바쁜 일상을 살아가는 현대인에게 인스턴트 식품의 공급은 필수적인 것이되고 있는 실정이다. 특히, 인스턴트 식품 중 편의점 등지에서 신속한 시간에 간편하게 식음할 수 있는 것으로, 컵이나 용기라면, 국밥, 각종 커피 등을 예시할 수 있다.
이러한 인스턴트 식품들을 포장하는 일회용 용기는 주로 플라스틱 또는 종이 등의 재질로 용기의 형태를 형성하고, 그 내부에 사용자가 간편하게 제조하여 식음하기 위한 음식물을 투입한 후 그 개방부를 마감하여 밀폐구성을 유지하게 된다.
이 후, 상기 밀폐구성을 유지하는 일회용 용기의 외면에 비닐 등을 포장하여 인스턴트 식품의 포장제품을 완성하게 된다.
이와 같은 인스턴트 식품의 포장제품은 일정한 크기를 갖는 용기의 내부에 건조음식물과 식음될 음식물을 제조하기 위한 첨가물 등이 투입되어 있다. 이와 같은 용기는 상기 건조음식물이 물과 접촉하여 음식물의 체적이 증가됨을 감안하여 상당한 크기로 제작되기 때문에 보관 또는 포장시 단위 체적의 공간, 특히, 포장박스 내부에 투입되는 개수가 적고, 투입개수를 증가시키기 위해서 포장박스를 크게 제작하게 되면 운반시 차량에 적재되는 개수가 적어 운반성이 저하되는 문제점이 발생하게 된다.
또한, 상기 용기는 전술한 것과 같이 음식물의 체적 증가에 따라 건조음식물에 비해 상당히 큰 공간체적을 유지하도록 제작되기 때문에 제품의 이동이나, 대량의 제품을 운반할 때 사소한 흔들림에 건조음식물이 용기의 내벽에 충돌하여 파손되는 문제점이 발생된다.
특히, 일회용 용기의 내부에서 음식물과 함께 담겨지는 스프 등의 첨가물은 음식물과 구분되도록 하기 위해 별도 포장을 수행하게 되는데, 이와 같은 별도포장은 주로 비닐이나 금속박막을 이용하게 되어 음식물에 비닐이나 금속박막의 유해성분진이 묻게 되어 음식물을 오염시키는 문제점이 노출된다.

본원출원인은 상기와 같은 문제점들을 해결하기 위하여 선출원된 출원번호 10-2009-29050호에 신축구성을 갖는 일회용 용기를 개발하여 출원중에 있으며, 선출원된 출원번호 10-2009-29060호에 일회용 용기를 개발하여 출원중에 있으며, 상기 선출원된 발명보다 진보되게 일회용 용기의 뚜껑을 음식물을 덜어서 식음할 수 있고 물을 마실수 있는 보조용기로 사용할 수 있는 일회용 용기를 개발하게 된 것이다.
본 발명의 목적은 일회용 용기의 뚜껑을 음식물을 덜어서 식음할 수 있고 물을 마실수 있는 보조용기로 사용할 수 있는 일회용 용기를 제공하는 데 있다.
본 발명의 다른 목적은 일회용 용기를 순차적으로 서로 포개어 진열하기 편리하고 운반시에도 서로 포개져 있어 운반하기 편리한 일회용 용기를 제공하는 데 있다.
본 발명의 또 다른 목적은 일회용 용기의 뚜껑으로 사용되는 보조용기를 분리하여 높이를 상,하로 신장되게 하여 컵으로 사용할 수 있는 일회용 용기를 제공하는 데 있다.
본 발명의 또 다른 목적은 일회용 용기를 순차적으로 서로 포개어 단위체적의 포장박스에 보다 많은 수량을 넣을 수 있어 보관성을 향상시키고, 포장박스 자체의 크기를 감소시킬 수 있는 일회용 용기를 제공하는 데 있다.
상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명은 몸체 내부의 공간부에 음식물을 넣어 포장제품으로 구현되는 일회용 용기에 있어서, 몸체의 상부 테두리 부분에 결합부를 이루며 상부가 개방된 공간부를 이룬 내부에 음식물을 투입할 수 있는 용기와, 상기 용기의 공간부 상부에 안착되어 결합부에 접착되게 상부의 외측 테두리 부분에 접착부와 상부가 개방된 개방부를 이루며 몸체가 상,하로 신축되게 주름부가 형성된 보조용기가 결합되고, 상기 보조용기는 상측은 넓고 하측은 좁게 형성된 몸체에 상,하 길이구간의 전체구간에 주름부가 형성되어 상기 보조용기의 높이를 가변시키도록 구성되고, 상기 용기의 결합부와 상기 보조용기의 접착부가 밀폐되게 접착되며, 상기 보조용기는 개방부 바닥면 중앙에 손잡이를 형성하고, 상기 손잡이를 상부로 잡아 당겨 몸체가 뒤집어지며 보조용기가 용기로 부터 분리되도록 형성된 것을 특징으로 한다.

상기 용기의 결합부보다 상기 보조용기의 접착부가 외측으폭이 더 크게 형성하고, 상기 용기의 결합부와 상기 보조용기의 접착부가 밀폐되게 접착되며, 상기 보조용기의 접착부를 상부로 잡아당겨 보조용기를 용기로 부터 분리할 수 있도록 된 것을 특징으로 한다.

상기 용기의 결합부와 상기 보조용기의 접착부가 밀페되게 접착되며, 상기 돌출부를 상부로 잡아당겨 보조용기를 용기로 부터 분리할 수 있도록 된 것을 특징으로 한다.
상술한 바와 같이 본 발명은 일회용 용기의 뚜껑을 음식물을 덜어서 식음할 수 있고 물을 마실수 있는 보조용기로 사용할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
또한 일회용 용기를 순차적으로 서로 포개어 진열하기 편리하고 운반시에도 서로 포개져 있어 운반하기 편리한 효과가 있다.
또한 일회용 용기의 뚜껑으로 사용되는 보조용기를 분리하여 높이를 상,하로 신장되게 하여 컵으로 사용할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

본 발명은 일회용 용기에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 일회용 용기의 뚜껑을 음식물을 덜어서 식음할 수 있고 물을 마실수 있는 보조용기로 사용할 수 있는 일회용 용기에 관한 것이다.
도 1 내지 도 4를 참조하여 본 발명의 제1실시예를 설명하면 하기와 같다.
본 발명은 몸체 내부의 공간부에 음식물을 넣어 포장제품으로 구현되는 일회용 용기에 있어서, 몸체의 상부 테두리 부분에 결합부(21)를 이루며 상부가 개방된 공간부(22)를 이룬 내부에 음식물을 투입할 수 있는 용기(20)와, 상기 용기(20)의 공간부(22) 상부에 안착되어 결합부(21)에 접착되게 상부의 외측 테두리 부분에 접착부(110와 상부가 개방된 개방부(13)를 이루며 몸체가 상,하로 신축되게 주름부(12)가 형성된 보조용기(10)가 결합되게 구성된 것이다.
상기 보조용기(10)는 상측은 넓고 하측은 좁게 형성된 몸체에 상,하 길이구간의 전체구간에 주름부(12)가 형성되어 상기 보조용기(10)의 높이를 가변시키도록 구성된 것이다.
상기 용기(20)의 결합부(21)와 상기 보조용기(10)의 접착부(11)가 밀폐되게 접착되며, 상기 보조용기(10)는 개방부(13) 내측 바닥면 중앙에 손잡이(14)를 형성하고, 상기 손잡이(14)를 상부로 잡아 당겨 몸체가 뒤집어지며 보조용기(10)가 용기(20)로 부터 분리되도록 형성된 것이다.
상기 보조용기(10)는 용기(20)로 부터 분리하여 음식물을 덜어서 식음할 수 있고 물을 마실수 있는 컵으로 사용할 수 있는 것이다.
상기 용기(20)는 내부에 음식물을 담고 제조할 수 있도록 하기 위한 공간이 형성되고 전술된 것과 같이 상측으로 개방된 공간부(22)가 형성된다. 이와 같은 용기(20)와 보조용기(10)는 주로 플라스틱 또는 종이 등으로 제작되며, 상기 용기(20)와 보조용기(10)는 평면상 내부에 음식물이 담겨지는 통상적인 형태로 원형 또는 드물게 사각형태로 제작된다.
이러한 보조용기(10)의 구성에서 상기 주름부(12)는 보조용기(10)를 길이방향으로 상,하 신축되게 한다.
이와 같은 보조용기(10)는 전술한 것과 같이 분리시 개방부(13) 내측 바닥면 중앙에 형성된 손잡이(14)를 상부로 잡아 당겨 몸체가 뒤집어지며 보조용기(10)가 용기(20)로 부터 분리되면 음식물을 덜어서 식음할 수 있고 물을 마실수 있는 컵으로 사용할 수 있는 것이다.
상기 주름부(12)는 보조용기(10)의 재질이 플라스틱으로 형성될 경우 플라스틱 고유의 자체 탄력으로 인해 더욱 안정적으로 신축될 수 있다. 또한, 상기 주름부(14)는 단면형태가 대략 삼각형태의 돌출 및 함몰된 돌기와 홈의 형태를 유지하여 단위길이당 신축률이 최대화된다.
상기와 같이 구성된 보조용기(10)는 도 4에서와 같이 주름부(12)가 길이방향으로 신장되어 컵으로 사용할 수 있는 것이다.
상기와 같이 보조용기(10)는 분리시 뒤집어지게 되어 음식물을 담아먹거나 물을 먹을 때 위생적인 것이다.

상기 보조용기(100)는 몸체에 상,하 길이구간의 전체구간에 주름부(120)가 형성되어 높이를 가변시키도록 구성되고, 상기 용기(200)의 결합부(210)와 상기 보조용기(100)의 접착부(110)가 밀폐되게 접착되며, 상기 개방부(130) 바닥면 중앙에 손잡이(140)를 형성하고, 상기 손잡이(140)를 상부로 잡아 당겨 몸체가 뒤집어지며 보조용기(100)가 용기(200)로 부터 분리되도록 형성된 것이다.
상기 보조용기(100)는 용기(200)로 부터 분리하여 음식물을 덜어서 식음할 수 있고 물을 마실수 있는 컵으로 사용할 수 있는 것이다.
상기 용기(200)는 내부에 음식물을 담고 제조할 수 있도록 하기 위한 공간이 형성되고 전술된 것과 같이 상측으로 개방된 공간부(220)가 형성된다. 이와 같은 용기(200)와 보조용기(100)는 주로 플라스틱 또는 종이 등으로 제작되며, 상기 용기(200)와 보조용기(100)는 평면상 내부에 음식물이 담겨지는 통상적인 형태로 원형 또는 드물게 사각형태로 제작된다.
이러한 보조용기(100)의 구성에서 상기 주름부(120)는 보조용기(100)를 길이방향으로 상,하 신축되게 한다.
상기 보조용기(100)은 용기(200)의 공간부(220) 내측에 단턱진 걸림부(230)에 의해 지지된다.
이와 같은 보조용기(100)는 전술한 것과 같이 분리시 개방부(130) 내측 바닥면 중앙에 형성된 손잡이(140)를 상부로 잡아 당겨 몸체가 뒤집어지며 보조용기(100)가 용기(200)로 부터 분리되면 음식물을 덜어서 식음할 수 있고 물을 마실수 있는 컵으로 사용할 수 있는 것이다.

상기 용기(400)의 결합부(410)보다 상기 보조용기(300)의 접착부(310)가 외측으폭이 더 크게 형성하고, 상기 용기(400)의 결합부(410)와 상기 보조용기(300)의 접착부(310)가 밀폐되게 접착되며, 상기 보조용기(300)의 접착부(310)를 상부로 잡아당겨 보조용기(300)를 용기(400)로 부터 분리할 수 있도록 된 것이다.
상기와 같이 상기 용기(400)의 결합부(410)보다 상기 보조용기(300)의 접착부(310)가 외측으폭이 더 크게 형성한 것은 용기(400)의 결합부(410)에 접착된 보조용기(300)의 접착부(310)을 손쉽게 분리할 수 있도록 하기 위한 것이다.
상기 보조용기(300)는 용기(400)로 부터 분리하여 음식물을 덜어서 식음할 수 있고, 물을 마실수 있는 컵으로 사용할 수 있는 것이다.
상기 용기(400)는 내부에 음식물을 담고 제조할 수 있도록 하기 위한 공간이 형성되고 전술된 것과 같이 상측으로 개방된 공간부(420)가 형성된다. 이와 같은 용기(400)와 보조용기(300)는 주로 플라스틱 또는 종이 등으로 제작되며, 상기 용기(400)와 보조용기(300)는 평면상 내부에 음식물이 담겨지는 통상적인 형태로 원형 또는 드물게 사각형태로 제작된다.

본 발명은 몸체 내부의 공간부에 음식물을 넣어 포장제품으로 구현되는 일회용 용기에 있어서, 몸체의 상부 테두리 부분에 결합부(610)를 이루며 상부가 개방된 공간부(620)를 이룬 내부에 음식물을 투입할 수 있는 용기(600)와, 상기 용기(600)의 공간부(620) 상부에 안착되어 결합부(610)에 접착되게 상부가 개방된 개방부(520)를 이룬 상부의 외측으로 접착부(510)가 형성되고, 상기 접착부(510)의 테두리에 상향으로 돌출된 돌출부(530)가 형성된 보조용기(500)가 결합되게 구성된 것이다.
상기 용기(600)의 결합부(610)와 상기 보조용기(500)의 접착부(510)가 밀폐되게 접착되며, 상기 돌출부(530)를 상부로 잡아당겨 보조용기(500)를 용기(600)로 부터 분리할 수 있도록 된 것이다.
상기 보조용기(500)는 용기(600)로 부터 분리하여 음식물을 덜어서 식음할 수 있고, 물을 마실수 있는 컵으로 사용할 수 있는 것이다.
상기와 같이 용기(600)로 부터 분리된 상기 보조용기(500)의 상측 돌출부(530)는 음식물을 덜어서 식음할 때와 물을 담아 마실 때 손잡이 역할을 할 수 있는 것이다.
상기 용기(600)는 내부에 음식물을 담고 제조할 수 있도록 하기 위한 공간이 형성되고 전술된 것과 같이 상측으로 개방된 공간부(620)가 형성된다. 이와 같은 용기(600)와 보조용기(500)는 주로 플라스틱 또는 종이 등으로 제작되며, 상기 용기(600)와 보조용기(500)는 평면상 내부에 음식물이 담겨지는 통상적인 형태로 원형 또는 드물게 사각형태로 제작된다.
이와 같은 보조용기(500)는 전술한 것과 같이 용기(600)로 부터 분리되면 음식물을 덜어서 식음할 수 있고 물을 마실수 있는 컵으로 사용할 수 있는 것이다.
상기와 같은 일회용 용기는 순차적으로 서로 포개어 단위체적의 포장박스에 보다 많은 수량을 넣을 수 있어 보관성을 향상시키고, 포장박스 자체의 크기를 감소시킬 수 있는 것이다.

한편, 본 발명의 상세한 설명에서는 구체적인 실시 예에 관해서 설명하였으나, 본 발명의 범위에서 벗어나지 않는 한도 내에서 여러 가지 변형이 가능함을 당해 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에게 있어서 자명하다 할 것이다.

    몸체의 상부 테두리 부분에 결합부를 이루며 상부가 개방된 공간부를 이룬 내부에 음식물을 투입할 수 있는 용기와, 상기 용기의 공간부 상부에 안착되어 결합부에 접착되게 상부의 외측 테두리 부분에 접착부와 상부가 개방된 개방부를 이루며 몸체가 상,하로 신축되게 주름부가 형성된 보조용기가 결합되고, 상기 보조용기는 상측은 넓고 하측은 좁게 형성된 몸체에 상,하 길이구간의 전체구간에 주름부가 형성되어 상기 보조용기의 높이를 가변시키도록 구성되고, 상기 용기의 결합부와 상기 보조용기의 접착부가 밀폐되게 접착되며, 상기 보조용기는 개방부 바닥면 중앙에 손잡이를 형성하고, 상기 손잡이를 상부로 잡아 당겨 몸체가 뒤집어지며 보조용기가 용기로 부터 분리되도록 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 일회용 용기.

    몸체의 상측은 넓고 하측은 좁게 형성된 상부의 테두리 부분에 결합부를 이루며 상부가 개방되어 음식물을 투입할 수 있는 공간부와 상기 공간부를 이룬 상측 내부에 단턱지게 걸림부를 이룬 용기와, 상기 용기의 공간부 상측에 안착되어 결합부에 접착되게 상부의 외측 테두리 부분에 접착부와 상부가 개방된 개방부를 이루며 몸체가 상,하로 신축되게 주름부가 형성된 보조용기가 결합되고, 상기 보조용기는 몸체에 상,하 길이구간의 전체구간에 주름부가 형성되어 높이를 가변시키도록 구성되고, 상기 용기의 결합부와 상기 보조용기의 접착부가 밀폐되게 접착되며, 상기 개방부 바닥면 중앙에 손잡이를 형성하고, 상기 손잡이를 상부로 잡아 당겨 몸체가 뒤집어지며 보조용기가 용기로 부터 분리되도록 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 일회용 용기.
