Abstract
Description
上記の実施形態では、コア21のプランジャ13側の端面が弁座21aとなるよう構成したが、コア21のプランジャ13側の端面に別途弁座を設けても構わない。その場合には、弁座にもコア21に形成された流入路に連通する流路を形成する。

Claims (6)
- エンジンと熱交換器との間に流体を循環させる循環流路に備えられ、
前記流体を流入させる流入路と、
前記流体を流出させる流出路と、
弁座と、
前記弁座と当接・離間することにより前記流入路と前記流出路の間を遮断・連通させる弁体と、
通電により発生する磁力を前記弁体に作用させるソレノイドと、を備え、
前記流入路が前記ソレノイドのコアに貫通形成され、当該流入路において当該コアと前記流体とが接触するように構成した流体制御弁。 - 前記弁座が前記コアによって構成されている請求項1記載の流体制御弁。
- 前記ソレノイドは前記コアの軸芯方向視における径外方向にヨークを備え、
前記コアの前記弁体側の端面を前記ヨークの前記弁体側の端面よりも前記弁体側に突出させている請求項1または2記載の流体制御弁。 - 前記弁体の前記コア側の端面に当該コアに当接する凸部が設けられている請求項1または2記載の流体制御弁。
- 前記弁体は、前記弁座よりも前記コアの軸芯方向視における径外方向に流路を備えている請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の流体制御弁。
- 前記ソレノイドは、通電により前記コアと前記弁体とに作用する磁束を発生し、
前記コアと前記弁体とは、前記流体に直接接触することにより冷却されるよう構成されている請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の流体制御弁。
