This repeated handling of a batch of objects will improve the quality of the batch by removing objects which does not have desired characteristics.

Abstract

L'invention se rapporte à un dispositif (1) destiné à traiter un lot de petits objets légers, les objets ayant une dimension moyenne. Le dispositif comprend une unité de transport (8) comprenant un support (2) d'objet possédant une surface supérieure (2a) appropriée pour porter de petits objets légers et une pluralité d'ouvertures (7) dans le support (2) d'objet jusqu'à la surface supérieure, une section de remplissage (3) configurée pour disperser les petits objets légers sur la surface supérieure du support d'objet, une section d'inspection (4), une section de retrait (5) configurée pour retirer sélectivement les objets de la surface supérieure et une unité de commande (11). Le dispositif est configuré pour disperser dans la section de remplissage les objets se trouvant sur la surface supérieure de sorte que les objets reposent essentiellement côte à côte sur la surface supérieure, et que la distance entre les ouvertures (7) soit inférieure à une dimension moyenne des objets.
