Claims (9)
- オペレータが操作する油圧アクチュエータ操作用及び電動アクチュエータ操作用の操作部材と、前記油圧アクチュエータ操作用の操作部材の操作方向及び操作量に応じた油圧操作信号を出力する油圧操作信号発生手段と、前記電動アクチュエータ操作用の操作部材の操作方向及び操作量に応じた電気操作信号を出力する電気操作信号発生手段と、前記電気操作信号を入力し、これに応じた前記電動アクチュエータの制御信号を出力する電気制御手段と、前記制御信号を入力し、これに応じた前記電動アクチュエータの駆動信号を出力するインバータ装置とを備えた建設機械制御システムにおいて、
前記電動アクチュエータ操作用の操作部材に対応させて、それぞれ複数の前記電気操作信号発生手段及び前記電気制御手段を設置し、前記複数の電気操作信号発生手段から出力される各電気操作信号を前記複数の電気制御手段のそれぞれに個別に入力すると共に、前記複数の電気制御手段の少なくとも1つで、前記各電気操作信号に基づいて算出した値及び前記各制御信号を比較し、その比較結果に基づいて、前記複数の電気操作信号発生手段及び電気制御手段についての異常発生の有無を判定することを特徴とする建設機械制御システム。 - 請求項1に記載の建設機械制御システムにおいて、
前記複数の電気制御手段の1つとして、前記インバータ装置に付設されるインバータ装置制御コントローラを用いることを特徴とする建設機械制御システム。 - 請求項1及び請求項2のいずれか1項に記載の建設機械制御システムにおいて、
前記異常が発生しているか否かの判定を行う電気制御手段は、これに入力される前記電気操作信号から前記制御信号の上限値を算出すると共に、前記上限値と前記制御信号の符号が一致しているか否かの判定と、当該電気制御手段以外の電気制御手段より出力される前記制御信号と前記上限値との比較を行い、
比較する両信号の符号が不一致であると判定したとき、若しくは、前記上限値よりも当該電気制御手段以外の電気制御手段から出力される前記制御信号の方が大きいと判定したときには、前記電動アクチュエータの電動動作を停止させることを特徴とする建設機械制御システム。 - 請求項1及び請求項2のいずれか1項に記載の建設機械制御システムにおいて、
前記異常が発生しているか否かの判定を行う電気制御手段は、これに入力される前記電気操作信号から前記制御信号の上限値を算出すると共に、前記各電気操作信号又は前記各制御信号の符号が一致しているか否かの判定と、当該電気制御手段以外の電気制御手段より出力される前記制御信号と前記上限値との比較を行い、
比較する両信号の符号が一致していると判定し、かつ、当該電気制御手段以外の電気制御手段から出力される制御信号の方が前記上限値よりも大きいと判定したときには、前記上限値を用いて前記電動アクチュエータの駆動を継続することを特徴とする建設機械制御システム。 - 請求項1及び請求項2のいずれか1項に記載の建設機械制御システムにおいて、
前記異常が発生しているか否かの判定を行う電気制御手段は、これに入力される前記電気操作信号と、当該電気制御手段以外の電気制御手段に入力される前記電気操作信号の差値の算出と、当該差値と予め設定された基準値の比較とを行い、
前記差値が前記基準値よりも大きいと判定したときには、前記電動アクチュエータの電動動作を停止させることを特徴とする建設機械制御システム。 - オペレータが操作する油圧アクチュエータ操作用及び電動アクチュエータ操作用の操作部材と、前記油圧アクチュエータ操作用の操作部材の操作方向及び操作量に応じた油圧操作信号を出力する油圧操作信号発生手段と、前記電動アクチュエータ操作用の操作部材の操作方向及び操作量に応じた電気操作信号を出力する電気操作信号発生手段と、前記電気操作信号を入力し、これに応じた前記電動アクチュエータの制御信号を出力する電気制御手段と、前記制御信号を入力し、これに応じた前記電動アクチュエータの駆動信号を出力するインバータ装置とを備えた建設機械制御システムにおいて、
前記インバータ装置は、前記電動アクチュエータの位置信号に基づいて前記電動アクチュエータの実際の駆動状態を示す状態信号を算出し、前記制御信号の符号と前記状態信号の符号が一致しているか否かの判定と、前記制御信号が前記状態信号よりも大きいか否かの判定とをさらに行って、前記制御信号の符号と前記状態信号の符号が不一致であると判定したとき、若しくは、前記状態信号の方が前記制御信号よりも大きいと判定したときには、前記電動アクチュエータの電動動作を停止させることを特徴とする建設機械制御システム。 - オペレータが操作する油圧アクチュエータ操作用及び電動アクチュエータ操作用の操作部材と、前記油圧アクチュエータ操作用の操作部材の操作方向及び操作量に応じた油圧操作信号を出力する油圧操作信号発生手段と、前記電動アクチュエータ操作用の操作部材の操作方向及び操作量に応じた電気操作信号を出力する電気操作信号発生手段と、前記電気操作信号を入力し、これに応じた前記電動アクチュエータの制御信号を出力する電気制御手段と、前記制御信号を入力し、これに応じた前記電動アクチュエータの駆動信号を出力するインバータ装置とを備えた建設機械制御システムにおいて、
前記インバータ装置に、当該インバータ装置自体の状態を監視する監視手段を備え、当該監視手段は、前記電動アクチュエータの位置信号に基づいて前記電動アクチュエータの実際の駆動状態を示す状態信号を算出し、前記制御信号の符号と前記状態信号の符号が一致しているか否かの判定と、前記制御信号が前記状態信号よりも大きいか否かの判定とをさらに行い、
前記制御信号の符号と前記状態信号の符号が不一致であると判定したとき、若しくは、前記状態信号の方が前記制御信号よりも大きいと判定したときには、前記電動アクチュエータの電動動作を停止させることを特徴とする建設機械制御システム。 - オペレータが操作する油圧アクチュエータ操作用及び電動アクチュエータ操作用の操作部材と、前記油圧アクチュエータ操作用の操作部材の操作方向及び操作量に応じた油圧操作信号を出力する油圧操作信号発生手段と、前記電動アクチュエータ操作用の操作部材の操作方向及び操作量に応じた電気操作信号を出力する電気操作信号発生手段と、前記電気操作信号を入力し、これに応じた前記電動アクチュエータの制御信号を出力する電気制御手段と、前記制御信号を入力し、これに応じた前記電動アクチュエータの駆動信号を出力するインバータ装置とを備えた建設機械制御システムにおいて、
前記電気制御手段と前記インバータ装置は、相互間で定期的に監視信号の交換を行うと共に、他方から所定時間内に監視信号を受信したか否かの判定を行い、
前記インバータ装置は、前記電気制御手段から所定時間内に監視信号を受信しなかったと判定したときに、当該電動動作を停止させるか、若しくは、当該インバータ装置に入力される前記操作信号から算出した前記制御信号の上限値を用いて前記電動アクチュエータの駆動を継続し、
前記電気制御手段は、前記インバータ装置から所定時間内に監視信号を受信しなかったと判定したときに、当該電動動作を停止させることを特徴とする建設機械制御システム。 - 請求項1乃至請求項8のいずれか1項に記載の建設機械制御システムにおいて、
前記電動アクチュエータ、前記電気操作信号発生手段、前記電気制御手段及び前記インバータ装置のいずれかに異常が発生していると判定したとき、発生した異常の内容に応じた通報をオペレータに発することを特徴とする建設機械制御システム。
