Abstract
Description
[式中、R1及びR2は、それぞれ独立に下記式(2)で表される基、カルボニル基、又はイミノ基を示し、Xは配位性官能基を示す。
[式中、R3及びR4はそれぞれ独立に、水素原子、アルキル基、アリール基、アルキルオキシ基又はアリールオキシ基を示す。]
酸性染料、水溶性有機溶剤及び水を含む水性インク(製品名「酸性染料インク」、ミマキエンジニアリング社製)のクロ、シアン、イエロー及びマゼンダの各色インクに、銀ナノ粒子(平均粒子径:10nm)に2-メルカプト酢酸を配位させた金属化合物を、濃度が1000質量ppmとなるように加えて、金属化合物含有水性インクを得た。得られた金属化合物含有水性インクのpHは9.0であった。
酸性染料、水溶性有機溶剤及び水を含む水性インク(製品名「酸性染料インク」、ミマキエンジニアリング社製)のクロ、シアン、イエロー及びマゼンダの各色インクに、銀ナノ粒子(平均粒子径:20nm)及びコバルトナノ粒子(平均粒子径:20nm)にメルカプトエチルアミンを配位させた金属化合物を、濃度が100質量ppmとなるように加えて、金属化合物含有水性インクを得た。得られた金属化合物含有水性インクのpHは8.0であった。
Claims (8)
- 金属ナノ粒子及び/又は金属イオンに有機配位子が配位してなる金属化合物と、
着色用顔料及び/又は着色用染料と、
を含有する水性インク。 - 前記金属化合物は、銀化合物及び/又はコバルト化合物である、請求項1に記載の水性インク。
- 前記有機配位子は、硫黄原子を有する化合物である、請求項1又は2に記載の水性インク。
- 前記有機配位子は、2-メルカプト酢酸又は2-メルカプトエチルアミンである、請求項1に記載の水性インク。
- 前記金属ナノ粒子の平均粒子径は、6~100nmである、請求項1に記載の水性インク。
- pHが5~10の範囲である、請求項1に記載の水性インク。
- 前記金属化合物の含有量は、水性インクの全量基準で1~2000質量ppmである、請求項1に記載の水性インク。
