Abstract
L'invention concerne un système d'aide à la conduite d'un véhicule sur rails (1), en particulier d'un train automoteur ou d'une locomotive, lequel système présente une unité de commande (3) qui permet de calculer à l'attention du conducteur une recommandation de conduite, en particulier une recommandation de vitesse, ainsi qu'un raccordement à un récepteur (9) d'un système mondial de navigation par satellite (10), installé dans le véhicule sur rails (1), l'unité de commande (3) étant raccordée à une unité de détection de signaux et de signalisations (6) orientée à l'avant du véhicule sur rails (1) sur un tronçon de voie dans le sens de la marche (x). L'invention concerne également un procédé permettant de déterminer une recommandation de conduite au moyen d'un système d'aide à la conduite intégré dans un véhicule sur rails (1), en particulier dans un train automoteur ou une locomotive.
