还设有摇臂轴螺栓, 所述的摇臂轴螺栓将摇臂轴、 凸轮轴前轴承盖、 凸 轮轴中间轴承盖、 凸轮轴后轴承盖与气缸盖本体固定一体, 在固定凸轮轴中 间轴承盖的摇臂轴螺栓外套接有定位套, 所述定位套的内壁与摇臂轴螺栓外 壁形成润滑油槽, 所述的润滑油槽一端与摇臂轴轴向润滑油孔连通, 润滑油 槽另一端与凸轮轴轴瓦润滑油孔连通。
所述摇臂滚轮轴润滑油孔为圆形直孔, 且摇臂滚轮轴润滑油孔的轴线与 摇臂滚轮轴的轴线呈锐角相交。
本发明与现有技术相比, 优点在于:
( 1 )、 本发明将进入发动机气缸盖的润滑油通过凸轮轴前后端的轴承盖 内的润滑油供应通道引入发动机气缸盖的润滑部件气门摇臂、 摇臂滚轮、 凸 轮轴, 可以省略辅助进油管, 简化了装配工序, 结构简单, 同时也降低了成 本。
(2)、 本发明通过在摇臂滚轮轴上设置与气门摇臂出油孔接续的润滑油 孔且在沿周方向形成润滑凹槽来实现摇臂滚轮的润滑, 结构简单可靠。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体附图和实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图所示, 本发明主要由气缸盖本体 1、 凸轮轴前轴承盖 2、 密封圈 3、 凸轮轴轴瓦 4、 凸轮轴 5、 摇臂轴 6、 凸轮轴后轴承盖 7、 凸轮轴中间轴承盖 8、 定位套 9、 摇臂轴螺栓 10、 气门摇臂衬套 11、 气门摇臂 12、 摇臂滚轮轴 13与摇臂滚轮 14等部件构成。
该气缸盖的润滑结构, 包括气缸盖本体 1 与摇臂轴 6, 在气缸盖本体 1 上固定安装的凸轮轴前轴承盖 2、 凸轮轴中间轴承盖 8与凸轮轴后轴承盖 7, 在凸轮轴前轴承盖 2、 凸轮轴中间轴承盖 8与凸轮轴后轴承盖 7内部均设有 凸轮轴轴瓦 4,所述的摇臂轴 6安装在凸轮轴前轴承盖 2、凸轮轴中间轴承盖 8与凸轮轴后轴承盖 7上, 摇臂轴螺栓将摇臂轴 6、 凸轮轴前轴承盖 2、 凸轮 轴中间轴承盖 8、 凸轮轴后轴承盖 7与气缸盖本体 1 固定一体, 在摇臂轴 6 上通过气门摇臂衬套 11安装有气门摇臂 12,在气门摇臂 12上安装有摇臂滚 轮轴 13, 在摇臂滚轮轴 13上安装有摇臂滚轮 14;
在气缸盖本体 1的前端内部开设有气缸盖前端润滑油孔 la, 在气缸盖本 体 1的后端内部开设有气缸盖后端润滑油孔 lb,在凸轮轴中间轴承盖 8位置 的气缸盖本体 1的端面上开始有气缸盖润滑油槽 lc;
在凸轮轴前轴承盖 2内开设有凸轮轴前轴承盖润滑油孔 2a, 在凸轮轴后 轴承盖 7内开设有凸轮轴后轴承盖润滑油孔 7a;
在凸轮轴轴瓦 4内开设有凸轮轴轴瓦润滑油孔 4a;
在摇臂轴 6上开设有摇臂轴进油孔 6c, 在摇臂轴 6的中轴线方向开设有 摇臂轴轴向润滑油孔 6a,摇臂轴 6的径向方向开设有摇臂轴径向润滑油孔 6b, 摇臂轴进油孔 6c与摇臂轴轴向润滑油孔 6a连通,摇臂轴轴向润滑油孔 6a与 摇臂轴径向润滑油孔 6b连通;
在气门摇臂衬套 11的内壁周向开设有气门摇臂衬套润滑油槽 l la, 在气 门摇臂衬套 11的径向上开设有气门摇臂衬套润滑油孔 l ib, 气门摇臂衬套润 滑油槽 11a与气门摇臂衬套润滑油孔 l ib连通;
在气门摇臂 12内开设有气门摇臂润滑油孔 12a; 在摇臂滚轮轴 13 内开设有摇臂滚轮轴润滑油孔 13a, 在摇臂滚轮轴 13 的外壁周向开设有摇臂滚轮轴润滑油槽 13b, 摇臂滚轮轴润滑油孔 13a与摇 臂滚轮轴润滑油槽 13b连通;
所述的气缸盖前端润滑油孔 la与凸轮轴前轴承盖润滑油孔 2a连通, 凸 轮轴前轴承盖润滑油孔 2a与其对应的凸轮轴轴瓦润滑油孔 4a连通; 所述的 气缸盖后端润滑油孔 lb与凸轮轴后轴承盖润滑油孔 7a连通, 凸轮轴后轴承 盖润滑油孔 7a与其对应的凸轮轴轴瓦润滑油孔 4a连通; 气缸盖润滑油槽 lc 与其对应的凸轮轴轴瓦润滑油孔 4a连通;
所述的凸轮轴前轴承盖润滑油孔 2a、 凸轮轴后轴承盖润滑油孔 7a均与 摇臂轴进油孔 6c连通;摇臂轴径向润滑油孔 6b与气门摇臂衬套润滑油槽 11a 连通, 气门摇臂衬套润滑油孔 l ib与气门摇臂润滑油孔 12a连通, 气门摇臂 润滑油孔 12a与摇臂滚轮轴润滑油孔 13a连通。
所述的摇臂轴螺栓 10外套接有定位套 9,在所述定位套 9的内壁与摇臂 轴螺栓 10外壁形成润滑油槽 9a, 所述的润滑油槽 9a—端与摇臂轴轴向润滑 油孔 6a连通, 润滑油槽 9a另一端与凸轮轴轴瓦润滑油孔 4a连通。
所述摇臂滚轮轴润滑油孔 13a为圆形直孔, 且摇臂滚轮轴润滑油孔 13a 的轴线与摇臂滚轮轴 13的轴线呈锐角相交。
如图 1所示, 从机体前端出来的润滑油途经气缸盖本体 1的气缸盖前端 润滑油孔 la进入凸轮轴前轴承盖 2的凸轮轴前轴承盖润滑油孔 2a, 气缸盖 前端润滑油孔 la与凸轮轴前轴承盖润滑油孔 2a之间通过密封圈 3密封, 途 经凸轮轴前轴承盖润滑油孔 2a的润滑油分成两路,一路润滑油通过凸轮轴轴 瓦润滑油孔 4a进入凸轮轴轴瓦 4的内孔润滑凸轮轴 5的前端主轴颈;另一路 润滑油进入摇臂轴进油孔 6c,润滑油汇集于摇臂轴轴向润滑油孔 6a, 由摇臂 轴径向润滑油孔 6b分散出去; 凸轮轴前轴承盖润滑油孔 2a与摇臂轴进油孔 6c之间通过密封圈 3密封。
如图 2所示,从机体后端出来的润滑油途径气缸盖后端润滑油孔 lb进入 凸轮轴后轴承盖润滑油孔 7a, 气缸盖后端润滑油孔 lb与凸轮轴后轴承盖润 滑油孔 7a之间通过密封圈 3密封, 途经凸轮轴后轴承盖润滑油孔 7a的润滑 孔润滑凸轮轴 5的后端主轴颈; 另一路润滑油进入摇臂轴进油孔 6c,、润滑油 汇集于摇臂轴轴向润滑油孔 6a, 由摇臂轴径向润滑油孔 6b分散出去; 凸轮 轴后轴承盖润滑油孔 7a与摇臂轴进油孔 6c之间通过密封圈 3密封。 如图 3所示, 凸轮轴 5的中间支撑轴颈的润滑油来源于汇集在摇臂轴轴 向润滑油孔 6a的润滑油, 汇集于摇臂轴轴向润滑油孔 6a的润滑油途径定位 气缸盖本体 1与凸轮轴中间轴承盖 8的定位套润滑油槽 9a,润滑油从凸轮轴 中间轴承盖 8的摇臂轴螺栓 10与定位套 9形成的润滑油槽 9a的间隙流入气 缸盖润滑油槽 lc, 经过凸轮轴轴瓦润滑油孔 4a进入凸轮轴轴瓦 4的内孔润 滑凸轮轴 5的中间主轴颈, 此结构共有 5处, 可根据发动机气缸的数量相应 增加或减少此结构的数量。
如图 4、 图 5所示, 汇集于摇臂轴轴向润滑油孔 6a的润滑油另一路通过 摇臂轴径向润滑油孔 6b进入气门摇臂衬套润滑油槽 l la,在机油压力与气门 摇臂 12的回转运动中气门摇臂衬套润滑油槽 11a的润滑油一部分被引入到气 门摇臂 12的润滑部, 此结构共有 12处, 可根据发动机气缸的数量相应增加 或减少此结构的数量。
如图 4、 图 5、 图 6所示, 被引入气门摇臂衬套润滑油槽 11a的润滑油 除一部分如图 4所示用于润滑气门摇臂 12的润滑部外,另一部分则通过与气 门摇臂衬套润滑油槽 11a横向油槽相通的气门摇臂衬套润滑油孔 l ib, 途径 气门摇臂衬套润滑油孔 l ib 的润滑油被引入与其相连的气门摇臂润滑油槽 12a, 最后通过气门摇臂润滑油孔 12a将润滑油引入到摇臂滚轮轴润滑油孔 13a, 途经摇臂滚轮轴润滑油孔 13a 的润滑油最后通过摇臂滚轮轴润滑油槽 13b润滑摇臂滚轮 14的润滑部, 此结构共有 12处, 可根据发动机气缸的数 量相应增加或减少此结构的数量。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种气缸盖的润滑结构, 包括气缸盖本体 (1) 与摇臂轴 (6), 在气 缸盖本体 (1) 上固定安装的凸轮轴前轴承盖 (2)、 凸轮轴中间轴承盖 (8) 与凸轮轴后轴承盖 (7), 在凸轮轴前轴承盖 (2)、 凸轮轴中间轴承盖 (8) 与 凸轮轴后轴承盖 (7) 内部均设有凸轮轴轴瓦 (4), 所述的摇臂轴 (6) 安装 在凸轮轴前轴承盖(2)、 凸轮轴中间轴承盖 (8)与凸轮轴后轴承盖(7)上, 摇臂轴螺栓 (10) 将摇臂轴 (6)、 凸轮轴前轴承盖 (2)、 凸轮轴中间轴承盖
(8)、 凸轮轴后轴承盖 (7) 与气缸盖本体 (1) 固定一体, 在摇臂轴 (6) 上 通过气门摇臂衬套 (11) 安装有气门摇臂 (12), 在气门摇臂 (12)上安装有 摇臂滚轮轴 (13), 在摇臂滚轮轴 (13)上安装有摇臂滚轮(14); 其特征是: 所述气缸盖本体 (1) 的前端内部开设有气缸盖前端润滑油孔 (la), 在 气缸盖本体 (1) 的后端内部开设有气缸盖后端润滑油孔 (lb), 在凸轮轴中 间轴承盖(8)位置的气缸盖本体(1)的端面上开始有气缸盖润滑油槽(lc);
在凸轮轴前轴承盖 (2) 内开设有凸轮轴前轴承盖润滑油孔 (2a), 在凸 轮轴后轴承盖 (7) 内开设有凸轮轴后轴承盖润滑油孔 (7a);
在摇臂轴 (6) 上开设有摇臂轴进油孔 (6c), 在摇臂轴 (6) 的中轴线方 向开设有摇臂轴轴向润滑油孔 (6a), 摇臂轴 (6) 的径向方向开设有摇臂轴 径向润滑油孔(6b), 摇臂轴进油孔(6c)与摇臂轴轴向润滑油孔(6a)连通, 摇臂轴轴向润滑油孔 (6a) 与摇臂轴径向润滑油孔 (6b) 连通;
所述的气缸盖前端润滑油孔 (la) 与凸轮轴前轴承盖润滑油孔 (2a) 连 通, 凸轮轴前轴承盖润滑油孔 (2a) 与其对应的凸轮轴轴瓦润滑油孔 (4a) 连通; 所述的气缸盖后端润滑油孔 (lb) 与凸轮轴后轴承盖润滑油孔 (7a) 连通, 凸轮轴后轴承盖润滑油孔(7a)与其对应的凸轮轴轴瓦润滑油孔(4a) 连通; 气缸盖润滑油槽 (lc) 与其对应的凸轮轴轴瓦润滑油孔 (4a) 连通。
2、如权利要求 1所述的气缸盖的润滑结构, 其特征是: 所述的摇臂轴螺 栓 (10) 外套接有定位套 (9), 所述定位套 (9) 的内壁与摇臂轴螺栓 (10) 的外壁形成润滑油槽(9a), 所述的润滑油槽(9a)—端与摇臂轴轴向润滑油 孔 (6a) 连通, 润滑油槽 (9a) 另一端与凸轮轴轴瓦润滑油孔 (4a) 连通。
3、如权利要求 1所述的气缸盖的润滑结构, 其特征是: 所述凸轮轴轴瓦 (4) 内开设有凸轮轴轴瓦润滑油孔 (4a)。
4、如权利要求 1所述的气缸盖的润滑结构,其特征是:所述气门摇臂(12 ) 内开设有气门摇臂润滑油孔 (12a)。
5、如权利要求 1所述的气缸盖的润滑结构, 其特征是: 所述摇臂滚轮轴 ( 13 ) 内开设有摇臂滚轮轴润滑油孔 (13a), 在摇臂滚轮轴 (13 ) 的外壁周 向开设有摇臂滚轮轴润滑油槽(13b) , 摇臂滚轮轴润滑油孔(13a)与摇臂滚 轮轴润滑油槽 (13b) 连通。
6、如权利要求 1所述的气缸盖的润滑结构, 其特征是: 所述气门摇臂衬 套 (11 ) 的内壁周向开设有气门摇臂衬套润滑油槽 (l la), 在气门摇臂衬套
( 11 ) 的径向上开设有气门摇臂衬套润滑油孔 (l ib), 气门摇臂衬套润滑油 槽 (11a) 与气门摇臂衬套润滑油孔 (l ib) 连通。
7、如权利要求 1所述的气缸盖的润滑结构, 其特征是: 所述凸轮轴前轴 承盖润滑油孔(2a)、 凸轮轴后轴承盖润滑油孔(7a)均与摇臂轴进油孔(6c) 连通; 摇臂轴径向润滑油孔 (6b) 与气门摇臂衬套润滑油槽 (11a)连通, 气 门摇臂衬套润滑油孔 (l ib) 与气门摇臂润滑油槽 (12a) 连通, 气门摇臂润 滑油孔 (12a) 与摇臂滚轮轴润滑油孔 (13a) 连通。
8、如权利要求 5所述的气缸盖的润滑结构, 其特征是: 所述摇臂滚轮轴 润滑油孔 (13a) 为圆形直孔, 且摇臂滚轮轴润滑油孔 (13a) 的轴线与摇臂 滚轮轴 (13 ) 的轴线呈锐角相交。
