紧急呼叫请 求对被叫终端的状态进行设置, 对该被叫终端的振铃状态进行更改, 以提 醒被叫用户有紧急呼叫请求呼入, 使得被叫用户及时与主叫用户联系, 该 方法能够减少主叫用户需通过额外的短消息等方式通知被叫用户有紧急事 宜的步骤, 提高通信网络通信效率, 节省通信网络资源。
图 3示出本发明另一实施例的呼叫方法流程图, 如图 3所示, 该呼叫 方法包括:
301、 接收主叫终端向被叫用户发送的紧急呼叫请求, 所述紧急呼叫请 求中包括被叫终端标识和主叫终端标识;
具体的, 主叫终端通过内置的客户端向被叫终端发起紧急呼叫请求, 该紧急呼叫请求中包括主叫终端与被叫终端的标识。 该标识可以是主叫终 端与被叫终端的国际移动用户识别码。
302、 根据所述被叫终端标识获取所述被叫终端的黑白用户名单。 具体的, 应用服务器在收到主叫终端向被叫终端发起的紧急呼叫请求 后, 根据被叫终端标识从本地用户管理名单中查找被叫终端的黑白用户名 单, 其中白名单用户允许使用该紧急呼叫请求业务, 黑名单用户不允许使 用该紧急呼叫请求业务。 如果主叫用户非被叫终端黑白用户名单用户, 可 通过对该主叫用户计费的方式允许该主叫用户使用紧急呼叫请求业务。
可选的, 被叫终端的黑白用户名单可以通过被叫终端与应用服务器的 交互进行预置, 被叫终端向应用服务器提交黑白用户名单, 应用服务器将 该被叫终端的标识与黑白用户名单映射保存。
可选的, 应用服务器也可以通过与被叫终端对应的归属用户服务器交 互, 获取被叫终端的黑白用户名单, 当然, 该实施方式需要被叫终端对应 的归属用户服务器存储了被叫终端的黑白用户名单。
303、 根据所述主叫终端标识与所述黑白用户名单对所述主叫终端鉴权。 具体的, 应用服务器判断主叫终端是否与被叫终端黑白用户名单匹配。 304、 对所述主叫终端鉴权通过后, 根据所述紧急呼叫请求向被叫终端 发起呼叫请求, 根据所述紧急呼叫请求向被叫终端发起呼叫请求并对被叫终 端振铃状态进行更改, 并根据被叫用户订阅的通知方式将所述紧急呼叫请求 通知给所述被叫用户终端。
具体的, 应用服务器在对主叫终端鉴权通过后, 向被叫终端发起紧急 呼叫请求, 根据该紧急呼叫请求向被叫终端发起呼叫请求并对被叫终端振铃 状态进行更改, 比如: 将用户的振铃修改为提醒用户有紧急呼叫呼入的特殊 铃音。 同时, 应用服务器根据被叫终端预置的消息通知方式, 将该紧急呼 叫请求下发给该被叫终端, 以提醒被叫用户有紧急呼叫请求呼入。
可选的, 被叫终端通过内置的客户端与应用服务器交互, 预置紧急呼 叫请求的消息通知方式。 可选的, 该消息通知方式包括但不限于短消息、 电子邮件、 社交网络 SNS , 被叫终端操作系统厂家提供的通知服务, 如苹 果的 APNS服务。
可选的, 应用服务器在紧急呼叫请求通知下发给被叫终端后, 还可向 主叫终端返回成功响应, 以告知主叫终端, 其紧急呼叫请求通知已经成功 送达被叫终端。 以便于主叫用户根据该响应向被叫用户发起普通呼叫。 如上所述的本发明一实施例的呼叫方法, 被叫终端向主叫终端发起紧 急呼叫请求, 业务服务器向主叫终端发起紧急呼叫, 并通过被叫终端预置 的通知方式将紧急呼叫下发给被叫终端, 以便被叫用户根据通知及时与主 叫用户联系, 省却了主叫用户需要手动编辑短消息通过短消息中心通知被 叫用户的步骤, 节省通信网络资源。
在本发明另一实施例中, 该呼叫方法可以为: 主叫终端向被叫终端发 送紧急呼叫请求, 该紧急呼叫请求中包括被叫终端标识和彩铃标识, 以使 应用服务器根据该终端标识和彩铃标识将被叫终端的振铃设置为与该彩铃 标识对应的振铃铃声。 具体的, 主叫终端通过内置的紧急呼叫客户端向被 叫终端发送表明有紧急事宜的紧急呼叫请求, 该紧急呼叫请求中包括被叫 终端标识和彩铃标识, 应用服务器根据该主叫终端的紧急呼叫请求, 通过 被叫终端内置的客户端向被叫终端发起紧急呼叫请求, 并将通过该客户端 将被叫终端的振铃设置为与该彩铃标识对应的振铃铃声, 以提醒被叫用户 有紧急呼叫呼入, 以便被叫用户能及时处理该紧急呼叫。
下面介绍本发明一实施例的呼叫处理装置, 如图 4 所示为本发明一实 施例的呼叫处理装置结构框图, 包括:
接收单元 401 , 用于接收主叫终端向被叫终端发送的紧急呼叫请求, 所 述紧急呼叫请求中包括被叫终端标识和主叫终端标识。
获取单元 402 ,用于根据所述被叫终端标识获取所述被叫终端的紧急呼 叫鉴权列表。
鉴权单元 403 , 用于根据所述主叫用户终端标识与所述紧急呼叫鉴权列 表对所述主叫终端鉴权。 处理单元 404 , 用于对所述主叫终端鉴权通过后,根据所述紧急呼叫请 求向被叫终端发起呼叫请求并对被叫终端振铃状态进行更改。
可选的, 处理单元 404如图 5所示包括: 发送子单元 4041 , 用于根据 所述被叫终端标识向被叫终端发送振铃设置请求消息,所述振铃设置请求消息 中包括振铃标识。 接收子单元 4042 , 用于接收所述被叫终端发送的获取与所 述振铃标识对应的振铃请求消息, 设置子单元 4043 , 用于将与所述振铃标识 对应的振铃发送给所述被叫终端,并通过被叫终端客户端将所述振铃设置为被 叫终端振铃。 可选的, 如图 6 所示, 本发明实施例的呼叫处理装置还可以包括紧急 呼叫鉴权列表管理单元 405 , 用于管理被叫终端的紧急呼叫鉴权列表。 可选的, 如图 7 所示, 该紧急呼叫鉴权列表管理单元包括: 设置单元 4051 , 用于接收所述被叫终端的紧急呼叫鉴权列表设置请求, 根据该请求对 被叫终端的黑、 白用户名单进行设置, 存储单元 4052 , 用于将被叫终端的 黑、 白用户名单进行保存。 图 8示出了本发明一实施例的用户终端示意框图, 包括: 发送模块 601 , 用于向被叫用户发送紧急呼叫请求, 所述紧急呼叫请求 中包括被叫终端标识和振铃标识,以使紧急呼叫系统根据所述终端标识和彩铃 标识将所述终端的振铃设置为与所述彩铃标识对应的振铃铃声。 设置模块 602 , 用于将该被叫终端标识与振铃标识添加到该紧急呼叫请 求中,以便应用服务器利用被叫终端客户端将被叫终端的振铃修改为与该振铃 标识对应的振铃铃声。 图 9示出了本发明另一实施例的呼叫处理装置示意框图,如图 9所示, 该呼叫处理装置包括: 至少一个处理器 901 , 例如 CPU, 至少一个通信接口 904或者其他通信接口, 存储器 902 , 和至少一个通信总线 905 , 用于实现 这些装置之间的连接通信。 处理器 901 用于执行存储器中存储的可执行模 块, 例如计算机程序; 用户终端可选的还包含用户接口 903 , 包括但不限于 显示器, 键盘和点击设备(例如, 鼠标, 轨迹球(trackball ) , 触感板或者 触感显示屏。 存储器 902可能包含高速 Ram存储器, 也可能还包括非不稳 定的存 4诸器( non-volatile memory ), 例 ¾口至少一个磁盘存 4诸器。 通过至少一 个网络接口 (可以是有线或者无线) 实现该用户终端与至少一个其他计算 机之间的通信连接, 可以使用互联网, 广域网, 本地网, 城域网等。 存储器 902可选的可以包含至少一个位于远离前述 CPU901 的地方的 存储装置 (例如外接存储装置)。 在一些实施方式中, 存储器 902存储了如 上图 4 所示的可执行模块或者数据结构, 或者他们的子集, 或者他们的扩 展集。
本领域普通技术人员可以意识到,结合本文中所公开的实施例描述的各示 例的单元及算法步骤, 能够以电子硬件、 计算机软件或者二者的结合来实现, 为了清楚地说明硬件和软件的可互换性,在上述说明中已经按照功能一般性地 描述了各示例的组成及步骤。这些功能究竟以硬件还是软件方式来执行,取决 于技术方案的特定应用和设计约束条件。专业技术人员可以对每个特定的应用 来使用不同方法来实现所描述的功能,但是这种实现不应认为超出本发明的范 围。

权 利 要 求
1、 一种呼叫方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收主叫终端向被叫终端发送的紧急呼叫请求,所述紧急呼叫请求中包括 被叫终端标识和主叫终端标识;
根据所述被叫终端标识获取所述被叫终端的紧急呼叫鉴权列表;
根据所述主叫终端标识与所述紧急呼叫鉴权列表对所述主叫终端鉴权; 对所述主叫终端鉴权通过后,根据所述紧急呼叫请求向被叫终端发起呼叫 请求并对被叫终端振铃状态进行更改。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的呼叫方法, 其特征在于, 所述紧急呼叫请求中包 括: 振铃标识, 所述根据所述紧急呼叫请求向被叫终端发起呼叫请求并对被叫 终端振铃状态进行更改包括:
根据所述振铃标识将所述被叫终端的振铃变更为与所述振铃标识对应的 振铃铃声。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的呼叫方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据所述振铃标识 根据所述被叫终端标识向被叫终端发送振铃设置请求消息,所述振铃设置 请求消息中包括振铃标识;
接收所述被叫终端发送的获取与所述振铃标识对应的振铃请求消息; 将与所述振铃标识对应的振铃发送给所述被叫终端,并通过被叫终端客户 端将所述振铃设置为被叫终端振铃。
4、 如权利要求 1 _ 3任一权利要求所述的呼叫方法, 其特征在于, 所述主 叫终端鉴权通过包括:
所述主叫终端标识与所述紧急呼叫鉴权列表中的白用户名单匹配; 或, 所述主叫终端标识与所述紧急呼叫鉴权列表中的黑、白用户名单均不匹配。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的呼叫方法, 其特征在于, 若所述主叫终端标识与 所述黑白用户名单均不匹配,根据运营商的计费方式对主叫终端的紧急呼叫请 求产生计费账单。
6、 如权利要求 4所述的呼叫方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括: 接收所述被叫终端的紧急呼叫鉴权列表设置请求,所述设置请求中包括被 叫终端的黑、 白用户名单列表;
根据所述设置请求保存所述被叫终端的黑白用户名单列表。
7、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 还包括:
根据被叫终端订阅的通知方式将所述紧急呼叫请求通知给所述被叫用户 终端。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的呼叫方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据被叫用户订阅 的通知方式将所述紧急呼叫请求通知给所述被叫用户终端, 包括:
通过短消息、 社交网络服务 SNS、 Email, 操作系统 OS通知中的一种或 多种将所述紧急呼叫请求通知给所述被叫用户终端。
9、 一种呼叫处理装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收单元, 用于接收主叫终端向被叫终端发送的紧急呼叫请求, 所述紧急 呼叫请求中包括被叫终端标识和主叫终端标识;
获取单元,用于根据所述被叫终端标识获取所述被叫终端的紧急呼叫鉴权 列表;
鉴权单元,用于根据所述主叫终端标识与所述紧急呼叫鉴权列表对所述主 叫终端鉴权;
处理单元, 用于对所述主叫终端鉴权通过后,根据所述紧急呼叫请求向被 叫终端发起呼叫请求并对被叫终端振铃状态进行更改。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的呼叫处理装置, 其特征在于, 所述接收单元接收 的紧急呼叫请求中还包括: 振铃标识, 所述处理单元还具体用于, 根据所述振 铃标识将所述被叫终端的振铃变更为与所述振铃标识对应的振铃铃声。
11、 如权利要求 10所述的呼叫处理装置, 其特征在于, 所述处理单元包 括:
发送子单元,用于根据所述被叫终端标识向被叫终端发送振铃设置请求消 息, 所述振铃设置请求消息中包括振铃标识;
接收子单元,用于接收所述被叫终端发送的获取与所述振铃标识对应的振 铃请求消息;
设置子单元, 用于将与所述振铃标识对应的振铃发送给所述被叫终端, 并 通过被叫终端客户端将所述振铃设置为被叫终端振铃。
12、 如权利要求 14所述的呼叫处理装置, 其特征在于, 所述鉴权单元具 体用于,判断所述主叫终端标识与所述被叫终端的紧急呼叫鉴权列表是否匹配 , 若所述主叫终端标识与所述紧急呼叫鉴权列表中白用户名单匹配;
或,所述主叫终端标识与所述紧急呼叫鉴权列表中中黑白用户名单均不匹 配则鉴权通过。
13、 如权利要求 12所述的呼叫处理装置, 其特征在于, 还包括:
计费单元, 用于若所述主叫终端标识与所述黑白用户名单均不匹配,根据 运营商的计费方式对主叫终端的紧急呼叫请求产生计费账单。
14、 如权利要求 12所述的呼叫处理装置, 其特征在于, 还包括:
紧急呼叫鉴权列表管理单元,用于接收所述被叫终端的紧急呼叫鉴权列表 设置请求, 所述设置请求中包括被叫终端的黑、 白用户名单列表, 根据所述设 置请求保存所述被叫终端的黑、 白用户名单列表。
15、 如权利要求 9所述的呼叫处理装置, 其特征在于, 所述处理单元还用 于:根据被叫终端订阅的通知方式,通过短消息、社交网络服务 SNS、 Email, 操作系统 OS通知中的一种或多种将所述紧急呼叫请求通知给所述被叫用户终 端。
16、 一种呼叫方法, 其特征在于, 包括: 向被叫终端发送紧急呼叫请求,所述紧急呼叫请求中包括被叫终端标识和 彩铃标识,以使紧急呼叫系统根据所述终端标识和彩铃标识将所述终端的振铃 设置为与所述彩铃标识对应的振铃铃声。
17、 一种用户终端, 其特征在于, 包括:
发送模块, 用于向被叫终端发送紧急呼叫请求, 所述紧急呼叫请求中包括 被叫终端标识和振铃标识,以使应用服务器根据所述终端标识和彩铃标识将所 述终端的振铃设置为与所述彩铃标识对应的振铃铃声;
设置模块,用于将所述被叫终端标识与振铃标识添加到所述紧急呼叫请求 中。
