图 4给出了另一种电动升降装置的结构示意图, 装有电机的液压泵 24安装 固定在主壳体 1的面板 2上, 两个伸缩臂 25、 26的上端分别对称安装固定在主 壳体 1外壁上, 下端分别对称安装固定在伸缩壳体 3的内壁上, 液压泵 24的两 个油管 27、 28分别与两个伸缩臂 25、 26相连接。 当液压泵 24开动做放的动作 时, 油压就会顺着两条油管 27、 28传向伸缩臂 25、 26, 伸缩臂 25、 26就会提 拉着伸缩壳体 3向下缓缓的垂直伸出。 当液压泵 24开动做收的动作时, 油压就 会顺着两条油管 27、 28收回, 伸缩臂 25、 26就会提拉着伸缩壳体 3向上缓缓 上升回到原来的位置上。 这样, 吸油烟机的外壳就实现了可以电动升降使用的 目的。
图 5给出了另一种电动升降装置的结构示意图, 两个电动推杆 29、 30的上 端对称安装固定在主壳体 1上, 下端分别对称安装固定在伸缩壳体 3上。 当开 动电机, 电动推杆 29、 30做放的动作时, 缩在壳体里的推杆就会向下推出, 电 动推杆 29、 30就会提拉着伸缩壳体 3向下缓缓的垂直伸出。 当开动电机, 电动 推杆 29、 30做收的动作时, 伸出的推杆就会向上收回, 电动推杆 29、 30就会 提拉着伸缩壳 3 向上缓缓上升回到原来的位置上。 这样吸油烟机的外壳就实现 了可以电动升降使用的目的。
图 6给出了另一种电动升降装置的结构示意图, 它的收和放的动作和过程 与图 2给出的实施例是一样的, 所不同的是图 6给出的实施例是采用了两个电 机 7和 7 ', 并且共用一个控制开关, 每一个电机单对一个升降件做功, 同时收 或放。 这样, 吸油烟机的外壳同样实现了可以电动升降使用的目的。
与之相类似的, 图 7给出了另一种电动升降装置的结构示意图, 它的收和 放的动作和过程与图 3给出的实施例是一样的, 所不同的是图 7给出的实施例 是采用了两个电机 7和 7 ', 并且共用一个开关, 每一个电机单对一个升降件做 功, 同时收或放。 这样, 吸油烟机的外壳同样实现了可以电动升降使用的目的。
图 8为电动升降式吸油烟机外壳的俯视图, 给出了主壳体 1、 伸缩壳体 3、 装饰壳体 15、 吸油烟罩 5是长方形的电动升降式吸油烟机外壳。
本发明如果安装上风机系统就是一个完整吸油烟机。 本发明做为吸油烟机 安装风机系统的一个平台, 可以满足风机系统在以后的改进和变化。 当然, 本 发明所指主壳体、 伸缩壳体、 装饰外壳、 吸油烟罩也可以为圆形、 正方形、 长 方形或其它适用形状以及它们相互间的各种组合, 升降件也可以是市场上常见 的直线轴承、 抽屉滑道、 齿条、 丝杠等各式各样的升降件。 这样的变换均落在 本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种电动升降式吸油烟机外壳, 包括主壳体、 伸缩壳体、 套筒、 吸油烟 罩、 网盖、 装饰壳体、 橡胶柱、 挂件、 电动升降装置组成, 主壳体上有安装风 机系统的面板, 其特征在于:
主壳体(1)后壁上开有安装挂件的两个开口 (16) (17); 两个橡胶柱(18) (19)安装在主壳体(1)后壁的下端上; 伸缩壳体(3)套在主壳体(1)外面, 伸缩壳体 (3) 的下部是吸油烟罩 (5), 伸缩壳体 (3) 和下部吸油烟罩 (5) 固 定连接; 套筒(4)套在主壳体(1)的内径中, 套筒(4)的下部是吸油烟罩(5), 套筒 (4) 和下部吸油烟罩 (5) 固定连接; 网盖 (6) 安装固定在吸油烟罩 (5) 的端口上; 装饰外壳(15)套在伸缩壳体(3)外面; 挂件(31)插在主壳体(1) 后壁上的两个开口 (16) (17) 处用以悬挂吸油烟机; 在主壳体 (1) 与伸缩壳 体 (3) 之间有电动升降装置。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的电动升降式吸油烟机外壳, 其特征在于: 该电动升 降装置是升降电机(7)安装固定在主壳体(1)的面板(2)上, 该升降电机(7) 的主动轴上装有缠线轮 (8), 该缠线轮 (8) 有两个凹槽分别装有钢丝绳, 其中 一条钢丝绳 (9) 顺时针固定缠绕在凹形槽中, 另一条钢丝绳 (10) 逆时针固定 缠绕在第二条凹形槽中, 两条钢丝绳 (9) (10) 分别经安装在主壳体 (1) 两侧 的导向轮 (11) (12) 与伸缩壳体 (3) 上端相连接, 两个升降件 (13) (14) 一 端对称安装固定在主壳体 (1) 外壁两侧, 另一端对称安装固定在伸缩壳体 (3) 内壁的两侧。
3. 根据权利要求 1所述的电动升降式吸油烟机外壳, 其特征在于: 该电动 升降装置是升降电机 (7) 安装固定在主壳体 (1) 的面板 (2) 上, 该升降电机 (7) 的主动轴上装有缠线轮 (8), 该缠线轮 (8) 有两个凹槽分别装有钢丝绳, 其中, 一条钢丝绳 (9) 顺时针固定缠绕在凹形槽中, 另一条钢丝绳 (10) 逆时 针固定缠绕在第二条凹形槽中,两条钢丝绳(9)、 (10)分别经安装在主壳体(1) 上的导向轮 (11)、 (12) 与伸缩壳体 (3) 上端相连接, 两个滑道 (20)、 (21) 对称安装固定在伸缩壳体 (3) 内壁上, 在主壳体 (1) 外壁相对应的基础点上 安装有与之配套的滑轮 (22)、 (23)。
4. 根据权利要求 1所述的电动升降式吸油烟机外壳, 其特征在于: 该电动 升降装置是装有电机的液压泵 (24) 安装固定在主壳体 (1) 的面板 (2) 上, 两个伸缩臂 (25)、 (26) 的上端分别对称安装固定在主壳体 (1) 外壁上, 下端 分别对称安装固定在伸缩壳体 (3) 的内壁上, 液压泵 (24) 的两个油管 (27)、
(28) 分别与两个伸缩臂 (25)、 (26) 相连接。
5. 根据权利要求 1所述的电动升降式吸油烟机外壳, 其特征在于: 该电动 升降装置是两个电动推杆 (29)、 (30) 的上端对称安装固定在主壳体 (1) 上, 下端分别对称安装固定在伸缩壳体 (3) 上。
6. 根据权利要求 2所述的电动升降式吸油烟机外壳, 其特征在于: 该电动 升降装置是两个升降电机 (7)、 (7') 分别安装在主壳体 (1) 的面板 (2) 上并 在与可伸缩的升降件 (13)、 (14) 相对应的位置上。
7. 根据权利要求 3所述的电动升降式吸油烟机外壳, 其特征在于: 该电动 升降装置是两个升降电机 (7)、 (7') 分别安装在主壳体 (1) 的面板 (2) 上并 在与滑道 (20)、 (21)相对应的位置上。
