Abstract

L'invention concerne une pompe à eau pour un véhicule. Une pompe à eau pour véhicule selon l'invention comprend un corps de pompe qui présente une zone correspondant à une chambre de rotor et une zone correspondant à une chambre d'organe d'entraînement et auquel on a intégré un stator et un connecteur par un procédé de moulage par insertion. Ainsi, les performances d'étanchéité de la pompe à eau sont améliorées et sa structure d'assemblage est simplifiée, ce qui améliore le rendement d'assemblage. Une pompe à eau pour véhicule selon l'invention comprend un corps de pompe auquel on a intégré un stator et un connecteur et qui présente une partie chambre de rotor à son extrémité supérieure et une partie chambre d'organe d'entraînement à son extrémité inférieure, un ensemble de rotation qui est accouplé à la chambre de rotor, qui comprime et refoule du réfrigérant introduit par rotation d'une roue à aubes accouplée à une extrémité supérieure d'un arbre de rotation, en fonction de la rotation de l'arbre de rotation auquel un rotor est fixé en regard du stator, ainsi qu'un couvercle d'organe d'entraînement qui recouvre la chambre d'organe d'entraînement à laquelle un organe d'entraînement comprenant le connecteur est accouplé.
