此外, 在日本特开 2010-5256号公报也公开了一种内窥镜用台车, 该 台车的上部设有显示器和内窥镜支架, 并在它们外部增设覆盖用罩。 在 该罩的前部设置若干拉链形成开口窗, 可根据需要打开或关闭该开口窗。 通过设置覆盖罩, 更加切实地保护了搭载在台车内的各种设备, 使这些 设备不受环境污染, 并且可以将各种线缆设置在覆盖罩内。 此外, 该台 车上, 内窥镜支架等部分可以拆卸, 这也使台车的调整变得更加方便。
但是, 该台车在设计上也存在问题, 例如设计拉链致使开口操作不 够流畅, 并且拉链容易损坏, 此外, 设置覆盖罩, 会影响到散热性, 使 整个设备的散热变差。 另外, 诊疗环境中台车与观察装置的整体性不好, 线路整合性欠缺。
另外, 例如, 在日本特开平 6-245895号公报中, 也公开有一种内窥镜 系统结构设备的收纳台车, 该台车为了防止机器被污染, 将台车设计成 盒子构造, 并在台车前部和后部都设置开口, 以方便连线。 在此设计中, 的确利用外壳的隔离功能保护了仪器, 但是其设计也存在着一些不足之 处。 即, 诊疗周边装置都暴露在台车外部, 造成线路混乱等。
从上述各现有技术来看, 设备安装在台车或架子上并暴露在外部环 境中。 各设备间的供电线、 信号线杂乱交错, 即使在台车上设置显示器, 也会因显示器架在台车上而无法大幅度地进行位置调整, 而单独使用立 地显示器支架也会给医生的操作带来不便,并使整个环境显得比较混乱。 发明内容:
本发明就是鉴于上述问题而做出的, 一个目的在于提供一种整体性 好、 线缆不外露的内窥镜系统搭载部。 其它目的在于提供能够整合内窥 镜系统搭载部的工作站。
本发明一技术方案提供一种内窥镜系统搭载部, 在该内窥镜系统搭 载部上设置有用于收纳台车的台车收纳部, 该台车用于搭载至少包含内 窥镜驱动设备在内的诊疗设备。
采用该内窥镜系统搭载部, 可以使台车收纳在内窥镜系统搭载部的 台车收纳部中。 这样, 可以使台车上原本比较凌乱的各种线缆隐藏起来, 装置整体性好。 此外, 由于可以只在诊疗室内设置很少的设备, 没有使 诊疗室看起来比较凌乱的台车, 因此, 能够为医疗人员提供更便利和舒 适的操作环境, 综合提高医院品质和形象。 同时, 不会让患者产生恐惧 感。
本发明另一技术方案提供一种内窥镜系统搭载部, 所述台车收纳部 为设置在所述内窥镜系统搭载部上的朝后开口的凹部, 在所述内窥镜系 统搭载部前部的与所述台车收纳部相应的位置, 设置有与该台车收纳部 连通的开口, 能通过该开口对搭载在所述台车上的诊疗设备进行操作, 在该开口上设置有能关闭该开口的门体。
通过设置门体, 可以使医疗人员打开门体, 而直接操作台车上的设 备。 这样, 可以提高内窥镜系统搭载部的可操作性。
本发明另一技术方案提供一种内窥镜系统搭载部, 所述门体由第 1门 体和第 2门体构成, 所述第 1门体设在与所述台车上的诊疗设备的常用按 ¾和/或插口相对应的位置。 并且, 优选所述第 1门体比所述第 2门体小。
这样, 可以在对台车上的设备进行常用操作时, 仅打开第 1门体, 而 减少台车的外露面积, 减少过多露出台车, 而给患者造成不舒适感。 当 需要进行比较复杂的操作时, 再同时打开第 1、 第 2门体。 当第 1门体小于 第 2门体时, 只打开较小的第 1门体可以更好地减少台车露出面积, 更有 利于使整个装置显得整洁, 减少患者的不舒适感。
在所述内窥镜系统搭载部上还设置有收纳空间, 该收纳空间在所述 内窥镜系统搭载部的前部设有开口, 在该开口处设有能滑动地开关的收 纳空间门体。 这样, 可以增加设备(例如 ESG-100, AFU-100 )的摆放的 地方, 设有能滑动开关的收纳空间门体使用时, 拉开即可, 便于对收纳 空间内的仪器进行操作。
在所述内窥镜系统搭载部的前部, 还设置有吸引管临时存放区域, 该吸引管临时存放区域是一个有底的橡胶帽, 在该橡胶帽上设有朝向所 述内窥镜系统搭载部的前方开口的供吸引管的管头卡入的孔。 吸引管临 时存放区域在内镜交换的过程中, 提供了吸引管临时存放的地方。
所述内窥镜系统搭载部还包括供吸引管贯穿的吸引管路, 在所述内 窥镜搭载部的内部设置有供该吸引管路从内窥镜系统搭载部的前侧穿通 到后侧的空间, 且在吸引管路的比前部端口稍靠后的位置, 在至少一组 径向上相对的位置设置有至少一对卡合突起, 同时在收纳该吸引管路的 所述空间中, 设置有能够与该卡合突起卡合而限制吸引管路向外拔出的 卡合部。 该卡合突起和卡合部之间的卡合是通过向收纳吸引管路的空间 内插入吸引管路后, 旋转吸引管路来使卡合突起和卡合部之间实现卡合。 这样设置, 也可以使得吸引管路易于拆卸(采用旋鈕结构, 一扭, 一拉 即可便利拆卸, 不需专门工具) 。
本发明另一技术方案提供一种内窥镜系统搭载部, 在所述内窥镜系 统搭载部上还设置有理线盒, 该理线盒的后部与所述台车收纳部连通, 理线盒在所述内窥镜系统搭载部的前部设有开口, 在理线盒的该开口处 设有理线盒门体, 该理线盒门体上设置有线收放阻尼机构。
本发明另一技术方案提供一种内窥镜系统搭载部, 所述线收放阻尼 机构设置在所述理线盒门体的上部, 由多个片状橡胶体构成, 多个片状 橡胶体在所述理线盒门体上沿横向排列, 利用各片状橡胶体对从理线盒 门体收放的线缆施加阻尼。
本发明另一技术方案提供一种在所述凹部内设置有用于引导台车的 台车引导机构, 所述台车引导机构设置在 W部底部, 具有与台车的轮子 相对应的形状。
本发明另一技术方案提供一种内窥镜系统搭载部, 还包括下述装置 中的至少一个机构: 设置在所述内窥镜系统搭载部上部的副显示器, 设 置在所述内窥镜系统搭载部下部的踏板, 设置在所述内窥镜系统搭载部 侧部的白平衡帽, 设置在所述内窥镜系统搭载部后部的吸引瓶, 设置在 所述内窥镜系统搭载部底部的调节脚。
本发明另一技术方案提供一种内窥镜系统搭载部, 所述内窥镜系统 搭载部上还设置有平整的第 1端面, 在该第 1端面处设置有至少一个结合 开口, 在该结合开口处设有抽屉或罩板。
本发明另一技术方案提供一种内窥镜系统搭载部, 所述内窥镜系统 搭载部为长形结构, 所述台车收纳部设在该内窥镜系统搭载部的一个端 部附近, 并在内窥镜系统搭载部的另一个端部附近设置有用于支承主显 示器的主显示器支架。
这样, 可以提供一种长形并附带主显示器的内窥镜系统搭载部, 通 过在内窥镜系统搭载部的一端设置所述台车收纳部, 在另一端设置主显 示器支架, 这样, 可以提供一种一体结构的具备工作站性质的内窥镜系 统搭载部。
所述主显示器支架包括主支杆和设置在主支杆上端的由多个副支杆 构成的万向调节机构, 该万向调节机构中, 设置有用于将万向调节机构 保持在所调节位置的阻尼器, 该主支杆设于内窥镜系统搭载部的沿前后 方向的端部, 且该副支杆以横跨内窥镜系统搭载部的上方的方式沿该前 后方向延伸。 与下述技术方案相比: 即将主支杆设于内窥镜系统搭载部 的宽度方向端部, 而作为悬臂部分的副支杆朝向内窥镜搭载部外侧延伸, 为了保证整个内窥镜系统的稳定性, 还需要单独的设置配重结构的技术 方案; 本技术方案中这样的设计, 可以使作为悬臂部分的副支杆在内窥 镜系统搭载部的宽度方向上方延伸, 可以使整个系统的重心较为稳定, 再加上主支杆本身的重量, 就可以取消原技术方案中的配重部分, 可以 增加整体重心的稳定。 同时安装上也更加便捷、 也增加了前面操作台的 使用空间。
本发明另一技术方案提供一种内窥镜系统搭载部, 所述主显示器支 架包括主支杆和设置在主支杆上端的由多个副支杆构成的万向调节机 构, 该万向调节机构中, 设置有用于将万向调节机构保持在所调节位置 的阻尼器, 并且, 该内窥镜系统搭载部上, 设置有用于防止该内窥镜系 统搭载部倾翻的配重。 根据上述结构, 提供一种具体结构的主显示器支 架结构。 采用该主显示器支架, 可以使主显示器部分具备良好的万向调 节性, 能更有利于医护人员边观察边操作。
本发明另一技术方案提供一种内窥镜系统工作站, 包括操作部和所 述内窥镜系统搭载部, 所述内窥镜系统搭载部和所述操作部被利用将它 们彼此结合起来的结合机构, 结合在一起。 此时, 不限制连接方式, 可 以用任意方式进行连接。 或者, 提供一种内窥镜系统工作站, 包括操作 部和内窥镜系统搭载部, 在所述结合开口处设置有搭载部结合半体, 该 搭载部结合半体突出于所述内窥镜系统搭载部或向所述结合开口内凹 陷, 在操作部具有与所述内窥镜系统搭载部的第 1端面配合的第 2端面, 在该第 2端面上设置有与搭载部结合半体配合的操作部结合半体。
本发明另一技术方案提供一种内窥镜系统工作站, 所述操作部上设 置有主显示器支架, 该主显示器支架设置在操作部的中部, 包括主支杆 和设置在主支杆上端的由多个副支杆构成的万向调节机构, 该万向调节 机构中, 设置有用于将万向调节机构保持在所调节位置的阻尼器, 在所 述操作部下部, 设置有用于防止该操作部倾翻的配重。
所述操作部上设置有主显示器支架, 该主显示器支架包括主支杆和 设置在主支杆上端的由多个副支杆构成的万向调节机构, 该万向调节机 构中, 设置有用于将万向调节机构保持在所调节位置的阻尼器, 并且, 该主支杆设于操作部上沿前后方向的端部, 且该副支杆以横跨操作部的 上方的方式沿该前后方向延伸。 与下述技术方案相比: 即将主支杆设于 操作部的前后方向端部或中部, 而作为悬臂部分的副支杆朝向操作部外 侧延伸, 为了保证整个内窥镜系统工作站的稳定性, 还需要单独的设置 配重结构的技术方案; 本技术方案中这样的设计, 可以使作为悬臂部分 的副支杆在操作部宽度方向上方延伸, 可以使整个系统的重心较为稳定, 再加上主支杆本身的重量, 就可以取消原技术方案中的配重部分, 可以 增加内窥镜系统工作站的重心的稳定。 同时安装上也更加便捷、 也增加 了前面操作台的使用空间。 附图说明

参照图 1至图 8说明本发明的实施方式。 另外, 需要说明的是, 本文 中所谓的前后, 是指在工作站的常规使用状态下, 将经常面对医护人员 的面称之为前侧, 与该前侧相反的一侧称之为后侧,
首先参照图 1和图 2说明本实施方式的概要结构。
如图 1所示,本实施方式的医用内窥镜系统工作站(下文筒称工作站) 是一个可以拆分的整体结构。 该内窥镜系统工作站包括内窥镜系统搭载 部 1 (以下有时也筒称搭载部 1 )和操作部 100。 内窥镜系统搭载部 1和操 作部 100通过结合机构结合在一起, 关于结合机构在下文详细介绍。
在操作部 100上竖立设置有主显示器支架 101。 该主显示器支架 101被 用于悬挂多台主显示器 106。 主显示器支架 101包括主支杆 102和多个副支 杆 103 ~ 105。其中第 1副支杆 103连接在主支杆 102的上端,从该主支杆 102 的上端横向延伸。 第 2副支杆 104经由带阻尼器的万向调节机构与第 1副支 杆 103外端相连。 该第 2副支杆 104也沿横向延伸。 第 3副支杆 105也经由带 阻尼器的万向调节机构与第 2副支杆 104的外端相连。该第 3副支杆 105呈 T 字形, 其从第 2副支杆 104的外端向下延伸, 然后向左右两端分叉, 在两 个水平方向外端, 各自安装有一个主显示器 106。 在主显示器 106的各自 下侧, 分别设置有从该主显示器 106延伸出来的把手 107。 能利用该把手 107来调整主显示器。 也可以在第 3副支杆 105的分叉处另外设置一个带阻 尼器的万向调节机构。 从而, 可以单独调节两个主显示器 106。 在本实施 方式中, 用于调节主显示器位置和角度的把手 107采用防菌材质, 也可以 定期将把手进行更换达到保障卫生的效果。
另外, 在本例子中, 利用三个副支杆来进行主显示器的调节。 但并 不限于此, 也可以只使用两个副支杆, 或者使用四个以上的副支杆。 或 者设置可以伸缩的主支杆、 副支杆, 以更便捷地调节主显示器的角度和 朝向。 再者, 对于主显示器的数量, 不限于本实施方式的数量, 也可以 只用一个主显示器, 或者使用三个以上的主显示器。 换言之, 该主显示 器的设定方式可以根据医生的需要进行任意地设定。
此外, 在本实施方式中, 该主显示器支架 101设置在操作部 100的角 落(从整个操作部 100来看,该主显示器支架 101设在操作部 100的中部), 但并不限于此, 该主显示器支架 101可以根据需要设置在操作部 100上的 任意位置。 为了平衡主操作部 100, 使其不会倾翻, 在本实施方式中, 在 操作部 100中设置有配重, 以使该操作部 100单独设置时, 也就是说, 该 操作部 100不与内窥镜系统搭载部 1连接时, 也可以很稳固地坐落在地面 上。
此外, 如图 1所示, 在本实施方式中, 该操作部 100上设置有预定弧 度的弯曲, 该弯曲也并不是一定要设置。 可以根据检测时的具体情况, 选择任意形状的操作部 100。
接下来, 说明内窥镜系统搭载部 1。 如图 1〜图 4所示, 该搭载部 1轮 廓线的设计与操作部 100相仿, 即, 也是具有一定的弧度。 这样设置的目 的在于, 防止搭载部 1倾翻。但是, 在其他实施方式中, 也可以根据需要, 将搭载部 1设置为长条且不带弧度的形状, 或者只是方形的形状。 对于该 形状并不特别限定, 只要是能在后部设置收纳台车 8的凹部 2, 并且能够 在前部设置能供医护人员使用的内窥镜等操作设备, 可以将搭载部 1设置 为任何形状。
首先, 从搭载部 1的后侧开始说明。
如图 4所示, 在搭载部 1的后部, 设有用于容纳台车 8的凹部 2。 该凹 部 2发挥台车收纳部的功能。 该凹部 2的形状并不特别限定, 但从实际使 用的角度来看, 优选该 W部 2形成为与台车 8相应的形状。 在本实施方式 中, 采用与本申请人在市场上销售的例如 WM-NP1台车相应的形状。 即, 大致呈立方体内凹的形状。 此外, 从医疗场所的环境的整洁角度来看, 优选将台车 8收纳到凹部 2内以后, 台车 8的后部与搭载部 1的后部大致齐 平。 这样, 更有利于使整个诊疗室看起来更加整洁。
在凹部 2的下部, 设置有用于引导台车 8的轮子 81的引导机构 7。 图 5 中示出了该引导机构 7的立体图, 引导机构 7包括前板和两个侧板, 在本 实施方式中, 前板和侧板间采用一体成型的结构。 但并不限于此, 也可 以根据需要, 各自独立地设置前板和两个侧板。 在图中没有示出, 在前 突起, 利用该引导突起, 可以将推入引导机构 7中的台车 8的轮子 81向前 板的两侧引导, 这样, 可以起到使台车 8不易脱离引导机构 7 (换言之不 易离开凹部 2 ) 的作用。
在两个侧板上各自设置用于引导轮子的引导凹部 72。 在将该引导机 构 7设置在搭载部 1上后, 该引导凹部 72的高度略高于台车 8的轮子 81。 这 样允许轮子 81有些许倾斜地进入到引导机构 7中, 以免卡住轮子 81。 对应 于引导 EJ部 72的形成, 引导 EJ部 72的上方构成为引导突起 71。 利用该引 导突起 71 , 增强了引导机构 7的强度。 另外, 关于该引导机构 7的结构不 限于上述实施方式, 也可以直接在凹部的内壁上粘贴突起条来实现引导 功能。
另外, 在图 5中, 示意性地画出了设置在台车 8上的一部分设备。 这 些设备可以是奥林巴斯公司的型号为 CV-260、 CVL- 260, PSD-30的内窥 镜驱动设备中的至少一个。
接下来从搭载部 1的前侧进行说明。
如图 1 ~图 3所示, 搭载部 1的前侧设置有理线盒 5和与上文中详细介 绍过的凹部 2相对应的门体 4以及供医护人员操作吸引器等辅助设备时操 作的踏板 9。
在搭载部 1前部的与 EJ部 2相对应的位置, 设置有与该 EJ部 2连通的开 口, 能通过该开口对搭载在台车 8上的诊疗设备进行操作。 在该开口处设 置有能关闭该开口的门体 4 , 该门体 4包括较小的第 1门体 41和较大的第 2 门体 42。 如图 6 ( a ) 、 6 ( b )所示, 其中第 1门体 41设置在门体 4的左上 部, 该第 1门体 41与台车上经常使用的内窥镜图像处理中心、 内窥镜冷光 源等的旋鈕等、 以及各种位于上述各设备上的常用插口相对应, 以供医 护人员能在只打开较小的第 1门体 41的时候, 就能方便地进行经常性操作 及插入常用线缆等。 另外, 该第 1门体 41是利用铰链旋转式开启的门体, 而第 2门体 42是滑动门式的门体。 对于该第 1门体 41的铰链和第 2门体 42的 滑轨, 可以采用各种现有技术中的铰链和滑轨。 此外, 如图所示, 在本 发明的门体 4上, 设置有与台车 8上的各种设备相对应的透明窗体。 另夕卜, 也可以在第 1门体 41和第 2门体 42之间, 设置有锁止机构, 将 较小的第 1门体 41锁在第 2门体 42上。 关于第 2门体 42与搭载部 1之间, 也 可以相应地设置锁止机构, 以能将第 2门体 42固定在搭载部 1上。
本发明另一技术方案提供一种门体, 在所述第 1门体 41和第 2门体 42 相拼接的部分上形成有允许医疗设备管线穿过的缺口部。 如图 6 ( b )所 示, 在本实施方式中, 在第 1门体 41上形成有第 1缺口部 41a, 在第 2门体 42上形成有第 2缺口部 42a。 由此, 利用该第 1缺口部 41a和第 2缺口部 42a, 构成一个供医疗设备管线贯穿的缺口部。 但该缺口部并不限于此, 也可 以是只在第 1门体 41上单独形成缺口部, 或者只在第 2门体 42上单独形成 缺口部, 此时, 也能达到与上述拼接而成的缺口部相同的效果。 采用该 结构, 可以在不打开第 1、 第 2门体 41、 42的情况下, 直接向台车上的设 备上插入例如内窥镜管线等管线、 特别是内窥镜供电插头、 光源线缆等, 从而, 可以进一步降低给患者造成的不适感, 使得整个操作现场更为整 洁。
所述缺口部也可以设置在所述第 1门体 41和第 2门体 42相拼接的部分 处, 从而在第 1门体 41和第 2门体 42之间形成由缺口部形成的插口。 这样, 在已向台车 8上插入了内窥镜插头等时,能够不影响对第 1门体 41和 /或第 2 门体 42进行的开关门操作。 换言之, 可以在内窥镜插头等已被插在台车 8 上的情况下, 打开第 1门体 41来进行常用按鈕的操作, 和 /或打开第 2门体 42进行不常用按鈕的操作。
接下来, 说明理线盒 5。 该理线盒 5设置在搭载部 1内。 该理线盒 5和 凹部 2相连通, 以将台车 8上各设备的线缆(包括供电线、 信号线和吸引 管等用于内视镜的线缆)与理线盒 5或显示设备相连。作为一种设置方式, 可以选择在搭载部 1的内部设置一条专门用于布线的通道。 也可以根据需 要, 在搭载部 1上直接预留各种接口, 仅需将台车上的线缆(特别是供电 线和信号线, 也包括连结于内窥镜驱动器上的内窥镜吸引器管线等)接 在相应的标准化接口上, 就可以实现各种设备之间的供电和信号传递。 另外, 还可以在整个搭载部 1内不设置任何装置, 而仅保持空腔结构, 设 置线缆架支承线缆, 这样, 更有利于线缆直接导线。 由于本发明将各种 线缆设置在搭载部内, 因此, 不会使不需要的线缆被医疗人员或患者看 到, 因此, 可以更有效地确保整个诊疗室内的整洁。
如图 7 ( a ) 、 图 7 ( b ) 、 图 8所示, 在理线盒 5的后壁上设置有两个 引线口, 其中一个引线口用于引出吸引管, 另一个引线口用于引出仪器 线缆。 并且, 在理线盒 5的下部设置有彼此独立的收线凹部。 每个收线凹 部对应于一个引线口, 这样, 可以将从各引线口引出的各种线缆收纳在 对应的收线凹部中, 这样, 可以避免频繁地从引线口中向外抽线, 减少 医护人员的劳动强度。
理线盒 5的最大特点在于理线盒门体 50上, 该理线盒门体 50利用铰链 安装在理线盒 5上, 该铰链可以采用市场上销售的各种铰链。 此外, 在理 线盒门体 50上, 还设置有用于将理线盒门体 50锁止在理线盒 5上的锁止 件, 例如锁头等。 在该理线盒门体 50的上部设置有线收放阻尼机构 50a, 该线收放阻尼机构 50a用于对从理线盒 5中放出的线缆施加阻尼, 以防止 过多地放出线缆或者防止线缆因重力等自动收回而给医护人员的操作造 成麻烦。
如图 7 ( a ) 、 图 7 ( b )所示, 在本实施方式中, 该线收放阻尼机构 50a是由单片橡胶片 (一般采用硅胶)构成的, 该橡胶片被沿纵向加工有 多个不完整的切槽, 从而形成多片橡胶片 50ab。 由此, 使线缆进入该切 槽, 进入橡胶片 50ab之间, 由橡胶片 50ab对线缆施加阻尼。 本实施方式 的线收放阻尼机构 50a只是个例子, 并不限于此, 可以替代橡胶片, 利用 带阻尼的滚轮, 或者带阻尼的夹持对偶机构等。
回到图 1 , 对设置在搭载部 1下部的踏板 9进行说明。
如图 1所示, 该踏板 9采用能收纳在搭载部 1内的形式的踏板。 与以往 的直接将踏板放置在地面上的情况相比, 采用本发明的结构, 可以在不 使用踏板 9时, 将踏板 9收纳在搭载部 1内。 这样, 在不使用踏板 9时, 诊 疗室内整洁, 并且, 不会挂到医护人员或患者, 减少了诊疗室内危险情 况发生的机率。 另外, 在本实施方式中, 踏板利用滑轨滑出, 但并不限 于此, 也可以仅在搭载部 1上设置有引导槽, 以对踏板 9进行引导。 还可 以是,在搭载部 1上设置弹出式机构,按压一次踏板 9,踏板 9就可以弹出, 并在将踏板 9送回后, 能够利用卡定机构, 将踏板卡定在搭载部 1中。
此外, 在本实施方式中, 踏板与搭载部之间通过线缆连接, 但也可 以在踏板 9上设置无线收发器, 同时, 在搭载部 1上也设置无线收发器, 这样, 可以实现踏板与搭载部 1之间的无线信号传输。
接下来, 说明用于对搭载部 1和操作部 100之间进行连接和卡定的结 合机构。
本发明中的结合机构采用的是凹凸配合方式的结合机构。 如图 2、 图 3所示, 在搭载部 1设置有平面状的端部 18 , 在该端部 18上, 一上一下地 设置有两个结合开口 18a、 18b。 该结合开口 18a、 18b中, 可以各设置有 滑轨, 以在单独利用搭载部 1时, 可以在该结合开口 18a、 18b中安装抽屉, 以供医护人员能够更好地盛放物品。 在不利用抽屉时, 可以由医护人员 拆下抽屉, 在该结合开口 18a、 18b中各自安装上结合突起 18c、 18d。 同 时, 由于在操作部 100上预先设置有与端面 18配合的端面 (未图示)和与 结合突起 18c、 18d相配合的结合凹部。 此时, 只要将结合突起 18c、 18d 与操作部 100上的结合凹部配合上, 就可以实现操作部 100和搭载部 1之间 的连接。 至于操作部 100和搭载部 1之间的线缆连接, 可通过在搭载部 1和 操作部 100之间另行设置有能利用盖板罩盖住的插线孔来进行线缆连接。 关于接线这部分对于本领域技术人员而言是可以根据需要进行适当选择 的, 因此, 在此不再赘述。
另外, 关于结合结构, 也可以如图 9所示, 在其他实施方式的搭载部 上, 在端面 18' 上设置有结合凹部。 在操作部 100上设置有与该端面 18' 相应的突起。 如图 9所示, 该端面 18' 上的结合凹部形成为在纵向上 等宽的结合凹部, 由此, 可以在该结合凹部内安装结合板, 利用结合板 与操作部 100上的突起上的结合凹部相配合, 以限制住搭载部 18' 和操作 部 100之间的上下方向的错动, 利用端面 18' 上的结合凹部和支承体 100 上的与之相应的突起, 限制住搭载部 18' 和操作部 100之间的前后方向的 错动。 由此, 采用该结构, 可以更稳固地对搭载部 18' 和操作部 100之间 进行连接固定。
另外, 对于搭载部与操作部之间的连接固定, 也可以进一步设置有 卡定机构或者固定机构, 例如设置有将二者相互间固定起来的卡扣式的 卡子。 只要是能对二者的相对位移进行限制的手段即可, 并不限定于具 体形式。 或者, 也可以使结合面都是平面, 并直接利用螺栓将二者固定 在一起等。
另外, 可根据诊疗需要, 在搭载部 1上还可以设置用于调节内窥镜显 像效果的白平衡帽、 用于使空气流动的散热栅格等。 另外, 在搭载部 1的 后部设置有多个吸引瓶, 该吸引瓶用于回收从人体内抽吸出来的液体。 此外还可以在搭载部 1上设置有送水瓶, 该送水瓶用于盛放打入人体的水 等灌洗液。 另外, 搭载部的物品摆放区的外边缘设有凸起, 用于防止药 品或诊疗工具滑落。
此外, 在搭载部 1上, 还设置有供护士等医护辅助人员观察使用的副 显示器 30。 关于该副显示器 30, 在本实施方式中设置了该副显示器 30, 但也可以根据需要只是在工作站上设置有副显示器安装端, 让医护人员 根据实际需要选择是否安装或何时安装等。
此外, 在搭载部 1底部, 还设置有可用于可调节长度的多个调节脚, 通过对该调节脚进行调节, 可对搭载部 1整体的高度进行调节, 或者可通 过对某一部分调节脚进行调节来维持整个搭载部的平衡, 防止其因底部 支撑点高度不一而发生晃动。
另外, 也可以在搭载部上设置有快捷按键。 该快捷键的表面积较大 并被设置在便于医生点击的位置, 通过点击该快捷键可以控制电脑自动 截屏或呼叫护士等功能。
另外, 在本说明书中的实施例所示的医用内窥镜系统工作站为内窥 镜系统搭载部 1和操作部 100可以拆分的结构, 但不言而喻, 也可以为将 上述实施方式中的内窥镜系统搭载部 1和操作部 100形成为一体的不可拆 分的整体结构。
例如, 可以是如下结构, 将内窥镜系统搭载部形成为长形结构 (该 长形结构是指, 在一个方向的长度比与该方向垂直的另一个方向上的长 度大的形状) , 将所述台车收纳部设在该内窥镜系统搭载部的一个端部 附近, 并在内窥镜系统搭载部的另一个端部附近设置有主显示器支架。 该主显示器支架类似于上述操作部 100上的主显示器支架的结构, 即, 包 括主支杆和设置在主支杆上端的由多个副支杆构成的万向调节机构, 该 万向调节机构中, 设置有用于将万向调节机构保持在所调节位置的阻尼 器, 并且, 在该内窥镜系统搭载部上, 设置有用于防止该内窥镜系统搭 载部倾翻的配重。
这样, 可以利用一个整体结构的内窥镜系统搭载部替换上述内窥镜 系统搭载部 1 , 发挥内窥镜系统工作站的功能。 采用该结构, 可以使整个 内窥镜系统搭载部 (或称之为工作站) 整体结构筒单, 更利于将该搭载 部设置在医疗机构的现场。
另外, 在采用该结构时, 搭载部其他部分的部件和结构可以采用与 上述实施方式 1中的搭载部上的相应部分相同的部件和结构。
此外, 关于以上述凹部 2为代表的台车收纳部, 并不限于上述凹部的 形式。 例如, 可以是如下一些变型例的结构。
例如, 可以如图 10所示, 使构成台车收纳部的凹部 201在搭载部的侧 方开口。 并且可以像图 10所示的那样, 在凹部 201的开口部分设置有用于 关闭该开口的开闭门 202。 这样, 在向凹部 201内推入台车 801后, 通过关 闭该开闭门 202, 可以确保整个搭载部 (或工作站) 的外观整洁。
当然, 也可以不设置该开闭门。 此时, 在向凹部 202内推入台车后, 直接使用台车的后部来遮挡该凹部 202的开口。
此外, 在上述图 10所示的变型例中, 使凹部 201的开口部朝向搭载部 的侧方, 但并不限于此, 可以使凹部的开口部朝向搭载部的前方。 此时, 既可以设置开闭门, 也可以不设置开闭门。 采用本变型例结构, 可以获 得与上述图 10所示变型例结构相同的效果。 另外, 在上述实施方式和变 型例中, 在向凹部内设置台车后, 台车的后侧是外露。 但也可以是让台 车后部具有后板, 该后板可以是由构成搭载部外壳相同的材质构成。 这 样, 在向凹部内推入台车后, 可以使搭载部整体表面一体化。 有利于提 高整个搭载部的外观。
此外, 也可以像图 11、 图 12所示的变型例那样, 在凹部上原本敞开 的开口处, 设有一个侧边通过铰接件可转动地安装于搭载部上的开闭门 302、 402, 同时将台车 802、 803固定在该开闭门 302、 402上。 图 11和图 12的区别在于, 图 11的变型例的凹部 301只是在搭载部的一个方向 (图 11 中为侧方, 但也可以是前方或后方)上开口, 而图 12的变型例的凹部 401 在搭载部的侧方和前方开口 (凹部开口方向不限于本变型例的方向, 可 以是侧方和后方) 。
根据图 11的变型例的结构, 开闭门 302借助铰接件安装在凹部 301的 一个侧边上, 并且, 在该开闭门 302上一体地安装有台车 802。 由此, 可 以在关闭该开闭门 302的同时, 使台车 802进入到凹部 301内。 可以提供一 种结构紧凑、 操作方便的搭载部。
根据图 12的变形例的结构, 凹部 401在搭载部的前方和侧方开口, 开 闭门 402利用铰接件安装在该凹部 401的开口的侧边上, 并且在关闭开闭 门 402时, 开闭门 402能同时堵住凹部 401的朝前、 朝侧方的开口。 另夕卜, 在图 12中的变型例中, 凹部 401的上沿的两个边大致彼此垂直, 同时, 使 开闭门 402的形状与该凹部 401的开口的形状相应。 从而, 可以通过开闭 门 402和凹部 401的开口的贴合, 使开闭门 402将凹部 401的开口封堵住。 这样, 有利于提高搭载部的整体外观。
此外, 在图 12的变型例中, 在开闭门 402的面向凹部 401侧, 与该开 闭门 402—体地设置有台车 803。 因而, 根据本变型例的结构, 与上述图 11所示的变型例一样地, 也可以提供一种结构紧凑、 操作方便的搭载部。
另外, 本发明的搭载部的台车收纳部也可以是图 13所示的结构。 在 图 13中, 示出了一种将台车 804封闭在搭载部内的结构。 图 13中, 为了筒 化图示, 只示出了用于形成台车收纳部的前面板 502和侧面板 503。 图中 省略了用于形成台车收纳部的上面板和后面板。 在将各面板安装在搭载 部上后, 能够形成用于容纳台车 804的台车收纳部(台车收纳空间) 。 该 结构主要用于需要将台车封闭在搭载部的台车收纳部中的情况。 此外, 虽然在图 13中的台车 804上设置有轮子, 但是, 在台车 804上也可以不设 置轮子。
上述图 11~图 13的结构对于不常更换台车的情况下尤为有效。
上述各个变型例只是对台车收纳部和台车部分的结构进行了详细说 明, 这些变型例中的搭载部的其他部分的结构和效果与上述实施方式的 相同。
此外, 在上述实施方式的基础上, 本发明也可以进行如下所述的改 进:
如图 14所示, 操作部 100上设置有主显示器支架 101 , 该主显示器支 架 101包括主支杆 102和设置在主支杆 102上端的由多个副支杆 103、 104、 105构成的万向调节机构, 该万向调节机构中, 设置有用于将万向调节机 构保持在所调节位置的阻尼器, 并且, 该主支杆 102设于操作部 100上沿 前后方向的后端部, 且该副支杆 103、 104、 105以横跨操作部 100的上方 的方式沿该前后方向延伸。 这样可以利用主支杆 102的重量增加整体重心 的稳定性, 同时, 主支杆 102位于后端部还使得安装、 拆卸更加便捷, 对 房间高度要求较低, 增加了前面操作台的使用空间。
此外, 由图 14还可以看出, 主显示器 106由两个变成了一个, 这是因 为使用两台主显示器, 且靠得过近的情况下, 医生看屏幕容易造成视觉 的劳累。 此外, 操作部前端部 110位置处的弧度也变小了, 这样不仅可以 减少占地面积, 此外, 此处作为麻醉师的站位处, 还能提高麻醉师的站 位空间。 另外, 弧形位置 110处还设计有带有门体 111的储藏空间, 同时 省略了原来设于此处的配重部分, 这样不仅减小了整个系统的重量, 同 时还可以增加消耗材料的存储空间。
对于整个系统后部的改进而言 (图略) , 可以将原来设在内部的布 线槽 (用于将线缆从前部引向后部, 并用于收纳线缆, 使与其它设备相 连接用空间)设置于系统背面底部, 这样使得对布线的操作更为方便, 检修或排查线缆故障更快、 更方便。 具体而言, 当原来需要对布线进行 操作时, 需要拆下背板, 绕过系统内部的其它器件, 来对布线槽中的布 线进行操作, 比较不方便, 而当将布线槽设于系统背面底部后, 只要拆 开背板, 布线槽就可以直接呈现于使用者的面前, 不管是检修还是排查 故障都更加方便和快捷。 此外, 背板的安装方式也由原来的由螺釘安装 改为现在的卡扣装卸, 而且在背板的中央部分还设有拉环组件, 拉环组 件包括设于背板上的内凹的拉环槽以及一端铰接于拉环槽内的拉环。 在 系统正常使用时, 拉环容置于拉环槽内, 当需要拆卸背板的时候: 将拉 环拉起, 背板上的卡扣自动解开; 或者借助拉环, 沿背板的卡扣打开方 向拉动背板, 即可方便地对背板进行拆卸。 这样, 不需要专门的工具, 用手拨出卡扣就可以打开背板对内部进行操作。
再回到图 14, 在操作部 100的前部还设置了抽屉 112, 可用于存放诊 疗中常用的消耗材。 在搭载部 1前部(图 1中与理线盒 5相对应的位置, 取 消了该理线盒 5的设置)还设有可容纳医疗装置的收纳空间。 可以容纳部 分设备, 例如 ESG-100, AFU-100, 及其引线。 并且, 收纳空间在内窥镜 系统搭载部 1的前部还设有开口, 在该开口处设有能滑动地开关的收纳空 间门体 113 (材质为透明) 。 具体而言, 如图 14所示, 在搭载部 1的前部, 位于收纳空间的开口下方还设有收纳空间门体容置槽 121 , 此处的收纳空 间门体 113背面的两端, 通过未图示的沿竖直方向设置的滑动导轨组件, 沿竖直方向能滑动的设于开口上。 当需要打开收纳空间时, 使收纳空间 门体 113利用滑动导轨组件向下滑动, 并随着门体 113的滑动逐渐进入收 纳空间门体容置槽 121。 当需要关闭开口时, 再将收纳空间门体 113沿滑 动导轨向上移动, 并收纳空间关闭。
此外, 在搭载部 1的前部, 透明门体 113的附近(在图 14中为门体 113 的右侧)还设有吸引管路 114, 以及吸引管临时存放区域 115 , 吸引管路 114为专用的通道, 以避免吸引管对其他线缆造成污染。
如图 15为吸引管路 114在内窥镜系统搭载部 1 (以下筒称搭载部 1 )上 安装的筒化结构示意图。 在图中 130为搭载部 1的前板, 131为搭载部 1内 部某个位置固定的组件,这里为方便起见,省略前板 130上的其他构件(例 如 AFU-100瓶, 送水瓶等构件) , 省略前板 130内部的其他构件, 来对吸 引管路 114在搭载部 1上的安装进行说明。 如图 15所示, 该吸引管路 114为 从搭载部 1的前侧贯穿到后侧的通路, 内部供吸引管 132插入, 能将吸引 管 132从搭载部 1前侧引导到后侧的吸引瓶处。 该吸引管路 114与搭载部 1 之间的连接关系是, 在搭载部 1的前板 130和背板上各设置有一个开口, 并且在搭载部 1的内部设置有供该吸引管路 114穿通的空间。 如图 15所示, 该空间上包括两个吸引管路固定架 129 , 两个固定架 129的一端均被固定 于搭载部 1内部的某个位置固定的构件 131上, 在固定架 129的中部设有供 吸引管路 114通过的孔, 这样一来, 吸引管路通过前板 130和后板上设有 的开口, 以及两个固定架 129中部的孔被固定。 此外, 在吸引管路 114的 比前部端口稍靠后的位置, 在至少一组径向上相对的位置设置有至少一 对卡合突起 126, 同时在收纳该吸引管路 114的所述空间中, 设置有能够 言, 如图 15所示, 该卡合突起 126截面呈长圆状(即分别在矩形的两个短 边上与半圆接合而形成的形状) , 而卡合部 127为设于前板 130上的, 形 状、 大小大致和卡合突起 126的截面形状相对应的长孔。 该卡合突起 126 和卡合部 127之间的卡合是通过向收纳吸引管路 114的空间内插入吸引管 路 114后, 旋转吸引管路 114来使卡合突起 126和卡合部 127之间实现卡合。 下面具体说明吸引管路 114的拆卸过程: 即使得卡合突起 126旋转到与长 孔完全重合对应的位置, 并插入长孔内, 此时只需要相对于长孔稍微旋 转吸引管路 114, 使得卡合突起 126的长边方向和长孔的长边方向错开一 定角度, 即可对沿前后方向对吸引管路 114进行限定; 反之, 当需要拆卸 再次对应重合, 即可将吸引管路 114拔出。 这样设置, 也可以使得吸引管 路 114易于拆卸(采用旋鈕结构, 一扭, 一拉即可便利拆卸, 不需专门工 具) 。 当然, 本发明的卡合突起 126和卡合部 127的结构、 形状不限于此, 也可以是其他类型和形状的卡合结构。
在搭载部 1上, 还设置有吸引管临时存放区域 115。 该吸引管临时存 放区域 115是一个有底的橡胶帽, 在该橡胶帽上设有朝向所述内窥镜系统 搭载部 1的前方开口的供吸引管的管头卡入的孔(图略) 。 吸引管临时存 放区域 115为在内镜交换的过程中, 提供了吸引管临时存放的地方, 且吸 引管临时存放处 115可以从搭载部上拆下单独进行卸清洗或更换。
如图 14, 更进一步的改进还包括: 图 1所示的副显示器 30被取消, 其 功能可以由台车上的显示器来实现。 此外, 在原来与在内窥镜系统搭载 部 1下部的踏板 9处相对应的位置处, 还设有抽屉 116, 将踏板 9放置于该 抽屉 116内, 这使得地面的清扫更为方便, 而将踏板 9取出后, 可以将抽 屉关上(线可以从上面口部出来) 。 另外, 还在副支杆 103上设置了摄像 机 117, 从而便于将诊疗的现场操作情况拍摄下来, 供学术会上使用; 在 主支杆 102上还可以根据需要再设置一个可绕竖直方向旋转的显示器 118; 此外, 在操作部 100和搭载部 1上, 还分别设有气体整合装置 119和 ET支架 120。 气体整合装置 119用于对气体供应装置进行整合, 从而使护 士不用移动或者很少的移动就可以操作各气体供应装置。 此处的气体整 合装置 119整体是一个与操作部 100垂直设置的板结构, 在该板结构上设 有多个与医疗用气体设备(氧气瓶等)相连接的接口组件 124, 此处的接 口组件 124可以根据实际需要使用的气体设备的种类的不同, 被设计为与 气体设备的供气接口相配套的结构。 ET支架 120用于在诊疗的过程中挂取 处置器。 另外, 还可以根据需要在主显示器支架 101的下部安装患者监护 仪 125 (该患者监护仪 125可以绕主支杆 102进行范围为 270。 的旋转, 图 中所示是转到与显示器 118显示器面板垂直的位置) 。
另外, 在搭载部右侧顶端处还设有用于临时存放内窥镜的操作部的 定位架 123。
总之, 在本发明技术思想所涵盖的范围内所做的各种设计变更均应 理解为未脱离本发明所要求保护的范围。

权利要求
1. 一种内窥镜系统搭载部, 其特征在于,
在该内窥镜系统搭载部 (1 )上设置有用于收纳台车 (8) 的台车收 纳部(2) , 该台车 (8)用于搭载至少包含内窥镜驱动设备(4)在内的 诊疗设备。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的内窥镜系统搭载部, 其特征在于, 所述台车收纳部 (2) 为设置在所述内窥镜系统搭载部 (1 )上的朝 后开口的凹部 (2) ,
在所述内窥镜系统搭载部 (1 )前部的与所述台车收纳部 (2)相应 的位置, 设置有与该台车收纳部(2)连通的开口, 能通过该开口对搭载 在所述台车 (8)上的诊疗设备进行操作, 在该开口上设置有能关闭该开 口的门体 (4) 。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的内窥镜系统搭载部, 其特征在于, 所述门体(4) 由第 1门体(41 )和第 2门体(42)构成, 所述第 1门 体(41 )设在与所述台车(8)上的诊疗设备的常用按¾和/或插口相对应 的位置。
4. 根据权利要求 3所述的内窥镜系统搭载部, 其特征在于, 所述第 1 门体 (41 ) 比所述第 2门体 (42) 小。
5. 根据权利要求 1~4的任意一项所述的内窥镜系统搭载部, 其特征 在于,
在所述内窥镜系统搭载部(1)上还设置有收纳空间, 该收纳空间在 所述内窥镜系统搭载部(1) 的前部设有开口, 在该开口处设有能滑动地 开关的收纳空间门体(113) 。
6. 根据权利要求 1~4的任意一项所述的内窥镜系统搭载部, 其特征 在于, 在所述内窥镜系统搭载部(1) 的前部, 还设置有吸引管临时存放 区域(115) , 该吸引管临时存放区域(115)是一个有底的橡胶帽, 在 该橡胶帽上设有朝向所述内窥镜系统搭载部(1)的前方开口的供吸引管 的管头卡入的孔。
7. 根据权利要求 1~4的任意一项所述的内窥镜系统搭载部, 其特征 在于,所述内窥镜系统搭载部( 1 )还包括供吸引管贯穿的吸引管路( 114), 在所述内窥镜搭载部 (1 ) 的内部设置有供该吸引管路(114)从内窥镜 系统搭载部 (1 ) 的前侧穿通到后侧的空间, 且在吸引管路(114) 的比 前部端口稍靠后的位置, 在至少一组径向上相对的位置设置有至少一对 卡合突起(126) , 同时在收纳该吸引管路(114) 的所述空间中, 设置 有能够与该卡合突起卡合而限制吸引管路 ( 114) 向外拔出的卡合部 (127) 。
8. 根据权利要求 1~4的任意一项所述的内窥镜系统搭载部, 其特征 在于,
在所述内窥镜系统搭载部 (1 )上还设置有理线盒(5) , 该理线盒 (5) 的后部与台车收纳部(2)连通, 理线盒(5)在所述内窥镜系统搭 载部 (1 ) 的前部设有开口, 在理线盒(5) 的该开口处设有理线盒门体 (50) , 该理线盒门体(50)上设置有线收放阻尼机构 (50a) 。
9. 根据权利要求 8所述的内窥镜系统搭载部, 其特征在于, 所述线收放阻尼机构 (50a)设置在所述理线盒门体(50) 的上部, 由多个片状橡胶体(50ab)构成, 多个片状橡胶体(50ab)在所述理线 盒门体(50)上并排设置, 利用各片状橡胶体(50ab)对从理线盒门体 (50)收放的管线施加阻尼。
10. 根据权利要求 1~9的任意一项所述的内窥镜系统搭载部, 其特征 在于,
在所述台车收纳部 (2) 内设置有用于引导台车 (8) 的台车引导机 构 (7) , 所述台车引导机构 (7)设置在台车收纳部(2)底部, 具有与 台车 (8 ) 的轮子相对应的形状。
11. 根据权利要求 1~9的任意一项所述的内窥镜系统搭载部, 其特征 在于,
还包括下述装置中的至少一个:
设置在所述内窥镜系统搭载部 (1 )上部的副显示器(30 ) , 设置在所述内窥镜系统搭载部 (1 ) 下部的踏板(9 ) ,
设置在所述内窥镜系统搭载部 (1 )侧部的白平衡帽,
设置在所述内窥镜系统搭载部 (1 )后部的吸引瓶,
设置在所述内窥镜系统搭载部 (1 )底部的调节脚。
12. 根据权利要求 1~11中任一项所述的内窥镜系统搭载部, 其特征 在于,
所述内窥镜系统搭载部 (1 )上还设置有平整的第 1端面 (18 ) , 在 该第 1端面 (18 )处设置有至少一个结合开口 (18a、 18b ) , 在该结合开 口 (18a、 18b )处设有抽屉或罩板。
13. 根据权利要求 1~11的任意一项所述的内窥镜系统搭载部, 其特 征在于, 所述内窥镜系统搭载部为长形结构, 所述台车收纳部设在该内 窥镜系统搭载部的一个端部附近, 并在内窥镜系统搭载部的另一个端部 附近设置有用于支承主显示器的主显示器支架。
14. 根据权利要求 13所述的内窥镜系统搭载部, 其特征在于, 所述 主显示器支架包括主支杆和设置在主支杆上端的由多个副支杆构成的万 向调节机构, 该万向调节机构中, 设置有用于将万向调节机构保持在所 调节位置的阻尼器,
该主支杆设于内窥镜系统搭载部的沿前后方向的端部, 且该副支杆 以横跨内窥镜系统搭载部 (1 ) 的上方的方式沿该前后方向延伸。

并且, 该内窥镜系统搭载部上, 设置有用于防止该内窥镜系统搭载 部 ( 1 )倾翻的配重。
16. 根据权利要求 1所述的内窥镜系统搭载部, 其特征在于, 所述台车收纳部 (2)是下述结构中的一种:
设于内窥镜系统搭载部 (1)上的朝前开口的凹部;
设于内窥镜系统搭载部 (1)上的朝侧方开口的 EJ部;
设于内窥镜系统搭载部 (1) 内的用于收纳台车的收纳空间。
17. 根据权利要求 1所述的内窥镜系统搭载部, 其特征在于, 所述台车收纳部 (2)是由形成于内窥镜系统搭载部 (1 )上的凹部 和用于关闭该凹部的开闭门围成的空间, 所述台车固定在该开闭门上, 并且, 该台车能随着开闭门的转动而收纳于台车收纳部 (2) 内。
18. 一种内窥镜系统工作站, 其特征在于,
包括操作部 ( 100)和权利要求 1 ~ 11中任一项所述的内窥镜系统搭 载部 ( 1 ) ,
所述搭载部 (1 )和所述操作部 (100)被利用能将它们彼此结合起 来的结合机构接合在一起。
19. 一种内窥镜系统工作站, 其特征在于, 包括操作部(100)和权 利要求 12所述的内窥镜系统搭载部 ( 1 ) ,
在所述结合开口(18a、 18b)处设置有搭载部结合半体(18c、 18d) , 该搭载部结合半体(18c、 18d) 突出于所述内窥镜系统搭载部 (1 )或向 所述结合开口 (18a、 18b) 内凹陷,
在操作部( 100)具有与所述内窥镜系统搭载部( 1 )的第 1端面( 18) 配合的第 2端面, 在该第 2端面上设置有与搭载部结合半体( 18c、 18d) 配合的操作部结合半体。
20. 根据权利要求 19所述的内窥镜系统工作站, 其特征在于, 所述操作部 (100) 上设置有主显示器支架(101) , 该主显示器支 架( 101 )设置在操作部 ( 100 ) 的中部, 包括主支杆( 102 )和设置在主 支杆(102)上端的由多个副支杆(103~105)构成的万向调节机构, 该 万向调节机构中, 设置有用于将万向调节机构保持在所调节位置的阻尼 器,
在所述操作部 (100) 下部, 设置有用于防止该操作部 (100)倾翻 的配重。
21. 根据权利要求 19所述的内窥镜系统工作站, 其特征在于, 所述 操作部 ( 100)上设置有主显示器支架( 101 ) , 该主显示器支架( 101 ) 包括主支杆(102)和设置在主支杆(102)上端的由多个副支杆(103~ 105)构成的万向调节机构, 该万向调节机构中, 设置有用于将万向调节 机构保持在所调节位置的阻尼器,
并且, 该主支杆(102)设于操作部 (100)上沿前后方向的端部, 且该副支杆( 103 ~ 105 )以横跨操作部( 100 )的上方的方式沿该前后方 向延伸。
