Claims (20)
- Vorrichtung zur Befestigung von Seitenaufprallträgern, Tür- oder Klappenscharnieren (10) an den Türen (12) oder Klappen oder an der Karosserie von Kraftfahrzeugen, mit einer Schraube (14’), die sich durch eine Öffnung in der Tür (12), der Klappe oder dem Karosserieblech und eine Öffnung im Seitenaufprallträger oder Scharnier (10) erstreckt, und mit einer Mutter (16) gesichert ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen der Mutter (16) und dem Blech der Tür (12), der Klappe oder der Karosserie oder dem Seitenaufprallträger oder dem Scharnier (10) ein hohles Absorberelement (18) angeordnet ist, welches von der Schraube (14’) durchdrungen wird, und Seitenwände (20), die im wesentlichen parallel zur Rotationsachse der Schraube (14’) verlaufen, und zwei jeweils senkrecht zur Rotationsachse der Schraube (14’) verlaufende Widerlagerflächen (22, 26, 34) aufweist, wobei sich die eine Widerlagerfläche (26, 34) auf dem Blech der Tür (12), der Klappe oder der Karosserie oder dem Seitenaufprallträger oder dem Scharnier (10) abstützt, während die andere Widerlagerfläche (22) die Mutter (16) trägt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Absorberelement (18) hohlzylindrisch ausgebildet ist, so dass die Seitenwände (20) die Mantelfläche des Zylinders bilden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seitenwände (20) mit Wellenprofil oder vorgestaucht ausgebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Absorberelement (18) einen Innenraum aufweist, der ganz oder teilweise mit Schaum, beispielsweise Polyurethanschaum, ausgefüllt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Absorberelement (18) mit dem Blech der Tür (12), der Klappe oder der Karosserie oder dem Seitenaufprallträger oder dem Scharnier (10) verschweißt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die dem Blech der Tür (12), der Klappe oder der Karosserie oder dem Scharnier (10) zugewandte Widerlagerfläche des Absorberelements (18) durch eine an die Seitenwände (20) angeschweißte, angelötete, vernietete oder angeklebte Führungsplatte (34) gebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die dem Blech der Tür (12), der Klappe oder der Karosserie oder dem Seitenaufprallträger oder dem Scharnier (10) zugewandte Widerlagerfläche (26) durch eine rechtwinklige Abkantung (26) der Seitenwände (20) gebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mutter (16) mit der ihr zugewandten Widerlagerfläche (22) verschweißt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Blech der Tür (12), der Klappe oder der Karosserie und das Scharnier (10) jeweils mit einer oder mehreren, im montierten Zustand jeweils einander gegenüberliegenden, nahezu gleich großen Öffnungen versehen sind, durch die im montierten Zustand Stifte (30) oder andere Führungselemente wie Bolzen gesteckt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stifte (30) sich zusätzlich an der Innenfläche der Seitenwände (20) abstützen.
- Vorrichtung zur Befestigung von Seitenaufprallträgern, Tür- oder Klappenscharnieren (10) an den Türen (12) oder Klappen oder an der Karosserie von Kraftfahrzeugen mit einer Schraube (14’), die sich durch eine Öffnung im Scharnier und eine Öffnung in der Tür, der Klappe oder dem Karosserieblech erstreckt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Schraube (14’) zusätzlich durch ein hohles Absorberelement (18’) erstreckt, welches Seitenwände (20), die im wesentlichen parallel zur Rotationsachse der Schraube (14’) verlaufen, eine senkrecht zur Rotationsachse der Schraube (14’) verlaufende Widerlagerfläche (34), die sich auf dem Blech der Tür (12), der Klappe oder der Karosserie oder dem Seitenaufprallträger oder dem Scharnier (10) abstützt und ein Innengewinde für die Schraube (14’) auf der der Widerlagerfläche (34) gegenüberliegenden Seite aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Absorberelement (18’) hohlzylindrisch ausgebildet ist, so dass die Seitenwände (20) die Mantelfläche des Zylinders bilden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seitenwände (20) mit Wellenprofil oder vorgestaucht ausgebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Absorberelement (18’) einen Innenraum aufweist, der ganz oder teilweise mit Schaum, beispielsweise Polyurethanschaum, ausgefüllt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Absorberelement (18’) mit dem Blech der Tür (12), der Klappe oder der Karosserie oder dem Scharnier (10) verschweißt, vernietet oder verklebt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Widerlagerfläche (26, 34) des Absorberelements (18’) durch eine an die Seitenwände (20) angeschweißte, vernietete oder geklebte Führungsplatte (34) gebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Widerlagerfläche (26, 34) durch eine rechtwinklige Abkantung (26) der Seitenwände (20) gebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Absorberelement (18’) als Blechumformteil hergestellt ist, und das Innengewinde in einer Tube (36) ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Blech der Tür (12), der Klappe oder der Karosserie und der Seitenaufprallträger oder das Scharnier (10) jeweils mit einer oder mehreren, im montierten Zustand jeweils einander gegenüberliegenden, nahezu gleich großen Öffnungen versehen sind, durch die im montierten Zustand Stifte (30) oder andere Führungselemente wie Bolzen gesteckt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stifte (30) sich zusätzlich an der Innenfläche der Seitenwände (20) abstützen.
