获取异常开启厅门 13的楼层技术:在楼层地址码电路 4中预设楼层编码与 实际楼层数相同, 当打开厅门 13且电梯轿厢 11不在本楼层时, 中央处理器 5 会读取楼层地址码电路 4中的楼层数据, 并发送到串行通讯接口电路 8和无线 射频发射电路 7中, 以备用于系统的扩展。
独立于电梯控制回路隔离技术: 为充分保证电梯自身控制系统的可靠性, 不能因为本系统的故障而导致电梯故障 的发生, 因此采用了与电梯控制回路 完全物理隔离, 保证了电梯自身安全。
下面结合附图 1-6对其结构和原理作进一步详解, 具体使用时: 在电梯厅 门 13机构中安装厅门红外线传感器 1和轿厢红外线传感器 2的接近开关和智能 报警系统, 厅门红外线传感器 1用于正对电梯厅门 13, 轿厢红外线传感器 2用 于对电梯轿厢 11停止位置; 安装时保证在电梯厅门 13关闭时厅门 13红外线传 传感器能感应到红外线反射光源, 表示传感器有信号, 且保证电梯轿厢 11停止 时轿厢红外线传感器 2能感应到红外线反射光源, 表示传感器有信号。
厅门 13在电梯井道 12中运行, 当厅门 13打开时, 厅门红外线传感器 1输 出电平由高电平变为低电平, 外部输入处理电路 3读取厅门红外线传感器 1低 电平信号并发送给中央处理器 5;同时外部输入处理电路 3也读取轿厢红外线传 感器 2的信号, 并将其信号发送给中央处理器 5; 中央处理器 5将厅门红外线传 感器 1信号和轿厢红外线传感器 2的信号进行逻辑判断,若厅门 13为正常开启, 如图 1、 图 2所示的正常运行状态时, 系统不进行反应; 若厅门 13为异常开启 时, 如图 3、 图 4所示的状况, 轿厢 11位于楼层地平面下方, 此时厅门 13仍然 开启, 中央处理器 5将报警信号发送给报警驱动电路 6, 报警驱动电路 6将驱动 报警蜂鸣器 9发出报警声响。 同时, 中央处理器读取楼层地址码电路 4的楼层 数, 并将楼层信号发送给串行通讯接口电路 8和无线射频发射电路 7, 用于系统 的扩展应用。
该电梯厅门异常开启智能报警系统及其安全检测方法不仅能够有效的检测 出电梯层站厅门 13被不安全打开的情况, 而且还可及时报警, 提高电梯的安全 性能, 减少电梯因不安全开门造成的损失。 具备可靠性高、 扩展性强的优势, 具体来说, 由于红外线传感器的精度高、 可靠性强等优势, 使得该系统的可靠 性增强; 系统采用串行通讯接口电路 8 和无线射频发射电路 7,通过中央处理 器 5对楼层地址码电路 4的解码可获得异常开启厅门 13的楼层数, 可将获得的 异常开启厅门 13的楼层数通过串行通讯接口电路 8与控制系统或电脑主机联 接; 无线射频发射电路 7还可将异常开启厅门 13的楼层数发送给其它的扩展设 备; 使得该系统的扩展性增强。 采用本系统在乘坐电梯人员进入厅门 13前进行 有效的预警, 最大程度减少因电梯事故而造成的人身伤害, 保障了人民群众的 生命安全。

Claims

1.一种电梯厅门异常开启智能报警系统, 其特征在于: 包括厅门红外线传 感器、 轿厢红外线传感器、 外部输入处理电路、 中央处理器、 楼层地址码电路、 无线射频发射电路、 串行通讯接口电路以及报警驱动电路;
所述厅门红外线传感器和轿厢红外线传感器与外部输入处理电路联接, 外 部输入处理电路输入信号给中央处理器, 楼层地址码电路输入楼层数信息给中 央处理器, 中央处理器输出信号给无线射频发射电路、 串行通讯接口电路以及 报警驱动电路, 无线射频发射电路和串行通讯接口电路与其它应用扩展设备相 联接, 用于本监测系统的扩展接口和外部数据交互。 '
2.根据权利要求 1所述的一种电梯厅门异常开启智能报警系统, 其特征在 于: 还包括与报警驱动电路相联接的报警蜂鸣器, 报警驱动电路输出驱动信号 控制报警蜂鸣器报警。
3.—种电梯厅门异常开启安全检测方法, 其特征在于:
当电梯厅门不开启时, 厅门红外线传感器保持检测信号输出, 中央处理器 不进行逻辑运算;
当电梯厅门打开, 电梯轿厢所处位置与开启厅门在相同楼层时, 厅门红外 线传感器无检测信号输出, 而轿厢红外线传感器在检测电梯轿厢时有信息输出, 此时电梯厅门为正常开启状态;
当电梯厅门打开, 电梯轿厢所处位置与开启厅门在不同楼层时, 厅门红外 线传感器无检测信号输出, 而轿厢红外线传感器未检测到电梯轿厢时, 说明电 梯轿厢不在厅门开启的楼层位置, 此时, 电梯厅门为异常开启状态, 中央处理 器发送报警信号给报警驱动电路, 报警驱动电路驱动报警蜂鸣器报警; 同时, 处理器读取楼层地址码电路的数据作为 报警楼层数, 并将其楼层数输出发送 至串行通讯接口电路和无线射频发射电路, 作为应用扩展, 串行通讯接口电路 和无线射频发射电路向其它应用扩展设备发送异常开门的楼层数。
4.根据权利要求 3所述的一种电梯厅门异常开启安全检测方法, 其特征在 于: 厅门红外线传感器设置在正对电梯厅门, 轿厢红外线传感器设置在对电梯 轿厢停止位置; 厅门打开时, 厅门红外线传感器输出电平由高电平变为低电平, 外部输入处理电路读取厅门红外线传感器低电平信号并发送给中央处理器, 同 时中央处理器通过外部输入处理电路读取轿厢红外线传感器电平, 并进行其相 应的逻辑判断, 实现厅门异常开启检测方法。
