见图 1所示的电动升降式吸油烟机壳体, 其主壳体 1的下部是吸油烟罩 2, 主壳体 1和吸油烟罩 2是固定一体的。 网盖 21活动安装在吸油烟罩 2的下端口 上。 装饰壳体 3套在主壳体 1的外面, 主壳体 1和装饰壳体 3的上端装有盒体 4 并用螺栓与其相连接, 盒体 4在主壳体 1的上方并坐在装饰壳体 2上起到了一 个吊架的作用, 盒体 4底板的中心有一个圓孔与排油烟管相匹配。 两个弹簧 5、 6的一端安装在盒体 4的底板上另一端安装在主壳体 1的外壁上的两侧上。电动 升降装置的升降电机 7安装在盒体 4内的底板上, 该升降电机 7的主动轴上装 有缠线轮 8, 该缠线轮 8有两个凹槽分别装有钢丝绳, 其中, 一条钢丝绳 9顺时 针固定缠绕在凹形槽中, 另一条钢丝绳 10逆时针固定缠绕在第二条凹形槽中, 两条钢丝绳 9、 10分别经安装在盒体上的两个导向轮 11、 12与安装在主壳体两 侧的升降件 13、 14相连接。 硅胶圏 15安装固定在装饰外壳 3的内壁下端上。 见图 2给出电动升降式吸油烟机壳体的俯视图, 并可以看出主壳体 1、 装饰壳体 3是正方形, 吸油烟罩 2是长方形的电动升降式吸油烟机壳体。 在主壳体 1的后 面外壁上装有挂件 16, 内壁上装有两个电动伸缩柱 17、 18其伸缩柱可以透过内 壁上的圓孔向外伸出。 吸油烟罩 2的内壁下端后面安装有两个电动伸缩柱 19、 20其伸缩柱可以透过罩体上的圓孔向外伸出。 装饰壳体 3的外壁上装有挂件 22 和橡胶柱 23、 24, 内壁上装有两个挡板 25、 26。 这样, 就组成电动升降式吸油 烟机壳体。 在把电动升降式吸油烟机安装到橱拒里的时候, 首先, 在橱拒的底板上开 有一个与装饰壳体 3相匹配的孔径。 把组装好的电动升降式吸油烟机壳体从橱 拒的底板开口处向上穿过, 在装饰壳体 3高过橱拒底板的时候将 4个底座固件 27插入到装饰壳体 3四角下并用螺丝固定在橱拒底板上, 然后,放下整机壳体, 这样, 整机壳体就被稳稳地安装在橱拒里了, 把主壳体 1与盒体 4之间的螺栓 撤掉就可以通电升降使用了。
图 3给出了电动升降式吸油烟机壳体伸出时的结构示意图, 按下向下开关, 首先, 主壳体 1内的两个电动伸缩柱 17、 18就会收缩挡在装饰壳体 3内壁挡板 25、 26上的伸缩柱。 这时, 安装在盒体 4的底板上的升降电机 7就会转动做放 的动作, 该升降电机 7的主动轴上的缠线轮 8放出钢丝绳 9、 10, 经安装在盒体 4的导向轮 11、 12提拉着主壳体 1及吸油烟罩体 2向下运行, 由于重力的原因 主壳体 1及吸油烟罩体 2就会向下拉伸弹簧 5、 6和升降件 13、 14緩緩的沿着 垂直的轨迹向下伸出, 在下降到一定的长度, 主壳体后面外壁的挂件 16就会挂 在预先安装在墙体上与之相匹配挂件 28上, 吸油烟罩 2体内的两个电动伸缩柱 19、 20就会 I"曼慢伸出顶在墙体上。 这样吸油烟机就会垂直稳定、 牢固、 可靠地 放置在墙壁上, 这也是目前吸油烟机普遍使用的安装固定的方法。
反之, 按下向上开关, 安装在盒体 4的底板上的升降电机 7就会转动做收 的动作, 该升降电机 7的主动轴上的缠线轮 8收起钢丝绳 9、 10, 经安装在盒体 4的导向轮 11、 12提拉着主壳体 1及吸油烟罩体 2向上运行, 被拉伸弹簧 5、 6 就会收缩, 在升降电机和弹簧的作用下, 主壳体 1及吸油烟罩体 2就会緩緩的 沿着垂直的轨迹向上升起, 升到一定的位置, 主壳体 1内的两个 17、 18电动伸 缩柱就会伸出并挡在装饰壳体 3内壁的挡板 25、 26上。 升上去的主壳体 1及吸 油烟罩体 2就稳定、 牢固、 可靠地停放在装饰壳体 3上。 这样, 就实现了吸油 烟机可以电动升降使用。
图 4给出了电动升降式吸油烟机壳体挂在墙体上的结构示意图, 首先, 将 装饰壳体 3外壁后面的挂件 22挂在预先安装在墙体上与之相匹配挂件 28上, 装饰壳体 3外壁后面的两个橡胶柱 23、 24就顶在墙体上。 这样, 电动升降式吸 油烟机壳体就会垂直稳定、 牢固、 可靠地放置在墙壁上, 这也是目前吸油烟机 普遍使用的安装固定的方法。 按下开关, 主壳体 1及吸油烟罩体 2緩緩的沿着 垂直的轨迹向下伸出, 在下降到一定的长度, 主壳体后面外壁的挂件 16就会挂 在预先安装在墙体上与之相匹配挂件 29上, 吸油烟罩 2体内的两个电动伸缩柱 19、 20就会 f曼慢伸出顶在墙体上。 这样, 吸油烟机就会垂直稳定、 牢固、 可靠 地放置在墙壁上, 这也是目前吸油烟机普遍使用的安装固定的方法。
实施例 2:
所述电动升降式吸油烟机壳体, 其与实施例 1 不同处在于, 其具有另一种 电动升降装置的结构, 如图 5所示, 升降电机 7安装固定在盒体 4内的面板上, 该升降电机 7的主动轴上装有缠线轮 8 ,该缠线 8轮有两个凹槽分别装有钢丝绳, 其中, 一条钢丝绳 9顺时针固定缠绕在凹形槽中, 另一条钢丝绳 10逆时针固定 缠绕在第二条凹形槽中, 两条钢丝绳 9、 10分别经安装在盒体 4上的导向轮 11、 12与两个安装固定在主壳体 1的外壁上的滑道 30、 31的上端相连接, 滑道下端 相对应的基础点上安装有与之配套的滑轮 32、 33。 当升降电机 7做放的动作时, 缠线轮 8上的钢丝绳 9、 10经安装在盒体 4的导向轮 11、 12向下提拉着主壳体 1及吸油烟罩体 2由滑道 30、 31顺着下端相对应点的滑轮 32、 33向下緩緩的垂 直伸出。 当升降电机 7做收的动作时, 缠线轮 8上的钢丝绳 9、 10经安装在盒 体的导向轮 11、 12向上提拉着主壳体 1及吸油烟罩体 2由滑道 30、 31顺着下 端相对应点的滑轮 32、 33垂直向上緩緩上升回到原来的位置上。 这样, 吸油烟 机的壳体就实现了可以电动升降使用的目的。
实施例 3:
所述电动升降式吸油烟机壳体, 其与前述实施例的不同处也在于, 其具有 另一种电动升降装置的结构, 如图 6所示, 装有电机的液压泵 34安装固定在盒 体 4内的面板上, 两个伸缩臂 35、 36的上端分别对称安装固定在盒体 4的底板 上, 下端分别对称安装固定在主壳体 1的外壁上, 液压泵 34的两个油管 37、 38 分别与两个伸缩臂 35、 36相连接。 当液压泵 34开动做放的动作时, 油压就会 顺着两条油管 37、 38传向伸缩臂 35、 36, 该伸缩臂 35、 36就会提拉着主壳体 1及吸油烟罩体 2向下緩緩的垂直伸出。 当液压泵 34开动做收的动作时, 油压 就会顺着两条油管 37、 38收回, 伸缩臂 35、 36就会提拉着主壳体 1及吸油烟 罩体 2 向上緩緩上升回到原来的位置上。 这样, 吸油烟机的壳体就实现了可以 电动升降使用的目的。
实施例 4:
所述电动升降式吸油烟机壳体, 其与前述实施例的不同处也在于, 其具有 另一种电动升降装置的结构, 如图 7所示, 两个电动推杆 39、 40的上端对称安 装固定在盒体 4的底板上, 下端分别对称安装在主壳体 1的外壁上。 当开动电 机, 电动推杆 39、 40做放的动作, 缩在壳体里的推杆就会向下推出, 电动推杆 39、 40就会提拉着主壳体 1及吸油烟罩体 2向下緩緩的垂直伸出。 当开动电机, 电动推杆 39、 40做收的动作, 伸出的推杆就会向上收回, 电动推杆 39、 40就 会提拉着主壳体 1及吸油烟罩体 2向上緩緩上升回到原来的位置上。 这样, 吸 油烟机的壳体就实现了可以电动升降使用的目的。
实施例 5:
所述电动升降式吸油烟机壳体, 其具有另一种电动升降装置的结构, 如图 8所示, 其收和放的动作和过程与图 1、 图 3给出的实施例是一样的, 所不同处 在于, 其采用了两个升降电机 7 , 7,, 分别安装在盒体 4内的底板上并与主壳 体 1上的升降件 13、 14相对应的位置上, 用一个开关, 每一个电机的主动轴上 都分别装有一个缠线轮 8 , 8,, 该缠线轮 8 , 8,都有一个凹槽, 所述凹槽分别 装有钢丝绳 9 , 9,, 与安装在主壳体 1两侧的升降件 13、 14相连接, 同时收或 放。 这样, 吸油烟机的壳体同样实现了可以电动升降使用的目的。
实施例 6:
所述电动升降式吸油烟机壳体, 其具有另一种电动升降装置的结构, 如图 9所示, 其收和放的动作和过程与实施例 2是一样的, 所不同处在于本实施例 是采用了两个升降电机 7 , 7,, 分别安装在盒体 4内的底板上并与主壳体 1上 的滑道 30、 31相对应的位置上, 用一个开关, 每一个电机的主动轴上都分别装 有一个缠线轮 8 , 8,, 该缠线轮 8 , 8,都有一个凹槽, 所述凹槽内分别装有钢 丝绳 9 , 9,, 钢丝绳与安装在主壳体 1两侧的滑道 30、 31相连接, 该滑道下端 相对应的基础点上安装有与之配套的滑轮 32、 33 , 同时收或放。 这样, 吸油烟 机的壳体同样实现了可以电动升降使用的目的。
本发明如果在主壳体的面板上安装上风机系统就是一个完整吸油烟机。 本 发明做为吸油烟机安装风机系统的一个平台, 可以满足风机系统在以后的改进 和变化及升级换代。 当然, 本发明所指主壳体、 装饰壳体、 吸油烟罩也可以为 圓形、 正方形、 长方形或其它适用形状以及它们相互间的各种组合。 这样的变 换均落在本发明的保护范围内。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种电动升降式吸油烟机壳体, 由主壳体、 吸油烟罩、 装饰壳体、 盒体、 电动伸缩柱、 网盖、 硅胶圏、 橡胶柱、 电动升降装置、 弹簧、 挂件、 挡板、 固 件组成, 主壳体内有可安装风机设备的面板, 其特征在于:
主壳体(1 )外壁后中心线上装有挂件(16), 主壳体(1 ) 的内壁装有两个 电动伸缩柱(17、 18); 主壳体(1 ) 的下部是吸油烟罩(2), 吸油烟罩(2)体 内的下端后面装有两个电动伸缩柱 (19、 20), 网盖( 21 )活动安装在吸油烟罩( 2 ) 的下端口上; 主壳体(1 )和下部吸油烟罩(2)是固定一体的; 装饰壳体(3) 套在主壳体(1 )外面, 装饰壳体(3)外壁后面装有挂件(22)和橡胶柱(23、 24), 装饰壳体(3) 的内壁装有两个挡板(25、 26), 装饰壳体(3) 的内壁的 下端上装有硅胶圏( 15 ); 在主壳体( 1 )和装饰壳体( 3 )上端装有一个盒体 ( 4 ) 并用螺栓相连接; 盒体(4) 与主壳体(1 )与之间至少挂有两条弹簧(5、 6), 该弹簧的一端固定在盒体(4)上, 另一端固定在主壳体(1 )上; 固件 (27) 插在装饰壳体(3) 的底边四周并固定在基础面上; 在盒体(4) 与主壳体(1 ) 之间有电动升降装置。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的电动升降式吸油烟机壳体, 其特征在于: 该电动升降装置是升降电机(7)安装固定在盒体(4) 内的底板上, 该升 降电机(7) 的主动轴上装有缠线轮 (8), 该缠线轮(8)有两个凹槽, 所述凹 槽上分别装有钢丝绳, 其中一条钢丝绳(9)顺时针固定缠绕在凹槽中, 另一条 钢丝绳(10)逆时针固定缠绕在第二个凹槽中, 两条钢丝绳(9、 10)分别经安 装在盒体(4)上的导向轮(11、 12)与两个一端安装固定在盒体(4)底板上, 另一端安装固定在主壳体(1 )外壁上的可伸缩的升降件(13、 14)相连接。
3. 根据权利要求 1所述的电动升降式吸油烟机壳体, 其特征在于: 该电动升降装置是升降电机(7)安装固定在盒体(4) 内的底板上, 该升 降电机(7) 的主动轴上装有缠线轮(8), 该缠线轮有两个凹槽, 所述凹槽上分 别装有钢丝绳, 其中一条钢丝绳(9)顺时针固定缠绕在凹槽中, 另一条钢丝绳 (10)逆时针固定缠绕在第二个凹槽中, 两条钢丝绳(9、 10)分别经安装在盒 体( 4 )上的导向轮(11、 12)与两个安装固定在主壳体( 1 )外壁上的滑道( 30、 31 ) 的上端相连接, 滑道下端相对应的基础点上安装有与之配套的滑轮(32、 33 )。
4. 根据权利要求 1所述的电动升降式吸油烟机壳体, 其特征在于: 该电动升降装置是装有电机的液压泵(34)安装固定在盒体(4) 内的底板 上, 两个伸缩臂(35、 36) 的上端分别对称安装固定在盒体(4) 内的底板上, 下端分别对称安装固定在主壳体( 1 )的外壁上, 液压泵(34)的两个油管(37、 38)分别与两个伸缩臂 (35、 36)相连接。
5. 根据权利要求 1所述的电动升降式吸油烟机壳体, 其特征在于: 该电动升降装置是两个电动推杆(39、 40)上端对称安装固定在盒体(4) 内的底板上, 下端分别对称安装固定在主壳体(1) 的外壁上。
6. 根据权利要求 1所述的电动升降式吸油烟机壳体, 其特征在于: 该电动升降装置是两个升降电机(7、 7,)分别安装在盒体(4) 内的底板上 并与主壳体(1)上的升降件(13、 14)相对应的位置上, 每一个电机的主动轴 上都分别装有一个带有凹槽的缠线轮(8、 8,), 每个凹槽都分别装有一根钢丝绳 (9、 9,)分别与安装在主壳体两侧的升降件(13)、 ( 14)相连接。
7. 根据权利要求 1所述的电动升降式吸油烟机壳体, 其特征在于: 该电动升降装置是两个升降电机(7、 7,)分别安装在盒体(4) 内的底板上 并与主壳体(1)上的滑道(30)、 (31 )相对应的位置上, 每一个电机的主动轴 上都分别装有一个带有凹槽的缠线轮(8、 8,), 每个凹槽都分别装有一根钢丝绳 (9、 9,)分别与安装在主壳体(1)两侧的滑道(30)、 (31)相连接, 该滑道下 端相对应的基础点上安装有与之配套的滑轮(32、 33)。
