- the wiring clip 5C is provided with an adhesive portion 19 to which the placement portion 14 is extended and the wire harness tape 9 is adhered.
- the wiring clip 5 ⁇ / b> C has an engaging portion 27 that is engaged with an attachment hole of a panel on which the wire harness 1 is routed, and the engaging portion 27 is formed on the attachment hole on the lower surface of the placement portion 14.
- a pressing portion 21 that presses the panel when locked is provided.
- the wiring clip 5C is made of a synthetic resin such as a polypropylene resin having flexibility.
- the holding portion 15 includes a guide groove 20 in which the electric wire 6 is accommodated, locking claws 11 and 12 erected along the periphery of the guide groove 20, A slit 13 formed between the locking claws 11 and 12 is provided.
- the guide groove 20 is formed in a semicircular shape along the outer shape of the electric wire 6. Since the latching claws 11 and 12 are formed of a synthetic resin such as a polypropylene resin having a flexible wiring clip 5C, when the electric wire 6 is displaced in a direction away from the placement portion 14, The slit 13 between the locking claws 11 and 12 is widened, and the locking between the locking claws 11 and 12 and the electric wire 6 is released.
- the electric wire 2C with a clip for wiring formed by the metal mold 60 is assembled along the longitudinal direction of the electric wire bundle 3 arranged on a tie provided on the wiring board. And as shown in FIG. 12, the electric wire 6 and the electric wire bundle 3 of the said electric wire 2C with a clip for wiring are wound and fixed by the tape 9 for wire harnesses.
- the wire harness 1 which has the electric wire 2C with a clip for wiring is manufactured.
- the manufactured wire harness 1 is fixed to a panel of an automobile or the like in a required wiring form.
- the engaging portion 27 of the wiring clip 5C of the electric wire 2C with wiring clip is broken and the wire harness 1 is removed from the panel.
- the wiring clip 5C in which the engaging portion 27 is broken is pulled by radio pliers or the like, and the locking claws 11 and 12 are deformed to release the locking between the electric wire 6 and the locking claws 11 and 12.
- the wiring clip 5C released from the engagement with the electric wire 6 is separated into the electric wire 6 and the wiring clip 5C, and the wiring clip 5C is discarded. Then, the panel or the wire harness 1C or the like is repaired or maintained, and a new band clip, a general wiring clip or the like is assembled to the wire harness 1C and fixed to the panel in a required wiring form.
- the electric wire with clip 2A for wiring is engaged with the engaging portion 27 that is engaged with the mounting hole of the panel, and the electric wire bundle 3 that is routed to the panel.
- the wiring clip 5 ⁇ / b> A including the mounting portion 14 is integrally formed with the electric wire 6 bundled with the electric wire bundle 3.
- the mounting portion 14 is engaged with the electric wire 6 and is engaged with the electric wire 6 when the electric wire 6 is moved away from the wiring clip 5A.
- Claws 17 and 18 are provided.
- the locking claws 17 and 18 are arranged to face each other with the electric wire 6 interposed therebetween.
- the placement portion 14 is provided with an adhesive portion 19 to which the placement portion 14 is extended and to which the wire harness tape 9 is bonded.
- the wire harness 1B is attached to a panel or the like, the wire harness 1 is securely fixed to the panel via the wiring clip 5C attached to the attachment hole of the panel.
- the electric wire 6 and the wiring clip 5C are separated by simply pulling the wiring clip 5C with radio pliers or the like.
- the wire harness 1B is formed by assembling the wiring clip-attached electric wire 2C along the longitudinal direction of at least one electric wire 10 and winding the wire harness tape 9, the assembly procedure and steps of the wire harness 1B are formed. And are simplified.
- the mounting positions of the plurality of wiring clips 5C are highly accurate. Therefore, the attachment position of the wiring clip 5C can be easily aligned.
- the electric wire with an exterior component of the present invention the electric wire is locked to the exterior component by the locking claw. For this reason, by displacing the electric wire in a direction away from the exterior component, the engagement between the electric wire and the engagement claw is released, and the electric wire and the exterior component are separated. Therefore, the operation
- this invention is useful regarding the wire harness which has an electric wire with an exterior component.
- Wire harness 2 Electric wire with clip for wiring (Electric wire with exterior parts) 3 Wire bundle 5 Clip for wiring (exterior parts) 6 Electric wire 11, 12 Locking claw 14 Placement part 17, 18 Locking claw 27 Engagement part
