图 3给出了电动升降式吸油烟机外壳收起时的结构示意图, 首先, 再次按下开关, 升降 电机就会转动做收的动作, 钢丝绳 17、 18经安装在主壳体 1上的导向轮 19、 20向上提拉着 伸缩壳体 2, 弹簧 7、 8此时起到了向上助力的作用, 波紋管 4又折叠回收了放下的量, 在两 个升降件 5、 6的作用下, 伸缩壳体 2垂直向上緩緩的上升回到原来的位置上。 这样, 吸油烟 机的外壳就实现了可以电动升降使用的目的。
图 4给出了另一种电动升降装置的结构示意图,升降电机 15安装固定在主壳体 1内的面 板上, 该升降电机的主动轴上装有缠线轮 16 , 该缠线 16轮有两个凹槽分别装有钢丝绳, 其 中, 一条钢丝绳 17顺时针固定缠绕在凹形槽中, 另一条钢丝绳 18逆时针固定缠绕在第二条 凹形槽中, 两条钢丝绳分别经安装在主壳体上的导向轮 19、 20与两个安装固定在伸缩壳体 2 的外壁上的滑道 21、 22 的上端相连接, 滑道下端相对应的基础点上安装有与之配套的滑轮 23、 24。 当升降电机 15做放的动作时, 缠线轮 16上的钢丝绳 17、 18经安装在主壳体的导向 轮 19、 20向下提拉着伸缩壳体 2, 伸缩壳体 2由滑道顺着下端相对应点的滑轮 23、 24向下 緩緩的垂直伸出。 当升降电机 15做收的动作时, 缠线轮 16上的钢丝绳 17、 18经安装在主壳 体的导向轮 19、 20向上提拉着伸缩壳体 2, 伸缩壳体 2由滑道顺着下端相对应点的滑轮 23、 24垂直向上緩緩上升回到原来的位置上。 这样, 吸油烟机的外壳就实现了可以电动升降使用 的目的。
图 5给出了另一种电动升降装置的结构示意图,装有电机的液压泵 25安装固定在主壳体 内的面板上, 两个伸缩臂 26、 27的上端分别对称安装固定在主壳体 1外壁上, 下端分别对称 安装固定在伸缩壳体 2的外壁上, 液压泵 25的两个油管 28、 29分别与两个伸缩臂 26、 27相 连接。 当液压泵 25开动做放的动作时, 油压就会顺着两条油管 28、 29传向伸缩臂 26、 27 , 伸缩臂 26、 27就会提拉着伸缩壳体 2向下緩緩的垂直伸出。 当液压泵 25开动做收的动作时, 油压就会顺着两条油管 28、 29收回, 伸缩臂 26、 27就会提拉着伸缩壳体 2向上緩緩上升回 到原来的位置上。 这样, 吸油烟机的外壳就实现了可以电动升降使用的目的。
图 6给出了另一种电动升降装置的结构示意图, 两个电动推杆 30、 31的上端对称安装固 定在主壳体 1上, 下端分别对称安装固定在伸缩壳体 2上。 当开动电机, 电动推杆 30、 31做 放的动作时, 缩在壳体里的推杆就会向下推出, 电动推杆 30、 31就会提拉着伸缩壳体 2向下 緩緩的垂直伸出。 当开动电机, 电动推杆 30、 31做收的动作时, 伸出的推杆就会向上收回, 电动推杆 30、 31就会提拉着伸缩壳体 2向上緩緩上升回到原来的位置上。这样吸油烟机的外 壳就实现了可以电动升降使用的目的。
图 Ί给出了另一种电动升降装置的结构示意图, 它的收和放的动作和过程与图 2、 图 3 给出的实施例是一样的, 所不同的是图 7给出的实施例是釆用了两个电机 15和 15' , 并且共 用一个控制开关, 每一个电机单对一个升降件做功, 同时收或放。 这样, 吸油烟机的外壳同 样实现了可以电动升降使用的目的。
与之相类似的, 图 8给出了另一种电动升降装置的结构示意图, 它的收和放的动作和过 程与图 4、给出的实施例是一样的,所不同的是图 8给出的实施例是釆用了两个电机 15和 15' , 并且共用一个开关, 每一个电机单对一个升降件做功, 同时收或放。 这样, 吸油烟机的外壳 同样实现了可以电动升降使用的目的。
图 9为电动升降式吸油烟机外壳的俯视图, 给出了主壳体 1、 伸缩壳体 2、 装饰壳体 12 的外形是正方形, 吸油烟罩 3是长方形的电动升降式吸油烟机外壳。
图 10给出了电动升降式吸油烟机外壳的另一种外壳的俯视图,并可以看出其中另一种伸 缩壳体 34后中心线带有长方形豁口。在选择另一种安装方式的情况下, 即吸油烟机安装在墙 壁上, 主壳体 1的外壁后中心线上的挂件 13和下端的两个橡胶柱 35、 36从伸缩壳体 2和装 饰壳体 12开口处透出, 挂件 13就可以直接挂在墙壁上预制好的挂件上, 主壳体 1的外壁后 面下端的两个橡胶柱 35、 36就会顶在墙壁上预制好的构件平面上, 这样吸油烟机就会垂直稳 定牢固地安装在墙壁上。
本发明如果安装上风机系统就是一个完整吸油烟机。 本发明做为吸油烟机安装风机系统 的一个平台, 可以满足风机系统在以后的改进和变化。 当然, 本发明所指主壳体、 伸缩壳体、 装饰外壳、 吸油烟罩也可以为圆形、 正方形、 长方形或其它适用形状以及它们相互间的各种 组合。 这样的变换均落在本发明的保护范围内。
Claims
1. 一种电动升降式吸油烟机外壳, 由主壳体(1)、 伸缩壳体(2)、 吸油烟罩(3)、 波紋 管 (4)、 电动升降装置、 弹簧(7, 8)、 固定架(9,10)、 硅胶圏 (11)、 装饰外壳 (12)、 网 盖 (14)组成, 主壳体内有可安装风机设备的面板, 其特征在于:
所述主壳体(1)外壁后中心线上装有挂件(13), 所述挂件(13)用以悬挂所述吸油烟 机外壳; 所述伸缩壳体(2)套在主壳体(1)外面, 伸缩壳体(2) 的下部是吸油烟罩(3), 伸缩壳体(2)和其下部的吸油烟罩(3)是固定一体的; 在伸缩壳体(2)的上端装有波紋管
(4), 波紋管 (4) 的上端一圏固定在主壳体(1)外壁上; 在主壳体(1) 与伸缩壳体(2) 之间有电动升降装置; 主壳体(1)与伸缩壳体(2)之间至少对称挂有两条弹簧(7, 8), 所 述弹簧(7, 8) 的一端固定在主壳体(1)上, 另一端固定在伸缩壳体(2)上; 两个固定架
(9,10) 的一端对称安装固定在主壳体(1)外壁两侧上, 另一端对称安装在其它基础面上; 硅胶圏 (11)安装固定在主壳体(1) 的下端外壁上; 装饰外壳 (12)套在伸缩壳体(2)外 面, 装饰外壳(12)的后中心线开有长方形豁口, 主壳体(1)外壁上的挂件(13)从此处露 出; 网盖 (14)活动安装在吸油烟罩(3) 的端口上。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的电动升降式吸油烟机外壳, 其特征在于: 所述电动升降装置是 安装固定在主壳体 1内的面板上的升降电机( 15 ),所述升降电机的主动轴上装有缠线轮( 16 ), 所述缠线轮( 16)有两个凹槽分别装有钢丝绳, 其中, 一条钢丝绳( 17)顺时针固定缠绕在 凹形槽中, 另一条钢丝绳( 18)逆时针固定缠绕在第二条凹形槽中, 两条钢丝绳(17, 18) 分别经安装在主壳体(1) 两侧的导向轮(19, 20)并分别与一端安装固定在主壳体(1)外 壁两侧, 另一端安装固定在伸缩壳体(2)外壁两侧的可伸缩的升降件(5, 6)相连接。
3. 根据权利要求 1所述的电动升降式吸油烟机外壳, 其特征在于: 所述电动升降装置是 安装固定在主壳体(1) 内的面板上的升降电机(15), 所述升降电机的主动轴上装有缠线轮
(16), 该缠线轮有两个凹槽分别装有钢丝绳, 其中, 一条钢丝绳( 17)顺时针固定缠绕在凹 形槽中, 另一条钢丝绳( 18)逆时针固定缠绕在第二条凹形槽中, 两条钢丝绳(17, 18)分 别经安装在主壳体(1) 两侧的导向轮 (19, 20)并分别与安装固定在伸缩壳体(2)外壁两 侧的滑道(21, 22) 的上端相连接, 所述滑道(21, 22) 下端相对应的基础点上安装有与所 述滑道 (21, 22) 配套的滑轮 (23, 24)。
4. 根据权利要求 1所述的电动升降式吸油烟机外壳, 其特征在于: 所述电动升降装置是 安装固定在主壳体(1) 内的面板上的装有电机的液压泵(25), 两个伸缩臂 (26, 27) 的上 端分别对称安装固定在主壳体(1)外壁两侧, 下端则分别对称安装固定在伸缩壳体(2) 的 外壁两侧, 液压泵(25) 的两个油管 (28, 29)分别与两个伸缩臂(26, 27)相连接。
5. 根据权利要求 1所述的电动升降式吸油烟机外壳, 其特征在于; 所述电动升降装置 是两个电动推杆(30, 31), 其上端对称安装固定在主壳体(1) 的两侧, 下端分别对称安装 固定在伸缩壳体(2) 两侧。
6. 根据权利要求 2或 3所述的电动升降式吸油烟机外壳, 其特征在于: 所述升降电机包 括两个, 其主动轴上分别装有缠线轮( 16), 所述缠线轮( 16)各有一个凹槽并分别装有一条 钢丝绳, 所述钢丝绳分别以相反方向固定缠绕在其对应的凹形槽中。
7.根据权利要求 6所述的电动升降式吸油烟机外壳, 其特征在于: 所述两个升降电机共 用一个控制开关。
8.根据权利要求 1-5和 7任一所述的电动升降式吸油烟机外壳,其特征在于;主壳体( 1 ) 的外壁后面下端对称设有两个橡胶柱(35, 36); 所述伸缩壳体(2) 的后中心线位置带有长 方形豁口。
9. 根据权利要求 6所述的电动升降式吸油烟机外壳, 其特征在于; 主壳体(1) 的外壁 后面下端对称设有两个橡胶柱( 35, 36); 所述伸缩壳体(2) 的后中心线位置带有长方形豁 a„
