Description

集中润滑装置及包含该装置的搅泮机 本申请要求于 2010 年 12 月 2 日提交中国专利局、 申请号为 201010571221.6、 发明名称为"搅拌机及其集中润滑装置"的中国专利申请 的优先权, 其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。 技术领域
本发明涉及机械润滑领域,尤其是涉及一种搅拌机及其集中润滑装置。
背景技术
在许多机床或者工程机械上需要使用集中润滑装置, 尤其是对于主轴 等旋转件, 不可避免地具有与固定件接触的部位, 这些部位在旋转中相互 摩擦, 如果不填加润滑物质, 这种摩擦会降低机械的使用寿命, 且存在安 全隐患。 特别是混凝土搅拌机, 为了对搅拌轴轴端的旋转摩擦面润滑并保 证其密封性,保证混凝土砂浆不渗入轴端,设置了润滑装置更是必不可少。
如图 1所示, 现有混凝土搅拌机中常用的集中润滑装置, 包括储油箱 1'、 电动润滑泵 2'、 油压表 12'、 输油管 3'。 储油箱 1'具有注油口 13', 通过 注油口 13'向储油箱 1'中加入润滑油脂, 储油箱 1'中的润滑油脂 1Γ在电动 润滑泵的吸力作用下, 被吸到电动润滑泵 2'润滑油脂腔内; 在电动润滑泵 2'泵油过程中, 润滑油脂 11'通过自动注油孔 10'被间断泵入轴端中。
采用如图 1中所示的集中润滑装置过程中,大量润滑油脂 1Γ不断通过 电动润滑泵 2'泵入到输油管 3', 很容易造成管路堵塞, 而无法继续工作; 同时, 由于电动润滑泵 2'容易出现故障, 在故障状态下润滑油脂 11'无法被 输送到相应的轴端,使缺乏足够压力油脂的轴端间隙容易渗入混凝土砂浆, 产生砂浆渗漏。 另外, 采用如上述图 1所示的润滑装置时, 由于润滑油脂 1Γ被不断的泵入到混凝土搅拌机的轴端, 而过多油脂不免会从搅拌轴轴端 的开口处流出,使润滑油脂混入混凝土, 而使得混凝土组成成分发生变化, 影响混凝土的质量。 对于高速铁路等要求很高的场合, 这样的质量问题将 对施工产生较严重的影响。
为了改善上述采用电动润滑泵的集中润滑装置容易堵塞、 容易出现故 障、 容易因润滑油脂 11'的泵入量过多而外流、 浪费且污染环境的不足, 中 国专利申请 CN200920001505.4 中公开了一种集中润滑装置及其搅拌机, 该集中润滑装置包括润滑油的储油罐、 高压气源, 所述高压气源出气口通 过气管与所述储油罐的进气口连接, 储油罐的出气口通过润滑油油管连接 润滑点。 该装置通过采用具有一定压力的由其混合物, 避免了轴端间隙容 易渗入混凝土砂浆, 产生砂浆渗漏, 同时, 降低了润滑油脂进入混入混凝 土的几率, 保证了混凝土的质量。
然而, 无论是如图 1中所示的现有技术中常用的集中润滑装置, 还是 中国专利申请 CN200920001505.4 中所公开的一种集中润滑装置及其搅拌 机, 都使用了外部供能系统, 在机床或者工程机械自身功能外, 还需要提 供外部供能系统为集中润滑装置供能, 增加了能耗, 提升了生产成本。 发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种搅拌机用集中润滑装置, 在克服现有技术不 足的同时, 降低生产能耗, 节约成本。
为此, 本发明提供了一种搅拌机的集中润滑装置, 包括储油箱以及连 接在储油箱上的油管, 还包括润滑泵, 连接在储油箱与油管之间, 用以控 制储油箱中润滑油的输出; 驱动机构, 一端与润滑泵连接, 另一端与搅拌 机的卸料门相关联, 用于在卸料门枢转时驱动润滑泵。
进一步地,上述驱动机构包括连杆装置,连杆装置一端与润滑泵连接, 另一端与搅拌机的卸料门相连。
进一步地, 上述连杆装置包括依序铰接的第一、 第二、 以及第三连杆, 第一连杆与润滑泵的轴端相连, 第三连杆与搅拌的机卸料门的轴端连接。
进一步地, 上述驱动机构还包括一个控制手柄, 控制手柄与连杆装置 沿润滑泵的轴线并排设置。
进一步地, 上述控制手柄通过联轴器与连杆装置相连。
进一步地, 上述集中润滑装置还包括一个分配器, 分配器一侧通过油 管与润滑泵相连, 另一测连接有多条分油管。
进一步地, 上述分油管上设有单向阀。 进一步地, 上述集中润滑装置还包括油压表, 用以测量润滑泵所输出 的润滑油的油压。
进一步地, 上述润滑泵为往复柱塞式润滑泵。
同时, 在本发明中还提供了一种搅拌机, 包括上述集中润滑装置。 本发明的有益效果:本发明所提供的搅拌机用集中润滑装置结构精筒、 造价低廉, 既可通过搅拌机卸料门的转动带动润滑泵压油柱塞作往复运动 来实现自动供脂, 也可由人工控制手柄手动供脂。 无需提供额外的能源, 降低了集中润滑装置的能耗, 节约了成本, 同时在自动供脂状态时, 只有 搅拌机卸料门往复转动一次才可完成一次供脂循环, 大大减少润滑油脂的 消耗量, 在避免润滑油脂渗入影响混凝土质量, 防止混凝土砂浆造成对轴 端的过渡磨损外, 减少了润滑油脂的使用量, 进一步降低了能耗。
除了上面所描述的目的、 特征和优点之外, 本发明还有其它的目的、 特征和优点。 下面将参照图, 对本发明作进一步详细的说明。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的实施例进行详细说明, 但如下实施例以及附 图仅是用以理解本发明, 而不能限制本发明, 本发明可以由权利要求限定 和覆盖的多种不同方式实施。
如图 2所示, 在本发明的实施例中, 该搅拌机的集中润滑装置包括储 油箱 1以及连接在储油箱 1上的油管 3 , 还包括, 润滑泵 2以及驱动机构。 储油箱 1中装有润滑油脂 11。其中润滑泵 2连接在储油箱 1与油管 3之间, 用以控制储油箱中润滑油的输出; 驱动机构一端与润滑泵 2连接, 另一端 与搅拌机的卸料门相关联, 用于在卸料门枢转时驱动润滑泵 2。 在本发明 中, 采用由搅拌机的卸料门作往复运动来带动本发明集中润滑装置实现自 动供脂, 无需提供额外的能源, 降低了集中润滑装置的能耗, 节约了成本。 优选地, 在本发明中所使用的润滑泵 2为往复柱塞式润滑泵。
上述驱动机构至少包括连杆装置 5 , 连杆装置 5的一端与润滑泵 2连 接, 另一端搅拌机的卸料门的轴端 4相连。 优选地, 该连杆装置 5包括依 序铰接的第一、 第二、 以及第三连杆 51、 52、 53 , 其中第一连杆 51与润 滑泵 2的轴端 21相连, 第三连杆与搅拌机卸料门的轴端 4连接。这种连杆 装置 5的结构筒单, 容易制作, 且能够实现搅拌机卸料门稳定带动本发明 集中润滑装置实现自动供脂的效果。
优选地, 在本发明搅拌机的集中润滑装置的驱动机构中还可以包括一 个控制手柄 6, 该控制手柄 6可以人工调控润滑泵 2的运作, 实现集中润 滑装置为搅拌机的相应轴端提供润滑油脂 11。 该控制手柄 6与连杆装置 5 沿润滑泵 2的轴线并排设置。 优选地, 如图 3所示, 控制手柄 6通过联轴 器 7与连杆装置 5相连。 该结构最为筒单、 容易制作, 且节省了本发明集 中润滑装置所占用的空间。
优选地, 在本发明搅拌机的集中润滑装置中还包括一个分配器 8, 分 配器 8—侧通过油管 3与润滑泵 2相连, 另一测连接有多条分油管 9。 这 多条分油管 9分别与搅拌机中待润滑的相应轴端处的注油孔 10相连。在本 发明集中润滑装置中设有一个分配器 8, 将润滑泵 2的运转与润滑油脂的 分流分开处理, 能够更好地避免集中润滑装置出现管路堵塞的情况, 优选 地, 在所述分油管 9上设有单向阀, 以确保润滑油脂能够单向向待润滑装 置的转轴部的轴端流动, 而不会出现反向流动的情况。
如图 2所示, 在本发明搅拌机的集中润滑装置中分配器 8, 具有一个 输入端以及 4个输出端, 输入端通过油管 3与所述润滑泵 2相连, 输出端 通过分油管 9与待润滑装置的转轴部轴端处的注油孔 10相连。, 本发明中 分配器 8的输出端的数量可以根据具体应用中待润滑装置中转轴部所具有 的轴端的数量而定。 在本发明所提供的搅拌机的集中润滑装置中, 还包括油压表 12, 用以 测量润滑泵 2所输出的润滑油的油压。该油压表 12即可以安装在所述润滑 泵 2与油管 3的连接端, 也可以设置多个, 分别连接在各分油管 9上。 该 油压表 12中所显示的压力如果过高,表明管路不畅通, 需要工作人员进行 检查。
在本发明所提供的搅拌机的集中润滑装置中储油箱 1上可以根据需要 设有一个或多个注油口 13 , 在储油箱 1内润滑油脂 11的量不足的情况下, 可以通过该注油口 13润滑油脂 11。
在本发明中的一种具体连接方式为, 集中润滑装置中的储油箱 1和柱 塞式润滑泵 2安装于搅拌机主轴端一侧, 连杆装置 5的一端通过联轴器 7 与润滑泵 2的轴端 21连接, 另一端与搅拌机卸料门轴的轴端 4连接; 通过 联轴器可控制连杆装置 5与润滑泵 2轴端 21的分离和接合。
本发明所提供的搅拌机的集中润滑装置的工作过程如下: 在搅拌机工 作之前, 通过控制手柄 6人工给搅拌机的四个轴端供入一定量的润滑脂, 然后使连杆装置 5与润滑泵 2轴端 21通过联轴器 7接合。搅拌机开始工作 之后, 搅拌机门轴轴端 4往复转动一次, 通过连杆装置 5带动润滑泵 2轴 端 21往复转动一次,完成一次供脂循环。润滑脂通过润滑泵 2泵入输油管, 输送到分配器 8 , 分配器 8以连续方式进行工作, 再通过分配器 8经分油 管 9分别进入搅拌主机的各轴端的注油孔 10进行润滑。润滑脂在轴端内形 成保护层, 阻止混凝土砂浆渗入轴端, 从而保护搅拌主轴端部和支撑轴承 的使用寿命。
在本发明中同时还提供了一种搅拌机, 其具有上述的集中润滑装置。 该搅拌机通过使用本发明所提供的搅拌机的集中润滑装置, 降低了能耗, 节省了成本。
本发明所提供的搅拌机的集中润滑装置不限于在搅拌机中使用, 在任 何具有周期性换料步骤的装置中皆可应用, 该集中润滑装置的使用原理与 其在本发明所提供的搅拌机用集中润滑装置在搅拌机中的使用原理相同, 使用与本发明所提供的搅拌机用集中润滑装置原理相同的集中润滑装置也 属于本发明的保护范围。 以上仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本领 域的技术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精神和 原则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保 护范围之内。

润滑泵(2), 连接在所述储油箱 (1)与所述油管 (3)之间, 用以控 制所述储油箱中润滑油的输出;
驱动机构, 一端与所述润滑泵(2)连接, 另一端与所述搅拌机的卸料 门相关联, 用于在所述卸料门枢转时驱动所述润滑泵(2)。
2.根据权利要求 1所述的集中润滑装置, 其特征在于, 所述驱动机构 包括连杆装置 (5), 所述连杆装置(5)—端与所述润滑泵(2)连接, 另 一端与所述搅拌机的卸料门相连。

4.根据权利要求 2或 3所述的集中润滑装置, 其特征在于, 所述驱动 机构还包括一个控制手柄(6), 所述控制手柄(6)与所述连杆装置(5) 沿所述润滑泵(2) 的轴线并排设置。
5.根据权利要求 4所述的集中润滑装置, 其特征在于, 所述控制手柄
(6)通过联轴器(7)与所述连杆装置 (5)相连。
6.根据权利要求 1所述的集中润滑装置, 其特征在于, 所述集中润滑 装置还包括一个分配器(8), 所述分配器(8)—侧通过所述油管 (3)与 所述润滑泵(2)相连, 另一测连接有多条分油管 (9)。
7.根据权利要求 6所述的集中润滑装置,其特征在于,所述分油管( 9 ) 上设有单向阀。
8.根据权利要求 1所述的集中润滑装置, 其特征在于, 所述集中润滑 装置还包括油压表(12), 用以测量所述润滑泵(2)所输出的润滑油的油 压。
9.根据权利要求 1所述的集中润滑装置,其特征在于,所述润滑泵(2) 为往复柱塞式润滑泵。
10. 一种搅拌机, 其特征在于, 包括权利要求 1-9中任一项所述的集 中润滑装置。
